Pros

Ease of use and value for money. It keeps me organized, sends emails each morning preparing me for my day, and prompts me at time of each call. Being able to see a full history of each person before I contact them helps me close more deals.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile app updates slow down a feature, but it is typically fixed in the next update

Easy to use software and helpful staff. their customer support via their in-app chat is extremely helpful and responsive at all hours of the day. Their support staff talks to you like a real person and sends you personalized videos in all complex scenarios. Whether you're a 1 person agency, or a multi-level organization, Pipedrive can support industries at all levels. I've worked in both scenarios

Pros

It functions the way you would like it to. Everything operates intuitively and is interactive in all the right places. It is easy to understand & use

Cons

when importing deals from a CSV file, it does not create a deal unless a contact person is assigned, therefore the deal is not uploaded. This can lead to missed deals not being imported.

Pros

I like that is easy to see my individual and team targets. I can also see all my deals I have going on currently and past.

Cons

I like the initial transfer of data was a little difficult but thats going to be the case with any new software.

I had too many leads in too many different places and now that I have them all corralled together I can prioritise those warm and hot leads and hibernate those that are never going to convert without losing all those useful contacts.

Pros

I love the webforms (particularly when somebody fills one in!), I love having all of my leads in one place, in nice tidy pipelines and the sales forecast view helps us to manage our week by week activities

Cons

I would love pipedrive to have some kind of AI in there to help me to prioritise which deals to work on.

Pros

Our sales staff is fully equipped to manage their sales calls and activities since implementing Pipedrive. This online environment of this sales tool also makes it very easy to oversee and manage our salespeople's activities. We are very pleased with the intuitiveness of this software.

Cons

There are few cons to this software, but the one we struggle with the most is merging or transferring sales contacts/leads to a different salesperson, which happens when we shift territories or when there are changes to our sales personnel.

Pipedrive has ways of incorporating new clients manually and also in case of having a wide client portfolio, it has a massive import option, which is useful and saves a lot of time. - Programming activities are easy to configure through their filters (according to importance or priority). - The follow-up can be done through reminders. - The best thing is that it has a mobile application, very useful for those of us who are constantly on the move

They must improve customer service, which is very slow, there is only one phone number to contact, faults are reported only by mail or online chat

Pros

I love opening pipedrive and seeing the pipeline clear and easy. Moving deals around and keeping track of Them is simple and the layout is great. Importing data is also pretty straightforward.

Cons

The biggest issue is manual work. I had to manually input everything and this became a huge issue. The integrations with Gmail aren't very good, and it doesn't pull data from an open source like LinkedIn so everything is sourced only from manual data.

So I run a one-man shop doing management consulting and one of my clients started using Pipedrive on the recommendation of one of THEIR clients. Curious as to how it worked (and due to a generous free trial period), I signed up for the free trial, watched the demo, and started plugging in my data on new clients. After only a few days, I knew that this was going to be a core component of my business process. Perhaps the single best feature on the desktop version is that it prompts you to input the next action on the deal once you've marked a task as done. This little feature is great for someone like me who's not a natural salesperson and who needs a little reminder to input a deadline/reminder on the next step to maintain forward progress. Now I get daily reminders on everything I need to do (synced across all devices), which is SUPER helpful when you're juggling multiple clients/deals. Also, if you just stay on top of it and use Pipedrive to track your normal sales pipeline, the work is self-documenting. This means when it comes time to review your performance, all the critical data is there on how quickly deals move through your sales process. It's a tremendously helpful and customizable tool at a low price. Pros

Visual pipeline ie seeing exactly where each deal is and whether you're on schedule with each ones actions. Ease of use for all features, love the ability to just have emails auto copied back into each record with no extra cut and paste. also love that it prompts you to put the next action in place when you've finished one, ie doesn't allow you to let things slide.

Cons

You can't link records. The Schedule Activity function can be temperamental until you figure out the best way to do it - doesn't work from all screens. Would like the core data to be a bit prettier - user friendly in appearance.

Cons

I didnt find option to send bulk emails thus it takes a bit more time to send multiple emails then it should.

Perfect for my use (small organization). Managing 100 leads monthly.

Pros

We the proper initial organization and structure (your pipeline configuration is key with this platform), you'll enjoy using Pipedrive as much as I do. Some key pros : - ease of use - interface & UX - flexibility

Cons

Not really a con, but if you don't keep your pipeline up to date and well organized, you'll quickly feel lost. Also, I do not feel this tool is suitable for large organizations with multiple daily leads.

My overall experience with Pipedrive was very good, If I were to have a sales team I would definitely migrate over to there to make monitoring the sales process easier.

Pros

The feature that I loved the most about Pipedrive was the Lead Management, it was such an amazing feature of the software and was very detailed about how much information you can put in about each and every one of your leads, you could even Bcc it into your emails so that you can manage how all interactions are going from there.

Cons

What I liked least about the software was that there are so many features that cannot be accessed on the level I was using, I was on the Free Trial but noticed on there how some features that would be deemed necessary for leads were not available unless you were paying for the more premium subscriptions.

I made the switch to Asana due to how it provided me with everything I needed from Pipedrive but for free, I only really need to track the process of how the sales process is going with my leads but not much more outside of that, I found Asana to be the best choice for that need.

Extremely positive. I have recommended to multiple people when asking about crm recommendations.

Pros

Setting activities for the day. Makes it easy to have a “to-do” list to wake up to every morning. I also like the forecasting feature to help keep me on track with targets

Cons

Wish it was easier to filter. It is bit complex to create filters. Would be nice to filter by “priority” or “qualified leads”. Sometimes my pipe is filled with leads that are unlikely to close so they cluster a column. Because of that, our company takes all that we think will close and put them into a spreadsheet which is fine and great, but would be nice to stay in pipedrive.
