Pros

I find it very each to create and follow up on opportunities with my team. Pipedrive has allowed my company in general and my sales team in particular to be well organized and disciplined. I am able to follow up on my team's activities very easily. All in all...it's an amazing platform. I've also recommended it to our sister company who has subscribed to it and currently using it.

Cons

The mobile app is also amazing while noting that it could need some improvements.

My company, a government contractor, uses Pipedrive as our Business Development pipeline tool. It's a great way to visualize ongoing BD work from the 'pre-marketing potential opportunities' stage all the way to 'proposal submission'. Pipeline allows us the opportunity to see all efforts in a linear fashion to initiate conversation, plan resources, and gather metrics on successful and unsuccessful opportunities.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the ability to organize "deals" (we call them opportunities) based on the many details available.

Cons

I would like to be able to color code deals based on customer. Additionally, it would be great to have a "timeline" view of opportunities based on details (ending/starting date)

Overall, I can imagine myself switching back to Pipedrive in the future.

Pros

I loved the ease of use, UI/UE and the fact that it was designed with many different types of CRM users in mind, not just hardcore sales folks. I also liked how easy it is to set up reminders for various tasks you associate with your leads, how many integrations it has and general ease of use.

Cons

Pricey even for the lowest tier. And after I awhile with my CRM needs, I was unable to justify the monthly cost.

Pros

CRM software is tough to get right. It needs to be powerful without becoming complicated and cumbersome to use. You need to be able to enter information efficiently and quickly; the goal needs to be converting leads into sales, not spending half your day putting lead information into the system. I feel Pipedrive has struck a very nice balance between usability and power. There are a lot of customization options, but the Pipedrive focus always has been to get information in quickly. Data entry shouldn't be a chore, and Pipedrive has hit it out of the park with this one.

Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say about Pipedrive. It doesn't integrate with our existing business software (not Pipedrive's fault) so we're not using it as heavily as we could be, but I've been happy with the results we're seeing.

I would have stuck with this software if it had not merged my calendars and copied things from previous years causing me a lot of stress, headache, and confusion with my day to day tasks.

Can only link one email address Calendar integration is flawed if you have multiple/shared calendars Customer support is hard to get in touch with

Great, great tool for the money, easy to use, quick to implement and very quick to deploy across a team. Well done !!

Pros

Ease of migration and training. Spun up my team of 15 people in a mater of days. Super intuitive interface with great focus on moving deals to close/win Great collaboration ability across teams with time-line approach to activities

Cons

Needs a little more feature depth around people and organizations. Would like to deal with divisional interconnecting of organization and getting more depth on people, decision making authority and personal notes on them. Forecasting and probability weighting was recently updated....thank you....or this would have been comment upon

Pros

The main pipeline interface is simple and customisable. The totals over each column instantly tally up, showing the amount of business at each stage of the pipeline. The mailing interface is good, allowing you to bcc yourself for example when sending messages to customers

Cons

Some of the record keeping is not very easy on the eye. You end up double entering some data and have to scrabble around to find what you are looking for

Pipedrive has helped build and shape our sales team, even the less technical-savy staff find it incredibly useful.

Pros

The ability to compare multiple pipelines against eachother has been in-valuable, we test them against eachother and also move deals between separate pipelines. Pipedrive's free plan is great, you can get a good idea of whether the product is for you without actually spending a penny. Pipedrive integrates excellently with other applications, such as Slack, which we use to communicate with our sales reps.

Cons

The ability to import other files, such as excel spreadsheets and contacts, is great and very useful. But the interface and functionality is confusing, especially for a new user. The user-interface in general is quite busy, especially in comparison to similar products. Though once you're used to it's not too bad.

Pros

The ease and ability to track a deal at various stages of the pipeline was excellent. All types of contact can be easily input and tracked by Pipedrive.

There were no features that were hard to use.

I've used a number of CRM systems over the years and Pipedrive is by far my favourite. As with any CRM system it depends on everyone buying into using the program, but makes things easier for the user with a simple interface and quick search engine, backed up by a forgiving editor if mistakes are made or changes are required. Timelines are simple to follow and can be tracked against a contact, a company or a project. Activities allow actions to be recorded and measured, with the interface able to edited to show relevant activity types and reminders.

Pros

Very simple and quick to use. The search tool makes you realise how difficult other CRM packages make finding projects and contacts. Pipedrive runs online so is only limited by your own internet connection, not having to route through servers. Emails are cc'ed or forwarded to a project specific address, which means changing a projects name doesn't affect any shortcuts or links.

Cons

Only projects receive a specific address, so when emailing a contact where the project isn't known will allow an activity to be raised but won't save a copy of the email (eg sending literature to an architect). There is an email header to track emails but its not very functional and searching against the project or contact is much quicker.

Pros

It is user friendly and it has a beautiful interface. Information can also be accessed anywhere at any time.

Cons

It is quite expensive. it is also a bit difficult to do customization.

I have been using Pipedrive for some of my projects and tested on different businesses.

Pros

I have tried Pipedrive for several of my work projects and I really loved the design and the easy to use interface they provide. In comparison to other solutions on the market, Pipedrive is rather easy to start with. Best for small teams and startups!

Cons

Many features are missing, the support team is great and they do introduce many things all the time, but still they lack some functionality to compete with big guys like salesforce. Maybe in couple of years, it would be possible, but for now, I would not recommend it as an complete alternative.

I started using Pipedrive in August and I haven't been disappointed. Its the most intuitive software I've ever used and it has lots of thoughtful features that make it unique and smart. It's never crashed, uploading data was easy, the pipeline function is great, the integration with emails actually works and the phone app is so useful. I guess the only thing I'd ask them to do to improve it (although it's almost perfect) is to integrate the reduplicating software so its not possible to enter a contact when it already exists. That's the one and only thing I think it's missing. I'm so happy we found Pipedrive because I've tried many and not liked any of them! I highly recommend Pipedrive to anyone and I congratulate the team on a great product.

Pros

intuitive, straightforward, love the flexibility of the pipeline, great phone app, integration with email is super, the adaptability of the fields is excellent, it looks good, I enjoy using it. Thank you for a super product.

Cons

Deduplication is probably my only dislike. As a small start up business £25 a head per month mounts up so we are limiting who has access which isn't ideal. I understand the commercials, but maybe when you get to five seats the next one is free, and then ten etc. or something to acknowledge scale and loyalty. see below for further suggestions.

I'm not in sales, but use this product to monitor my sales team's progress. It's also great for finding information on old leads.

Pros

I like how easy this software is. It's a better alternative to Salesforce for smaller companies. Definitely like how easy it is to learn. That's important for companies with high turnover.

Cons

It's not ideal for large enterprises due to some of the lack of customizability. However there's no real issues with the software.

Most of these CRM software Programs function too much on selling a product from beginning to end and not on the account management aspects of the sales process. That is my primary complaint of the CRM industry as a whole. That said, I researched dozens of CRM software options and this was the most user friendly for the price far and away, especially for a small business.

Pros

This software can be easily customized to fit almost any company's needs. Reports are easy to customize as well. When you have people in your company with varying abilities when it comes to software capabilities, you can easily train anyone to use the program.

Cons

I wish the search and generation of a report by city was a bit less cumbersome for the novice user.

Pipedrive does A LOT - so sometimes the portal can be noisy if you are a fairly low-key user like myself, only using one portion.

Thanks for building this tool. Its an extremely valuable tool, sales wise and we should have bought it when we started 9 years ago.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Helps keep us organized and moving forward. I have connectVery helpful when I needed it. I have it connected to make Proposals and Contracts being sent and reminding me to followup. We use it for sales, accounting, prospecting, marketing leads and more.

Cons

I often have duplicates being made within persons and companies and I would like to organize merging them in a better way. I have no idea how but its confusing when there are more then 3-4 people managing all of our clients to use the right person and company.

Wasted 15-18 hours of my life attempting to configure their so-called CRM. Do yourself a favor and check out other vendors.

Pros

Nothing - it's a poorly designed legacy piece of software.

Cons

If you're looking for a CRM that doesn't provide support, has an outdated UI that loads about as fast as painting drying on the wall - you've found the right vendor. Pipedrive is an unprofessional company that is focused solely on itself and refuses to provide live training. AVOID them at all costs and check out their competitors.

a) it helps both the upper and lower sales team to work in organised manner, for sales men it is easy to fetch the data for the lead and for the upper management it shows the clear statistic numbers and reporting. b) The link between upper and lower management is clear by this tool, the sales team can update the leads information as it is available in the app. c) It can also merge with the google driven apps like calendar and mail.

Pros

\-Lets you manage sales leads from point of contact, when the proposal is made, and when negotiations start. -Links to your google account so you can cross platform email leads through their system. -Easy to use search function that lets you search by deals, people, and organizations. -Settings are very customizable, lets you transfer ownership, change the user interface, etc.

Cons

\-Sometimes has performance issues when it has to load lots of data at once. -Google calender can desync sometimes randomly. -Sales statistics could be more detailed as an option.

### "Simple...but just what I need/want. "

Pros

When I first looked at it (along with a list of others), I wrote beside the name "too simple" - and crossed it out. I tried all the others and then circled back to Pipedrive. It seems "simple" is exactly what I needed. Not too many bells and whistles...but exactly what I wanted/needed. Previously I wanted a CRM as part of gmail and to be able to work within gmail...until all of the reminders started clogging up my account. It became too overwhelming. I wanted a separate space to work on sales...and then not look at it when I wasn't working on sales. BUT...I wanted my inbox/emails tied to the CRM IN the CRM....I didn't want to forward email, bcc it, etc. My complete inbox is in Pipedrive and emails are linked to the correct leads. It really does well.

Cons

With canned emails, you can't attach a photo. At least not that I can figure out. But other than that, I really can't think of anything.
