Pros

It comes ready to use out of the box. Unlike others like salesforce, the setup and learning curve time was minimal, while the features were intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

There are a couple system level features that can't be edited or turned off, which makes communicating some things a little trickier. Their "Deals" designation, for example: I wish one could re-name it to reflect language one my use in their business (such as prospects or sales).

I chose Pipedrive not just to manage all my deals in one place, but also to manage practically all other activities (projects) too. The flexibility is provides to add new fields is SO helpful. Starting a new business, I'm capturing 20-40 new contacts per week - I added fields to each contact (where met and the date) so I can keep track of who's who instead of adding that information to the note for each one. Pipedrive provides me a single system that is - visual: clearly manage progression from start to finish - drag-and-drop: so quick to update stages or move to another pipeline - flexible: I customise pipelines & their stages titles to set out project progression too - automated: setting timescales on each stage draws my attention to deals I that require checking or action taking - supported: I needed 2 questions answered, and the support was perfect (and immediate)! I'm recommending this to everyone I meet to quickly and easily manage their sales (and projects) without the need for any great effort or distraction. I'm setting up sales training courses and will be embedding use of Pipedrive into them: consistently managing pipelines is one of the most important activities for any salesperson.

Pros

Visual, drag-and-drop, flexibility to customise pipelines, stages and fields.

Cons

Having to change " deal" to " Deal" every time is annoying (it's a title so should be upper case).

Mailigen has benefited me in my company, because we currently have many subscriptions, and this software has managed to control those subscriptions and obtain better results in the short and long term.

Pros

The most pleasant thing that Mailigen has, are these two things: 1.- Your design 2.- The ease of implementing SMS Marketing. It is very easy to manage this platform, and more if it is done in a comfortable way at all times, without having any factor that makes a stay a bit complicated with some people.

Cons

I have no complaints from Mailigen, it's a pretty good software to diversify Email Marketing, providing a different way to cover this area and achieve different objectives.

Pros

Ease of use is incredibly impressive. The on-boarding process for sales and account managers takes little time which means they're back to what they do best as quickly as possible. Following up and customizing the process for our company was super simple and has far more features than many of the other less expensive/free CRM/Pipeline softwares.

Cons

Definitely a little on the pricey side, but I do think you get what you pay for. There are other CRM/Pipeline softwares out there that are far less or even free, but the quality with Pipedrive is exceptional.

First and foremost I love tools and go through lots of apps and keep few. Pipedrive is a keeper. I tried and discarded Salesforce in seconds (too big and clunky and not for a small business), thought HubSpot CRM was just confusing and lacking what I needed. Then I started using PipeDrive. But lets explain first why I needed a CRM. In the first place I thought CRMs were for big companies (and they re) but when I started using CRM and the features I expected in CRM it brought ease of use to the fore. Now instead of losing track of leads they go straight into Pipedrive seconds after I receive them and I have even started a simple automation connection between my contact form, Mailchimp and Pipedrive (including Zapier). The one thing that it has really helped, and I am embarrassed to admit this is that I often let the smaller jobs of lower value slip by and not follow up. Now they get attention are scheduled and tracked correctly. So from just being a nice app it has helped my bottom line and not letting small leads become projects. I also about the same time started using PandaDocs which works really nicely with it. I could gush about ti all day long really but the one really really nice thing is the App on my phone where I can send a text from it and it tracks that as well so now when I am on my phone during down time I can do a productive 15 minutes following up with people through emails and Sms. Thanks PipeDrive!!

Pros

Integrates seamlessly with Google Apps and Gmail. The best and easiest way to track email communications in a CRM package. Really nice interface and design.

Cons

Not as fully featured as other packages. I would get this hands down over a SalesForce but it does have a few livable drawbacks.

### "They will charge you money and won't reimburse you"

The solution was ok. But we decided not to use it anymore. We paid for a yearly program and stoped using it after 6 month. We didn't asked for the money back for not using it. BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it. BE CARFUL FROM THEIR YEARLY PLAN! They don't send any notice before the next charge.

Pros

Easy to import contact and to share it with other team mates

Cons

Very simple and not sophisticated solution

Pros

Very visual, on one screen you can have all of your deals, by stages.

Cons

CRM functionality, not easy to track notes, conversations, logs, etc. Great to follow up deals, but not when you want to see it from a relationship overview.

The amount of customization was a big selling point for us when choosing a product. PipeDrive’s Excel support just sealed the deal for us. However, the filter options could do with some work.

Pros

I like the customization! We can add options and such to make our processes that much faster. I also like the fact that we can export the results into Excel. That way we can send the necessary information without having to give access to the software. The ability to see if the sales team will reach their goals is also handy that way we can remedy the situation.

Cons

The way that PipeDrive allows you to alter data according to filters is a little bit difficult. There are only so many options for filters, so you have to work around them. If we had the option to edit our data in the app a little bit better, things would be much easier.

Cons

Double entry from Outlook to Pipedrive - if there is a way to continuously sync contacts, I haven't done it.

Our company struggled for yrs with CRM. This software was a dream. My boss loves it and for the first time I feel in control of our sales. It is very difficult to get my boss to adapt new technology but in less than a month he was blown away. We could see the results immediately.

Pros

It was very easy to implement. I was able to pretty much get us in running status in two business days. Updating info is easy. The app also for easy updating. The various views are amazing. Plus I didn't need to feel like I had to have everything figured out right off the bat. It was easy to create my frame work of fields and I know I can expand and batch edit as I go.

Cons

Print. I just want the ability to print all the info of the deals or a report. Listing the info, contacts, attachments, activities. It helps especially when I need to file or take it to a meeting. I would also love an offline mode on the app. I can't depend on a signal. Also I would like more view options in the App such as the time view.

I like that it integrates with many other programs we use, ie. Mailchimp, Slack, etc.

Cons

It is not intuitive. It is important to properly tag all contacts when you first add them to be able to properly pull lists.

Pros

Simple and effective software. It has a deep feature set for all our needs, not to mention constant updates and support to improve user experience. It's intuitive so you won't spend time learning the software and can maximize efficiency and work time from the start.

Cons

Nothing in particular stands out, however there are a few strange quirks such as being logged out automatically that I have encountered in the past.

This is a fantastic product, not just for what it does, but for what it doesn't do. Right out of the box it's simple, easy to use, intuitive, and usable. I've had other CRM's that require hours with support to set-up and months to get a feel for. With Pipedrive you upload your contacts and go. It took me about one hour to transfer all of my contacts and to learn the software. Seriously, one hour and I had it figured out. Instead of trying to offer every feature inside the software, Pipedrive offers add-ons for functionality. So if you want to incorporate direct mail you can add-on Mail Chimp. It's brilliant. Finally, it's affordable. And they offer a 30 day trial. And it's web-based. After 30 days I ditched my other CRM and signed up for a year. This is my third attempt at finding a CRM this year. I'm done now. Whoever put this product together must have actually used CRM's before, because this is exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Organization. It really keeps us on track towards our sales goals and any other things we want to accomplish. Distribution or offline advertising materials, relationships with our villa owners and managers, interviews. Its really helpful.

Pros

Th fact that you can write, take notes, log calls, edit contact information, all on one page.. everything that you want to see about a deal, client, activity is easily accessible. I like that there are different views, (Deals - list view, and the other one, Activities) Helps us get through certain tasks faster. I love the early reminder emails sent to me about the day's activities that I set up for myself the day before.

Cons

Although I can log an activity eg. a Call and "Mark as done" I want to be able to record voice calls within PipeDrive (the actual call) ..both on the Android App on my phone and on the Desktop App. Also, I'm not able to bulk edit activities to change the assigned person within PipeDrive and set a time for those activities. I have to filter my contacts, export, edit in Excel and reimport, so I can set activities. I find the .csv / Excel editing a bit cumbersome and lengthy. Please make this easier
