To keep a track of sales leads and sales pipeline it's a great platform.

Pros

1\. If you have had an experience with any Pipeline management software earlier, then Pipedrive is what you will be looking for. 2. It gets plugged with Gmail/Chrome very easily, and will make you feel pretty easy to be used. 3. It has got a well developed interface, an actually great CRM software. It sees to it that customer management is done at par. 4. All the customer related data gets stored and recorded including phone calls, voicemails. If yours is a sales based company then great !

Cons

1\. Managing activities on Google Calendar gets a little hectic as changing titles of the actitvities doesn't really happen. 2. You have to select users to view their deal separately. If I can just see everyone's deal together, it would be great and nice. Other than this, I don't find anything bad. It's a pretty good platform.

Pros

It is a software that has brought something fresh to our company, creates links with customers and manages contacts to maintain a closer relationship with them, it also manages sales perfectly and gives me a report of those sales. Easy to handle and the best of all is that I can manage contacts from another CRM.

Cons

My only complaints have been when I did not have the plan paid, but by changing my plan it has been much better, I am grateful with the help I received from Pipedrive it is excellent software and it is worth every penny.

After using Excel as a forecasting tool some years ago, I searched high and low for an affordable forecasting platform which was easy to use and affordable. I found this in Pipedrive, which provides a cloud based forecasting platform that addresses my needs for forecasting and reporting

Pros

I find that Pipedrive is less complex to manage compared to other Sales forecasting tools available on the market

Cons

Some functionality can be improved on the basic level, i.e. recognizing duplicates for organizations & people, etc

Pros

Honestly, I love the clean, clutter free look and feel of this software. There a ton of other softwares out there to track sales and the process but some are clunky and dated but pipe drive gives you a clean visual of real time results. Also, the slack integration is huge!

Cons

i truly can't think of any on this yet. The learning curve is easy compared to other software changes

Daily follow up and keeps me on track with activities and the sales funnel.

Pros

Pipedrive has the ability to customize every field, tab & module. The integrated email with the ability to store Templates along with the ability to scheduled follow up activities and Pipedrive's ability to customize and track deals on the pipeline are some of the best features.

Cons

As a Recruiting/Staffing firm we really need additional capabilities to use PipeDrive as both a sales CRM and an Applicant Tracking System. I understand there is another company PipeDrive works with as an applicant tracking but that service is too costly and can not match job orders \*Deals" specifics with applicants skills. If the Sales & Applicant Tacking were integrated in PripeDrive that would be fantastic.

Pros

The ease of use from setup through analyzing reports. The pipe workflow's make it very easy to visually identify the stages of your active pipeline. From a reporting perspective it is very easy to track agent progress and make real time adjustments.

Cons

The inability to sync your email inbox when on the silver subscription. I would strongly recommend selecting the gold level subscription since many of those features are applicable for our business.

To name a few among tons of pros:- - Integration with Outlook - Customizable field types - Works offline when there is no internet and sync up later - Simple but exhaustive reports with export to different formats function - Nicely made and useful mobile app which can store photos of customer ID cards to their profiles - Ability to auto import or manually import contacts from excel and csv files

Cons

\- Occasional freezes on android app - Customer support not available on Saturdays, which is a working day for certain companies depending on the geographic location

Pros

The kanban views in this app is where it really shows off its advantages. It was the best implementation of that kind I've seen. Neat trick with using the default Google Maps address format and does that very well. Others could learn from them in this implementation Support team were quite good too

Cons

It simply lacks the robustness of some of the other offerings on the market unless you jam it full of APIs and all that means is the likelihood of broken connections and data going bad. It's just not robust enough if you want to have your business in one place.

Helped me close more deals more consistently.

Pros

It is a great reminder tool. I'm pretty useless at follow up. The reminders I get on my Pipedrive app have helped me close deals I wouldn't ordinarily have. So, the software has more than paid for itself over the time I've used it. I like that I can upload my proposals so that they are all in a 'client' file. Also, a great feature is the BCC, so I can always keep track of what emails I sent to what clients.

Cons

I think the task reminder ... I only get one reminder via email a day. Perhaps if it could remind me more than once. But this is such a small thing ...

This application has allowed me to stay on top of all my sales leads and know where they are In the buying process. It stores my notes on a customer/prospect and allows me to quickly retrieve the data if I should get an unexpected call from a prospect. Customers like that you can remember facts about their need and prior conversations you had with them.

Pros

PipeDrive is a reliable tool where I can store all my sales leads in the Cloud, giving me access wherever I am and on whatever device I am using.

Cons

It gets a little expensive if you are trying to put the tool in the hands of team members in your company. I’d like to see a package prices for a small business (like 2-4 users).

We have recently started using pipedrive for marketing & sales outreach and I am really impressed with this tool. The UI of this tool is great and I can easily get the functions of this tool. I like the filter feature of this tool. I can filter all our leads easily with this tool. Moreover, this tool is reasonably priced

Cons

The one flaw with this is that If I sent 100 mails in a day it becomes difficult to find a specific lead. The search function of this tool is not good

Pros

It gets the job done. Excellent for large and small companies, it's pretty basic software, but it works very well.

Cons

I think they could get more creative on some of the features. The mailing feature is nice on the gold subcription, but it doesn't allow for variable (print merge like) text to automate filling out emails. The filter are a bit confusing on how they are worded. They should see how airtable does filters, and follow there wording.

I do like pipeline but given the size of my needs and the price I end up using Excel sheets and other tools to emulate the Pipeline functions

Pros

Pipeline is quite visual and easy to use, and it's possible to integrate with other several software products in order to cover the specific needs you may have.

Cons

Like other CRMs I found it expensive for little business

We had been using insightly CRM prior to testing out Pipedrive. The difference is truly night and day, especially when it comes to the workflow engine and UI/UX. My sales team can easily update prospects on the fly, and I am able to have a 360 view of every opportunity in our pipeline.

Pros

The prospect pipeline. It is extremely easy to create opportunities and advance them along the various stages of the sales cycle. Visually the look and feel of the platform is exceptional. Typically in my experience the majority of CRM tools feel clunky and seem to be targeting too broad of a market with the bundles of unnecessary features

Cons

I feel that the email integration function for sending outbound prospect emails should be included in the silver package. That feature is valuable to sales organizations but IMHO, it is not a feature that justifies the increase in price between Silver and Gold. I also feel that a calendar integration with gmail would be a nice addition.

Pros

It's super easy to add deals and transfer them between categories. The dashboard is super minimalist, which I really appreciate. I also like how you can sign up for a trial without entering your credit card. Once you try it out, you're convinced anyway.

Cons

I don't really see many downsides, other than the fact that it's so simple, so sometimes lacks functionality that a more robust system would have. However, I appreciate this because I feel that its competition tends to be more complicated and harder to navigate.

Pros

Pipe drive is cost-effective cloud storage of sales information enabling teams to work from multiple locations and edit each other's deals, set appointments for each other, and attach documents gathered from or about prospects so that this crucial information is available in one easily-accessible location. It is also great for exporting data for mailing and email lists. The Pipedrive team seems to constantly work to improve the product. They take customer feedback seriously. So I believe there will be improvements to the "con" listed below.

Cons

The Pipedrive team still hasn't worked out some of the kinks with goal setting. For example, if the goal was to get an appointment and it turns out that there's no appointment, Pipedrive treats the goal as met. It doesn't recognize that the deal has been moved back to an earlier stage. It should count only the deals that are currently in a stage, not every deal that was there at one point.
