Very easy to use. Great to see other organizations' uses and reviews.

Pros

It's very easy to use and I can access it anywhere. I like the UI; having the visibility into activity on a deal is extremely helpful.

Cons

Reporting is less than par, customer support is mostly offshore, constant problems with Google Chrome use. Would be helpful if we got an alert when a duplicate organization is about to be created

Overall a good CRM system that any team can put to good use.

Pros

There are lots of CRM systems to choose from. With its tightly integrated features, PipeDrive is a solid choice. It has a clear and unified way of handling your leads and deals, which is a welcome surprise. Usually I find CRM systems like SalesForce to be too obtuse in the way they handle your information. PipeDrive has a fairly robust API integration, which allows you to integrate it with nearly any other software that you enjoy using. It's relatively pricey, but they aren't very strict about sharing user logins – which is great when you have several occasional users.

Cons

I have run into some strange integration limitations and quirks logging and tracking deals. Needs a bit of cleanup on the backend. It's a bit more expensive that I would like, but I suppose it's worth it if you enjoy it.

We evaluated this head-to-head with Salesforce and Hubspot. The Pipedrive solution was the only one that allowed us to start at a reasonable cost, and a reasonable implementation effort.

Pros

Ease of use Simple to design a sales process following the purchase journey Workflow Automation, although currently lacking a bit to be very useful.

Cons

It can be a little light on some of the integrations, especially with Zapier. They claim no responsibilities for these integrations, so these limitations are likely to persist. Email sync is not very good

Pros

Pipedrive is incredibly easy to start using & very user friendly. It's easy to set up, has a good marketplace for integrations & scalable

Cons

The reporting could use some work as it is quite rigid, but the data can be pushed to other software and analysed there

That you have a good overview of your work flow. how much is coming in and how much is getting won/lost. good place to make some statistics about it and also the internal pipedrive statistics is showing quite good allready.

Pros

It helps me to keep a good overview of my projects and my team projects. I can excatly see in which status it is at the moment. Since our team is proccessing like 60-100 projects per week then this gives me a good overview of everything.

Cons

There is still a lot of things that would need developement to make the automatisation a lot better according to my opinion.

Overall I like pipedrive I think that the price is reasonable for what you get and it's a very robust product and I would recommend it to anyone who needs an inexpensive CRM to run your sales organization it can be used either at the sales level or at the management level.

Pros

This product is very easy to set up and you can import all of your prospects very easily. I also like the fact that you can categorize the prospects .

Cons

I had a little difficulty trying to set this software up and put the correct names in the fields in the order that I wanted them. I finally did figure out how to order the fields but it took me a little poking around. a software has a lot of features built into it and I am still learning it a bit but I am grasping it slowly.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

The reason I picked pipe drive over Outlook is because I wanted a separate CRM for prospects and suspects and the price was reasonable so that is why I am using it

This software has helped generate new sales opportunities and manage these leads effectively. It allows you to streamline the marketing / sales process while keeping it simple. Pipedrive is compatible with many other apps which is a plus.

Cons

Pipedrive does offer much in the way of personalization. You do not have the ability to change much which can be frustrating.

I can have a very good sales control with Pipedrive. Each provider connects with the same user and takes the initiative with its possible opportunity and it tracks it until it wins or loses it. Simply very useful.

Cons

The interface is a bit confusing and you take a long time to understand it, but at the time you end up getting used to it

Pros

It has solid integrations - and this is one of the key advantages of a system like this. On top of that, it's approachable in use and allows to organise the contact low the way you need. Seems like it's well-established position on the market is just as well-founded.

Cons

It seems rough and raw. While other competitors try to throw a nice UI to make your time dealing with customers a little bit nicer, Pipedrive just seems to be lost couple of years behind. That's something you can get used to, but at first it may be off-putting.

I work for a barter company based in Italy. I've recently joined them with my small barter network and use Pipedrive to keep track of the customers who are joining the new group. Before I was using a simple spread sheet, bit it's hard to keep track of everything. With Pipedrive it's all there at a glimpse.

Pros

It's excellent because I can't miss a single task. Everything is very clear, I see when I must call or write to people, I see the amount of money I am working on, so every contract I close adds up to my monthly income, which has a very powerful psychological impact. At the same time I see the money I loose on each contract that I is not finalized. It's exactly the kind of software I need.

Cons

it would be brilliant if it could be paired to a crm

Pros

It's great because I can connect my email, calendar and mobile phone to automatically sync data and have a full view of my customer interactions.

Cons

Well I would like to be able to create my own custom reports to get a more detailed view of my sales performance and metrics.

Organize and follow up with our leads and the user acquisition funnel.

Pros

I love Pipedrive's clean, easy to understand, simple and flat layout and feel. It was really easy for our team members to learn how to use it. I also enjoyed how I could visualize my leads in every step of the funnel. Its integration with Zapier has been really helpful as well.

Cons

It is missing some reporting capabilities . That said, this is not a deal breaker because we can download the data and use other software to analyze it.

Pros

There are three key features that I find most useful. Firstly, you have all your leads in front of you and know exactly in what stage they are(e.g. idea, needs discovered, negotiation, closing). That allows you to focus on the most important deals. Secondly, I love the filtering options. My work requires me to give feedback to real estate developers and it is so easy to filter leads and export it to excel to send to developers. And those filters are amazing, whatever you want to filter, you can do it. Thirdly, I really like the customization. You can customize all the fields in organisation, deals, contact person and so on. What ever is important to you.

Cons

Maybe a little disadvantage is that if you need anything specific for your company, they most likely wont develop it unless it is required from other clients as well. Since Pipedrive launches all their upgrades to all customers , you cant get specific developments that are just for you.

Actually, this particular application is a very simple tool to use which accelerates the process effectively channeling us and taking advantage of innumerable opportunities to organize sales cycles satisfactorily in the commercial area.

Cons

Due to some existing limitations it becomes a bit complicated when it comes to customizing it in the configuration, although there are apparently no anomalies with the software in my opinion, it is not functional in the administration area.

Pros

Pipedrive is very intuitive and easy to use. It is a wonderful tool to keep your prospective, new and existing clients organized and with actionable follow-up items that have greatly improved my productivity. Pipedrive allows me to plan and customize my communications with clients and to follow-up on a timely basis with key decision makers.

Cons

Thus far, I haven't had anything that I dislike about the software.

Pros

Pipedrive has a clean fresh and easy to use interface. There are plenty of tools and they do a good job if integrating new features and understanding customer needs. Support is excellent and the newsletters have lots of great training and advice.

Cons

Its hard to point to any real flaw or con. Pipedrive is heavily sales focused, which for our Companies use, was a little less useful, we used it more as a project tracking software, so it wasn't a perfect fit, but that is more our own con that any reflection of the software.

we had a package that worked for us for a certain price, then all of a sudden to keep the package, we had to pay triple. Also, you took away the email search feature which was very useful and important to us. So - we are paying more for less than what we originally had.

Pros

The ability to customize the sales process to fit your sales cycle. It is not complex to use nor difficult to setup. It can be as robust as you define it to be or as simple as you like. The ability to determine the User Defined Fields based on YOUR terms. Mobile and Desktop or Tablet access.

Cons

Honestly..... not srure I have found a negative. I guess there may be a few limitations with mail merge options.

We used it for quite some time but as we go along, it became expensive and the tool we are using is not upgrading. The support also is not that fast and good at that time. They need to have more modification on their system in terms of user friendly.

Pros

The product is easy to use in terms of moving the tasks, and assigning the tasks. It helps the work tracked and flow is efficient.

Cons

The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools. Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription.

We tested MS crm, sf.com and other local alternatives and found PDrive through a vendor that was using it. We were surprised with how quickly we could get up and running.

Pros

Its very easy to use. It still has powerful management features that lets the admin govern and control the process and data entry. Pipedrive has many plug and play integrations with Slack and Marketing Automation suites - we use Drip. The ui is appealing and clear - no clutter.

Cons

The contact vs company relationship model could be more robust and contain a customer contact card. But...its not a crm so guess i cant ask for this.
