### "Phenomenal Tool "

This is by far the best value on the market. It does everything I need flawlessly and integrates with every other program I use. Fantastic program for organizing small businesses.

Pros

The integration is wonderful. It automatically adds relevant emails under the client profile and the "rotting" feature ensures that no deals fall through the cracks due to lack of communication.

Cons

My job requires me to keep track of separate commission rates for my Sales Reps. I really wish there was a space under the clients contact information to keep track of things like this.

At first I wasn't sure if Pipedrive was a good choice for a long time committment. I didn't know, if those functionalities would grow alongside our company. But a year later we are still using it and I'm being constantly surprised by its flexibility and simplicity. I really love the clear Pipleline view and the ability to quickly review what is the current stage of my business relation. It allows us to keep our Sales and Customer Success teams up to date. We are able to use Pipedrive even more widely in the Sales team alone and expand it all to Customer Success and Support.

Pros

Eye-candy , easy for teams and to integrate, elastic Piesync, delightful Support experience

Cons

IT has its limits

Pros

Our social media team usually needs to interact with Pipedrive to forward the viable leads we’re able to generate from our online campaigns onto our sales team. It’s good for our organization to have just one place where we can all contribute and help manage our CRM to successfully grow the company. Wonderful ease of use and a really positive customer experience for the different teams that are involved in its usage, but most of all our sales team who’s very happy with it.

Cons

It would be nice if the program would allow us to organize/map activities according to customer location such as by city or county so we also know which areas to focus on in our social media efforts. Right now we have to use a third party app to do that and I think it would just increase efficiency to have that function built into the program.

Sales can now see what number we are sitting on for the month and know how much harder to push, also drives completion

Pros

Easy to use, input and track deals and deal progress. Great for teams and Man-Co alike to see what is going on within the business from Sales and tracking the stages after sales. Really Simple to add Calls, deals and contacts

Cons

A little more granular goal setting and more reporting tools would be great. No a con, but to have the ability to Win a deal and then hand it over to a Project manager, to then have the ability to track where the project is after the sale

Cons

They are quite new and some glitches happen frequently while using it, hope they can resolve these.

We tried Pipeline as a means to organize deals and clients in all stages of business (first contact to closed and then feedback of their experience). However it didn’t mesh very well with needing to involve multiple team members in a single client’s experience so we quickly moved on to another software.

Pros

There are lots of features for organization within a sales force.

Cons

It seemed clunky and a bit superficial- just meaning that there were a lot of features we didn’t need and the software didn’t have the specific organizational and task assigning qualities we needed for our business.

Cons

It is hard to navigate at first,it took me a week to understand or to at least master the software and I think it will be more useful if there is a notification feature to let us know instantly the status of our deals.

mainly organizing your marketing leads. If you need to segregate them into phases/stages this is a great tool to use.

Pros

Pipeline helped me organize my email marketing leads. I can easily move each leads to different stages depending on the outcome of the reach out.

Cons

Nothing really. It's very simple to use and it served it's purpose in my work at least. I didn't need anything else from it.

I trialled several CRM systems before settling on Pipedrive, and have to say it really delivers on what it claims. The software is focused on selling, and managing your pipeline - if you need to do that then get this. Simple.

Pros

Really simple to use and pick up, great system with driven workflows to make sure you stay on task, and a REALLY good series of lessons to pick up the sales process if you're new to the field.

Cons

Once the sales process is complete there's not a great system in place to manage the actual implementation and management of what you're selling. For me that's marketing services, so we use Pipedrive to get the sales, and then use our existing systems for the implementation and account management.

More sales and more effective sales processes

Pros

It's very easy to use and everything is intuitive. It's very action oriented and drives action in the pipeline. The integrations with Google Suite is great, and other integrations are easy as well. We use Pipedrive for managing our Sales pipeline, Funding pipeline and recruitment.

Cons

Booking meetings with more than you contact person are tricky. Then you need to go to your calendar program to invite. Furthermore, I would like email templates and better lead scoring processes.

From day one Pipedrive has been amazing. I have used the other large guys and the ease of use, organization of data and reporting are more than any organization needs. Most of all my team loves using it which helps me ensure accuracy and keep everyone accountable.

Some limitations with connecting to other platforms like Slack or Xero or Asana that would be amazing and create seamlessness across my company

Congratulations Pipedrive team, your platform rocks!!!

Pros

Pipedrive is very easy to use, I would say that is dummies proof. It is very intuitive and it really helps me in keeping track of my appointments and commitments. It is a 100% percent compatible with my Outlook calendar and in addition, the mobile app is very useful for locating, calling and updating status. One more thing, Pipedrive is always improving.

Cons

The statistics section need more than just navigating it in order to fully use it. If you want to explore this section you'll need to fully immerse.

PipeDrive has helped my organization manage a high volume of leads like a champ!

Pros

PipeDrive is awesome for managing a high volume of leads. In my company, we manage over 20,000 open leads at anytime and having PipeDrive has been great for helping us see the sales cycle and manage the deals by custom filters.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve but overall it is a great program. Once you learn the ins, it is super powerful and is great for managing leads, creating reports and much more!

Great for someone who is not detail-oriented to manage a sales pipeline

Pros

The UI is so impossibly more simple than other CRMs. Pipedrive is way more intuitive and doesn't require advanced knowledge to understand, use or adapt.

Cons

Some integrations aren't there yet, but it is nothing that inhibits productivity. The client input and grouping could be a bit more intuitive.

Pros

The system is distinguished by its simplicity and it pleases. For me, it's very convenient that the modules are made in the form of cards, which at any time can be turned on, off or set up in the control panel. For effective work, there is everything you need: detailed reports, tools for analytics, sales funnel, and so on.

Cons

The software does not have a free version, but with a trial period, this is not such a big problem. Most frustrating is the lack of promptness for the guys from technical support.

We have been Pipedrive customers for years. The implementation time is about 5 minutes. The price is right. The drag and drop interface is very user friendly. Over time, they have continually kept improving it. I also really like the dashboard reports.

Pipedrive does just one thing, but it does it extremely well. Once a lead (Deal) is entered the whole focus becomes on turning the lead into a sale. You can tell exactly which deals need attention and need to be pushed along keeping you very focused on the end game - turning a deal into a sale.

Pros

Extremely configurable. Very important as everyone's needs are slightly different. Create separate Pipe lines. Some deals just take longer than others and are really more of a project than a deal. Putting them in a different pipeline removes the clutter giving you a much clearer vision of what has to be done today. Adding pricing and products. Easily moving email from your existing mail client to Pipedrive so there is a record of all communications relating to a deal

Cons

A little thin in some areas. No ability to add calculated fields for Sales Tax to a product quote for example. A few other small things, but this is obviously a work in progress and these will be corrected no doubt. But, it is far enough along the pipeline that these are small irritants that do not effect how well it works.

It was great to keep track of everything in one system.

Pros

It was great to have a system like Pipedrive that would make it easy to track. I liked how Pipedrive did a good job of integrating email into the system so you could track everything inside the system.

Cons

As a small business owner I wanted the features of the higher plans but I just couldn't justify spending more when I can do some of the tracking on a free system like trello. It's tough to balance the features and cost.
