### "Es gibt Alternativen mit mehr Benutzerfreundlichkeit"

Ich bin seit über zwei Jahren bei Pipedrive Kunde und benutze es täglich, jedoch wird sich das zukünftig ändern. Hier mein Gesamteindruck zu Pipedrive: Der allgemeine Support verschlechtert sich zunehmend, zeitweise ist der Button um einen Ansprechpartner zu bekommen (per Messenger, nicht am Telefon!) abgestellt/abgeschaltet. Dazu ist die Plattform zunehmend sehr langsam. Der Pipedrive Support schiebt solche Dinge sehr gerne auf den Endnutzer (Cookies, Browser und Skripte) aber auch wenn diese alle behoben und ein Videobeweis geschickt wird, ändert sich nichts an der Schnelligkeit - es liegt wohl an den Servern, aber zugeben tun sie das ungern. Jedoch was bei mir jetzt das Fass zum Überlaufen gebrahct hat, ist die Tatsache, dass ich Pipedrive verschiedenen Geschäftspartnern und Nutzern empfohlen habe und daraus resultierend mir "eigentlich" über 1.000$ an Amazon-Gutscheinen über das Affilate-Programm versprochen wurden (und auch online angezeigt werden) aber Pipedrive sich jetzt weigert, diese auszubezahlen. Zusammengefasst: - Pipedrive ist zunehmend langsam - Der Support wird zeitweise abgestellt und ist dazu noch schwer erreichbar und würgt einen gerne ab - Pipedrive ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich, gerade auch nicht denen die sie weiterempfohlen haben, klingt irrational, oder? Ist es auch PS: Ein freche Kleinigkeit on top: Was sie dafür eingeführt haben ohne Einverständnis sind Affilate-Links in der eigenen Signatur "Gesendet von Pipedrive" mit dem eigenen Affilate-Link darin... um noch mehr Werbung zu erhalten, aber wie gesagt, ausbezahlt werden sie im Anschluss nicht.

Pros

Der Aufbau der Pipelines hat Pipedrive sehr schön gelöst. Auch an sich der einfache und simple Aufbau.

Cons

Der Kundensupport ist nicht zu empfehlen, genauso wenig die Schnelligkeit von Pipedrive. Es finden sehr oft lange Wartezeiten statt, bis sich etwas öffnet (auch im Inkognito-Modus, anderen Browsern etc.) und Pipedrive unterbindet zeitweise den Support - sie lassen dann lediglich den Selfhelp-Chatbot laufen. Wenn man Support erhält, ist dieser oft überfragt bzw. "muss nachfragen" und wenn er dies getan hat, erhält man Antworten auf die der Support nicht weiterhelfen kann.

Effortless operation. Simple to initiate use of. Simple and straightforward customer relationship management service for little businesses. It's a good product overall, but it doesn't get nearly enough credit or attention.

Pros

It's the greatest pipeline tool I've used, plus it integrates with a ton of other services, so you can do cool stuff like having it dial leads for you as soon as they're created.

Cons

Pipedrive does not have any big flaws in my opinion. Pipedrive is a promising CRM platform with strong future prospects. I just feel like Hubspot, which handles a lot of marketing, is the most comparable service, and that not enough people are aware of Pipedrive.

In its capacity as a customer relationship management (CRM) system for our sales staff, it has proven to be rather effective. Although rather elementary, the lead assignment workflow automation is quite accessible and user-friendly.

Pros

Simple to navigate and modify to fit your needs. The majority of the description of features and abilities is written in straightforward English. Resources for understanding one's talents are readily available and simple to use. A thriving ecosystem for third-party app integration, allowing us to seamlessly bridge gaps between essential business tools (email, Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Cons

In all honesty, I can't think of much that I dislike about Pipedrive. Its interface may benefit from some modernization as it now appears somewhat dull and uninspiring. There is no more information.

Overall after 2 years of using Pipedrive as a CRM + automating and connecting apps in it. I can say that it's really easy to use and there are too many apps that can be connected on top of it.

Pros

What I love most about using Pipedrive was that it was very easy to use. I myself, was tasked by a previous client if I could help them automate their company from form leads to proposal and deal won. It just took me 1-2 months before I have managed to execute all the required things by my client as I have said Pipedrive was highly customizable with regards to deal managements, contacts, addnig labels on each deals or contact. I also love the fact that they have builtin automations that saves us space in using Zapier tasks.

Cons

What I don't like about pipedrive is their webhooks they have no way to detect if someone has submitted a form, which is another cons into their form feature, when you create one and created a builtin automation there's no way to detect if its a new form submission not unless you connect it to a contact or a deal and start with that.

Já trabalhei em casos em que este CRM foi utilizado como ferramenta única, assim como em casos em que ele fazia parte de uma cadeia de ferramentas que englobavam a área de vendas e produto. Posso dizer que o melhor desempenho foi apresentado no segundo caso, conseguimos gerar análises e insights interessantes através da integração da API, por esta ser consistente e de fácil implementação.

Pros

A organização do funil de vendas e a clareza da interface são o ponto alto da ferramenta, sendo de fácil manutenção e visualização das atividades. Possui ampla gama de possibilidades de integração com outras ferramentas, uma boa loja de aplicativos e customização do fluxo de vendas e insights.

Cons

Se você busca um CRM completo, que vai te entregar um bom desempenho ponta-a-ponta, não vejo esta ferramenta como a melhor opção, visto que, embora seja muito bem estruturada para o setor de vendas e pré-vendas, ainda peca nas áreas de marketing e pós-venda.

I really like the tool, we use it well, and assign tasks to team members. It’s a good way to simply keep track of customer follow ups, BUT, in the free version the sync with mailchimp could be better. I suppose that’s why you pay for the upgrade version!

Pros

It’s easy to make bespoke pipelines and customize this with your business and desired tracking needs.

Cons

The integration with mailchimp wasn’t as intuitive as I’d hoped. While we use this, it wasn’t hugely clear that the data had moved across.

I like how simple and intuitive Pipedrive is to use without the bloat of a huge CRM and complex features a small business or sales department may not need. It has good integrations, notifications for customer actions, and easy sorting for customer profiles.

Cons

Nothing I dislike about this software, all is good. I am trying to think if there is anything I dislike and there is nothing on my mind.

I recently switched to Pipedrive from one of their competitors for two main reasons - their Contact Timeline feature and the wide arrange of integrations made available on all of their plans, even the lowest tiers. With the Contact Timeline feature I can quickly see all the touchpoints (both when and how) I have had with an existing contact. This is super helpful when looking for clients to follow up with in a single glance. I have seen similar offerings in personal contact organizers but nothing fleshed out to this degree and integrated with a more capable CRM. Hands down Pipedrive has the most comprehensive integration marketplace for the best price period. Other CRMs charge a hefty price to access webhooks or Zapier and usually allow access only on their higher level tiers. I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them. I am amazed at how many native and 3rd party integrations they have. If the tool exists, there’s a good chance you can connect to it with Pipedrive. It’s obvious that they have made integrations a priority and this adds a lot of value to the platform.

Cons

Overall I’m very impressed with Pipedrive. I do wish they would focus more of their efforts on the GSuite or Gmail Chrome Plugin. This is a real missed opportunity. In my previous CRM I could access all of my deals, contacts and notes right within Gmail. This was a real time saver, since I never had to leave Gmail to view my CRM data. Pipedrive’s Gsuite plugin is more context related. You can only see the contact/deal related information for the email you are currently viewing. I hope the plugin gets more attention in the future. Another modification I would like to see is image previews of contacts on the main contact page. They do offer this in the contact timeline view, but I would love to see it in the main contacts page as well. Finally, the Smart Contact Data tool needs some work. I have had issues with it finding enriched data on a lead. The previous CRM I worked with did a much better job. Hopefully this gets hammered out.

### "Good enough for your sales team"

Pipedrive is an excellent software for sales CRM purpose. Very easy to deploy, sales pipeline is customizable and it is actually a good match for SaaS type of companies. We can add next activity, log them and put necessary documentation in the deals. Having subscription and invoice options are really useful to track revenues. The reporting section is useful and there are plenty of metrics. It is possible to create different dashboards with certain metrics. Lead Booster add-ons cane be useful so that you can add chat bot or connect your web forms.

Pros

Great tool to track and manage end-to-end sales activities. I like the illustrations when a deal is closed :) Possibility to integrate with many tools. Simple UI. Good reporting section with customizable dashboards. Forecasting and revenue tracking options - good for SaaS companies.

Cons

When we had a smaller team, we just wanted to have a tool that we could use to track leads and deals. As we wanted to have more teams like marketing, client success and HR to use CRM, Pipedrive is not that capable. Another issue is that you need to pay extra to use some custom fields in the reporting.
