I loved using Pipedrive as a sales person because it gave me a clear overview of the health of my pipeline and my sales activities. Pipeline helped me to streamline my daily activities, keep abreast of current sales projects, focus on the big deals and easily report to my manager all of the important stats about my performance. I have come back months later to give such a positive review for Pipedrive because I think they deserve it for creating such a great tool. Unfortunately, due to an upper management decision, we have moved on to Netsuite ERP, which is, in many critical ways, the antithesis of Pipedrive. I won't focus on NS ERP too much here, but let's say, almost everywhere that Pipedrive is awesome, NS really falls down. I would wholly recommend Pipedrive to any small business that needs to be really on top of their sales process and wants to use an intuitive sales solution to drive results.

Pros

Intuitive - Almost zero training needed with little or no frustration Powerful - gives you all the data you need

None that I know of yet.

It's beeen great.

Pros

When you have 50 things on the go for me at least I can't keep track of the stuff I need to do or how many times I followed up ... Software makes it really really easy to keep track of where people are along the customer journey. Purposely moving people throughout the journey on the way to the sale is paramount and this software takes the guesswork out of it. Also, the metrics for revenue etc is great. Although data is boring it's critical to pay attention to the amount of activity and results from the activity so make better decisions moving forward. Pretty easy to use also... You don't need to be technical.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about the software.

Incredibly easy to use and straightforward CRM for small businesses Integrations with our project management board and via Zapier helped automate a lot of the processes

Functionality to scale up can be cumbersome and time consuming, i.e. cleaning 1000s of contacts or companies, or changes to old fields etc

Pros

\-It is incredible how you can improve, support and create strategies in the area of vehicle sales with promosiones, offers and customer acquisition. -Can organize calls and emails in a simple way, since it has an easy way of configuration, which allows any user or company to customize it to their liking or adapt to their needs. -It has a great optimized view, which focuses productivity on administrative and personal growth within the organization, making a great integration with all available applications. - It focuses on all its tools for the growth of the sales department of any company, giving it a 100% scalability compared to other tools in the market. -Its price value ratio is definitely great, I do not find it expensive for all sales and growth activities that can be done.

It has no negative aspects, it complies with everything it was created for, I would only like to know how much language support can be optimized for Latin countries.

Pros

Super easy to use and intuitive. The features keep rolling out to make the product even better. Lots of integrations with other services.

Cons

Since it's a newer product compared to some of the behemoths in the space, some integrations with other services are not native. Still, there's loads of integrations or work arounds.

Better productivity, and helps me see where all my team are with their deals.

Pros

I see all my deals and everyone else so I get an overview of where we are at. Unfortunately my team members seem to think it takes too much time to add information, so I will be seeking ways to make it quick and easy...using text expander App is an idea I'm working on...perhaps the ability to have templates set up would be something to consider so it is easy to quickly fill out?

Cons

Unable to print any appointment, task, notes etc. Am forced to do screen shots, which is really no good, especially if you cannot fit everything in the screen. Printing either as a pdf or straight to my printer is basic?

Pros

I like the visual layout and feel of the product, besides the obvious benefits that are provided when using a CRM tool. We've used Pipedrive in our company for the last couple years.

Cons

Notifications, and reminders can be improved in my opinion - however to be fair the product is constantly being improved.

Complete CRM package. Helps us keep organized.

Pros

Integrates with Google Calendar and Google contacts. More visual and intuitive than older products such as Salesforce. Can easily schedule detailed follow-ups for every wholesale account. Rich in many other features such as canned email responses, email integration, email status tracking, dashboard of live data and other reports.

Cons

Not very flexible security wise in limiting access to certain functionality for individual users, which I feel is a big pain.

Cons

If you are a customer service team and you are trying to work together with the sales executives using pipedrive, it is not very helpful. You will most probably need an alternative CRM tool to log information.

Smashed our sales target!

Pros

It focuses me on actions - the small actions that drive me towards a sale. It's beautiful and easy to use. It integrates with gmail and Trello, the two apps I use the most. And, more than anything it has resulted in me smashing our sales targets this year!

Cons

It's 100% a sales product. We are a charitable organisation, so the language of "deals" and "sales" doesn't sit well with us, and there's no way to change it. That language has made it harder for me to convince our organisation to start using Pipedrive.

Love it, it makes my job very easy and it allows me to make a full plan on my to do list of every single day. It also allows me to keep track on my team and allows me to take over when ever I see some deals are falling behind.

Pros

Easy to use, if you make a mistake its easy to undo. All information is log to pipedrive so if the person leaves the company, its easy to continue the job. The videos give you all the information you need.

Cons

Some time it takes forever for the emails to get register in the deal. The way the deals are arrange some times its kind of crazy to search for them.

Pipedrive is very flexible and simple to integrate into existing processes. Multiple teams or departments can use it to streamline business activity since it is cloud-based. It's also great to use with other apps like Google and email programs.

Cons

There aren't any major drawbacks but it can be pricey depending on usage. There are tons of features so getting familiar with the software can take time but the customer service and website is very helpful.

Pros

We found a lot of pros of using Pipedrive also in the marketing department. As much as it helps sales with tracking their progress, it gives a lot of valuable insights to managing board, managers and marketers or content writers. It is so intuitive (yet advanced!) that anyone can use it easily.

Cons

I can't really see too many drawbacks - maybe I would work on design, but on the other hand it is fairly simple now which is good and doesn't make you too overwhelmed with all of the features.

Pros

Pipedrive was so easy to set up and use that I barely needed to use the instructions. It is very easy to make changes, create new Pipelines, change the stages of the existing ones and to update information. I love that it gives me warnings in my inbox if I have a deadline, and I love the different ways that I can filter the data and leads to make sure that I am focused on my highest priority. This is one of the easiest programs that I have ever used to get up and running quickly.

Cons

Was a bit hard to figure out how to add additional fields, and they are not obvious, even when I have them there. Often people miss entering the correct data. I haven't used the reporting functions to any great extent. One thing that I noticed was that the reporting did not connect with emails send from my company email. Not sure why that is.

All in one screen, I never need to leave Pipedrive to look for information about my clients, deals and what to do next.

Cons

Once you set up a field of the database, you can't modify it. I guess this is valid for every other software of this kind.

Pros

This software has all that you need. It tracks your overall pipe, tasks, contacts and stats. The customizations it offers allow you to really elaborate on your potential customers and provide a great deal of clarity into where a deal is at and where, so all team members stay on the same page and have a solid understanding of where the business lies. The customizable stat dashboard and pipe are great at-a-glance tools that we use all the time when we don't need to get into the drizzly.

Cons

This is a solid platform with some customization options available, but not a ton. If you're looking to set up an in-depth system that can also be used moving forward as a CRM, this is probably not going to be a fit for you.
