### "Great solution for complex CRM"

Probably the most logical and well-thought out solution for the nature of our process and functions (Construction industry, B2B, Complex selling)... really helped with cutting down on time taken to research and manage data.

Pros

Huge amount of flexibility - custom fields, variables and sorting methods. Integration support for minimizing redundant data entry between systems is also a strong point for this product.

Cons

One tiny thing - ability to search by custom field input (quotation numbers for example) - not really an issue as we have a solution / work around for this though.

Pipeline is helping us to streamline the entire sales process which is exceptional

Pros

This tool is quite user friendly and can be easily connected with Google Accounts. I have recently started using this tool and found it extremely easy to transfer leads from freshsales to pipedrive. Using this tool, I can easily manage leads pipeline and moving leads along the pipe is easy

Cons

I am still figuring out this tool so I have not come across any bug flaws in this software

Pros

A lot of easy to setup and basic features needed for having a CRM. The tool is very intuitive and easy to grasp making it viable for several team members to get up and onboard.

Cons

Their is a sense of customization lacking in your ability to label accounts and create new fields. While there are areas to do the field customization those can be lacking in searchability.

It is the easiest to use CRM that I have tried. It truly is simple tu use and has a lot of tutorials. If you use other types of software it has a lot of integrations

Pros

It is not expensive to start and the basic plan has a lot of capabilities. If you are doing good and want to upgrade to features like email integration, follow up, templates and products then it gets a bit expensive

Cons

If you embed the forms in your website it doesn’t really look that good. I also feel that they could enhance the basic plan a little bit.

Pros

It is easy to use. All the features are very useful provided one knows how to use them. It also help you to have graphical representation of the performance of your sales or project within a click of a mouse.

Cons

The customer support is too slow in responding sometimes. Aside this, I have no major problem since I started using it.

great and simple CRM solution.

Pros

Cloud based crm solution which is very feature rich. Provides almost all functions in terms of contacts and lead management and tracking. Is very easily integrated to solutions out there. Even tracking at activity level at par with most top CRM and marketing automation solutions out there.

Cons

Since it is a cloud SaaS Solution it is not the most flexible solution out there. But overall a great product which does the job.

There seems to be a lot of development focus on improving the email side of Pipedrive. We still prefer to email from Gmail, preferring the interface and more options offered. Just a note to let you know.

Pros

Very simple to use. The visual interface and syncronisation with other services works brilliantly for us.

Cons

Events on the calendar should click through to the deals they relate to. The emails are not perfect yet.

Benutzerfreundlichkeit, einfach, nahezu selbsterklärend. Hilfreich. Hat meinen Arbeitsalltag erleichtert. Habe kein Papier mehr

Cons

Nicht alles was ich machen möchte klappt. Ggfs. Liegt es auch noch am Anwender. Bin noch stark in der Findungsphase. Beispielsweise gibt es keine Möglichkeit Geburtstage von Kontakten zu filtern, bzw. erinnert zu werden. Das wäre natürlich als Vertriebler ein MUSS. Weiterleitung einer E-Mail geht nur komplett. Ich kann keine Zeilen oder so rauslöschen.

Solve the problem when you are losing track of the overview of your leads. Which lead is in what stage? With PipeDrive this is not a question anymore. Great tool, highly recommend!

Pros

I like how you can easily create steps for your sales process and integrate with lots of tools to get fresh new leads into your pipeline.

Cons

I think the analytics could be a bit broader, but the current analytics get the job done.

We track our contacts on this and as there are several of us who need to see interaction with these contacts, Pipedrive makes this easy to do.

Pros

Ease of use and customization. When we want to add a new section it's easy to do. Adding and removing names very easy as well.

Cons

Nothing really. We have been able to do whatever we need on the platform without needing to call and IT guy in to help.

Pipedrive has allowed us to take our loosely informal sales process and put a solid cloud based framework to it. Pipedrive reduces the number of e-mails related to sales activities by half. Missed or forgotten follow-up is a thing of the past as Pipedrive does not allow you to let things slip. Using Pipedrive doubles your sales efforts...period.

Pipedrive is what our sales team actually needed instead of heavy-to-manage Salesforce customizations and plugins. It worked well for our small sales team (5 - 7 reps) but I could see it working well at larger companies as well.

Pros

Love the progressive bar and the management columns for each stage of the sales process. It's easy to see the stages of each deal with minimal sorting and fuss.

Cons

Pipedrive is simple and there aren't too many bells and whistles, but this is ultimately a good thing.

I was the guy who thought CRMs were stupid. Extra work, Waste of time - if I wasn't doing my job I wouldn't be closing. CRM's are for mid managers to look busy. PipeDrive changed my mindset and sale performance completely. Simple, elegant interface based on the core principals of a sales pipeline - not sure what a pipeline is? Just start using the software and the intuitive design guides thorough the basic workflow of contact/assess/propose/close with a few clicks, basic data entry and drag and drop. The simple interface is available as website and a phone app so your pipeline goes with you everywhere. Every time you schedule or complete an activity, it prompts you schedule your next - pushing the contact cycle forward and building your schedule. Calls are recorded as activities as they are made and integrations with your google calendar and contacts make for clean sales data in your google world. Couple the amazing interface with integrations available through Zapier and IFTT and you have a fully customizable sales platform.

Pros

Simple interface, infinitely expandable with integrations. On many platforms (web, android, ios)

Cons

The Android ap still doesn't have landscape mode! Weak sauce as it is a great way to see all deals in a pipeline.

My two big points (paying with Paypal and see the caller‘s name) were added to the software.

Pros

I like Pipedrive very much and it gets better and better. It makes my day easier and reduces work. It sets reminders and I haven‘t to use unclear Excel sheets. It also makes it easier to analyse my work. The Pipedrive team is also very helpful and they notice respectful your suggestions for improvements. Only two months ago I wrote them that it would be nice to see the caller‘s name on your phone screen, when the contact is only a Pipedrive contact and in the last update they have made it real. So props to the Pipedrive team and if you have any ideas, they try to add them in their software

I have been able to set up deals that I have been able to set up Progress Pipeline and measure each Timeframe. I have Maximized the Results from each Deal in less than 30 days

Pros

I like the Set Up that you can create Pipeline for each New Prospect and have a clear overview from the Deals Progress That makes Pipedrive my Favorite Dealmaker!

Cons

I would like to have the option to set Categories in Colors I would also like to have the option to Create a Pipeline Deal in several colors

It is the best CRM I have ever used. You can change almost everything to customize the interface or the program for you. You can make many lines in your pipelines and many pipelines for different kind of deals/goals. I would say use it. I do, I and my sales are going much better.

Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.

Pros

What I like the most about using Pipedrive is that it really helps me stay focused on the most important things. It has really helped me to keep my tasks organized and not leave things incomplete. I really like that I can even access others' workspace.

Cons

Sometimes, Pipedrive doesn't update as fast as I wish it would. Not sure yet if it has something to do with my internet provider or other admin tools.

Its not that much to think over. Try it and you will never leave =) They keep coming with updates and new features all the time, you need to keep up with theres speed!

Pros

First of all, the support is awesome. I love them! Pipedrive is easy to use and have powerful tools to stay on top of your customers.

Cons

Something i miss is that i would love to be able to send an sms that is sown in the deal on Pipedrive. Now i send it and the go in and write a note that saying that i have send a sms. I want to send mail through the app aswell. (Thats on beta now =))
