I love pipedrive, it's easy to use and very evolved for such a price. We love the tracking of the emails with the cci and the following a deal functionnality. I have recommended pipedrive several times and all the team that installed it loved it and we've been sharing tips to use it the best.

The cci function for email The following deal system The mapping of all the prospects The ecosystem that pipedrive managed to build

Cons

Analytics could be improved and sometimes the system of swaping one contact for one another could be more easy.

Pros

What it's really cool is the way you can maintain and track your generated leads into an actualized sales process that works seamlessly with this tool. From first meeting, to proposal to general questions your lead may have to follow up questions/e-mails are easily tracked and stored where the entire chain of sales is managed with ease. One of the better uses for this system for administrative work where a sales consultant may integrate it as a full-blown calendar and allow for tracking and movement of sales leads from the office or even using your mobile device.

Cons

The email integration isn't perfect yet; although they are currently improving this so I would expect this to better soon... I'd like to see larger photos of the contacts - but this is only a small issue...

Pros

I really enjoy how user friendly Pipedrive is. I can not only manage my pipeline but I can also set tasks. I really love how I can stay organized. Another cool feature I like is how it links my email to Pipedrive and tells me when someone either 1. clicks on a link in my email or 2. opens my email.

Cons

I do not like the reporting i n Pipedrive, it can get a little confusing and typing one thing wrong messes up your entire report.

Excellent. Loving it's ease of use and the very visual nature of the interface. It's like Trello for my sales pipeline! Fun to use and has made me better at followup and a better salesperson overall since I started using it.

Pros

Simple user interface, love the drag and drop functionality for your pipeline. Actually fun to use which is difficult for a business software to be but Pipedrive have accomplished that with their UI. And helps me keep track of my deals and all the relevant details in one convenient place. I know it's made me more diligent in my followup with prospects and made me a better salesperson for my company.

Cons

I feel like there's so much potential for integrating pipedrive with other software I use but it feels a bit intimidating. Would be great if there was some better onboarding to do with possible integrations and best practices to set them up.

Pros

This sofeware is a great tool for simply managing contacts. It has a great "nearby" function for visiting clients while you are in a specific area

Cons

When importing contacts, it is sometimes confusing when you do the import as to which header you should put each category. If the city and state are not properly imported, the software will decide where it should go, which can lead to accounts being placed in the wrong city and state

I have learned to spend my day in pipedrive vs outlook and my sales have increased. I cannot recommend it high enough if you are looking for a tool to keep you closing deals.

Pros

It is easy to use. Powerful. And I love how the ios app is just as powerful as the web app. I like making phone call directly from the app - It allows me to document the call and schedule the follow up call all from the phone app. Also the Stats are incredible.

Cons

Very little I find wrong with the service. And when I have had an issue the the support is always responsive

I really like how you can view your deals in a progression as they go through the sales process. Very visual and clear. Does just what I need from it...nothing more

Cons

Tough to manage partnerships in deal view. Would be nice for it to be more of a contact management tool as opposed to ONLY a deal management product

Pros

Pipedrive is not only reasonably simple to use (once you get your head around it and know what you want) but their customer support is second to none. I have bever received such exceptional service from a support team - they are firndly, very knowledgable and extremely responsive (even though we are in different time zones!)

Cons

Not much - it is easy to use although a little pricey

Pros

Easy to use, easy to implement. Pipedrive comes with a plethora of information in the form of help videos and online searchable help docs to assist even the most terrible computer user.

Cons

Email connection and implementation are a bit difficult if not using the gold service. It would be nice if a hierarchy of interested parties could be privy to certain information based on what the sales person was entering. Connecting a data visualization tool directly to the dataset would be a worthwhile addition.

I love how customizable Pipedrive is. They also have features that you wouldn't even know you needed until you use them. Keeps deals and potential customers so organized and on track.

Cons

Unfortunately they seem to have some down time here and there which because I rely so heavily on this product, is quite frustrating. The program otherwise is top-notch.

Pipedrive has transformed our sales process. Nothing is left to chance because the software sends reminders for anything you set it to alert you about. All correspondence is tracked by using the unique cc email address assigned to each deal. The lists of overdue items let you know what's overdue so everything runs like clockwork.

Pros

Its easy to use with a simple layout. The user interface is logical and presents things easily for your attention.

Cons

Sometimes the activity alerts don't come through to email which can be frustrating, however there's not much wrong with the software.

I needed a simple and intuitive way to keep track of my potential clients. I find with Pipedrive I can do just that. It takes a load off my mind so I can focus on my creative work without that nagging feeling of - where am I with such and such? The views give me a great way of keeping track of and review deals. With everything in one place, this works great for me. I thought "a bit pricey" at first, but it helps keep me disciplined about my sales process, so I am making more conversions than before. In fact, I really did not have a "Sales process" before I started to use Pipedrive. It has been great value for money for me. It really is a great tool for non-salespeople to build a sales process around. I can not really comment on customer support because I have not needed to use it. The training videos are adequate when starting out. I have not explored all the features yet. I have not been using it long enough for the reports to be of much use, but I am looking forward to finding some helpful insights to improving my sales process, now that I actually have one. I have recommended it to friends and am planning to give a presentation in the new year to a local start-up support group with the working title "Turning a Nerd into Salesman - it doesn't have to be painful"

many benefits have been obtained since I use this software because it is able to get better performance at the time of use and is really very practical for anyone.

Pros

It's super fast this software works excellent even with little signal, I use it because its design is very practical and fast. I think it is ideal for my company because when sending information it is done in a fast way without needing to be constantly pending.

Cons

I do not like it: You need more security to be more effective. Of rest I love it is very easy to use and very useful.

I have benefited from the use of Mailigen since I have managed to achieve a better way to conduct Marketing with my clients, and send constant information via SMS.

Pros

What I like most about Mailigen, is that it covers marketing promotion more than anything else through telephone messaging (SMS), a good way to cover marketing and expand it.

Cons

I do not like the prices of Mailigen, I consider it a very nice software that has some functions that leave a lot of things to do, and with low prices, you could enjoy the functions in an easier way.

Pros

Pipeline management tool that is easy to use, easy to upload file, deals tracking is simplified, and can easily add tasks and follow up. Easy integration with ASANA for task management as well.

Cons

Doesn't organically integrate with Highrise which is the only donwfall of this tool in our business, although there is option with zapier, have it direct would be amazing. Also for Philippines market, price point is slightly high

Excellent business software with very good user interface

Pros

Very easy to setup and use and has all the flexibility we need. Also the integrations with Drive, Calendar and Gmail are useful. Finally: The basic view itself is very informative for everyone.

Cons

Few report options , could be expanded to cover more areas but Export to Excel covers anything remaining.

Pros

Easy to use. It was setup for someone in sales to use, not for management to just track details. It actually helped organize and stay on top of deals.

Pros

As a freelance consultant, I couldn't find other product that can help me in keep track of my way of working. I also find very useful the email integration, and the latest email template feature.

Cons

Since I'm not a salesman, it would be great to have more support about understanding and create a good sales funnel. Also I'd like more connection between my contacts and social networks (as in Nimble), with also a way to just keep in touch (pe, Nimble helps to define how much frequently I wanna just say "hi" to a contact). It would be also great to have a file archive, in order to store my main files to be sent to customers (resume, brochures, etc).

Pros

I love the organization that I get by keeping track of my notes on Pipedrive. NO one falls through the cracks and I can stay organized and effective. I've always been one of the top sales reps and I owe much of that success to Pipedrive. It is easy to sort through the companies and know who is a priority to call, and how to set future callbacks with the Pipedrive system.
