Pros

It's very easy to deploy. The interface is very user-friendly and easy to interact. Teamwork can be easily done by assigning different permissions.

Cons

I find it bit costly. You have to pay price per user. It takes time to set up in the first place but it's worth it.

Cons

I didn't like the cookie cutter feel of the product. I did want to do a bit more customization to better fit my needs.

### "The Effectiveness of the Pipedrive CRM"

Pros

Pipedrive is able to gather information from many different sources and organize it in an easy and understandable way. Pipedrives design lays each deal out in a format that is simple and helpful. When I am in need of finding company information Pipedrive allows me to view all the information in one place instead of having to search everywhere for it. It is very helpful to have all the employees of a company labeled under the same deal so that we do not contact people twice or too many times. Pipedrive also makes it easy to export lists of people because it has a filter function with many different ways to separate people. Pipedrive support is very helpful and always available when I call, they have been able to assist me in all of my issues except the one listed below. Pipedrive's support is exceptional considering the cost of the CRM. Pipedrive is cheap and is a very good CRM for smaller businesses.

Cons

I do not like that pipedrive does not automatically combine companies and deals. When you add a new person to pipedrive it creates a new company instead of adding it to the company that is already created and it similarly adds a second deal. There is not a simple way to create a new person and simultaneously add it to the deal and the company. This is not a major issue, but it proves to be frustrating and inconvenient when adding many new people to the CRM.

Pros

The most significant feature to my firm is the flexibility. Its very easy to add fields of data we find useful and customize the experience.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of adoption in the market. The lack of adoption, especially in the financial services market, means that other complimentary systems don't have integration to Pipedrive, while they do have integration with other CRMs. This downfall is counterbalanced with the reasonable price and flexibility we have with Piperdrive.

Pros

Pipedrive has an amazing search engine that will use any text on a deal, company, or person profile. I also love the ability to keep all aspects of information on a client in one spot. I can also filter by some amazing custom options.

Cons

Linking a ticketing system to Pipedrive didn't meet our needs.

Good entry level software if you have not used a CRM before for tracking actual deals and managing a sales pipeline. I found it a bit weak for managing day to day contact interactions and tracking opportunities.

Pros

I found two features of Pipedrive to be particularly useful. The graphic interface managing deals was very intuitive and effective when presenting deal progress to my peers. I found it easy to customize where that capability was made available in the software.

Cons

I found it a bit difficulty to maintain the interactions with my contacts consistently. The steps to enter information for ongoing contact were not intuitive for me. I found it difficult to consistently enter and track notes of my activities with my leads.

Great interface, easy to use alone and with integrated apps. Makes sales KPI's and revenue easier to track! Love it!

Pros

I have used many CRM's and I really like Pipedrive. Its easy to use, has "to the point" actions without all the bells and whistles that you don't really need. You can easily integrate it with Google Calendar and other Google apps which makes things very easy.

Cons

I cant think of anything that I dislike about Pipedrive!!

### "Got Sales Software Dreams Get PipeDrive"

In the beginning I was concerned about setting up this product but I was amazed how easy it was. I was overloaded with customer information and creating duplicate files. I need all my information in one place I needed to have task reminders, have call reminders, activities and manage key account information. PipeDrive has been the easiest CRM software I have ever used. I could add contact information new fields, I could drag clients from one stage to the next through the sales process. I could create stages and add or delete stages. I enjoyed having multiple Pipelines. I put special Projects in a separate Pipeline. I put my quotations in a separate pipeline. I put my Export information for different islands in different Pipelines. When I come in the office I don't need to remember all the follow up work I have to do. I have my activity reminders from PipeDrive. Based on the Value of the deal I can see my statistics easily and have reports. And this is just the beginning there are so much more features.

Pros

Multiple Pipelines, Activity reminders, I can enter basic information and come back later and populate it

Cons

I'm not sure...I was curious if i can copy or drag information from pipeline one into pipeline 2

It lets me get back to what I do best, selling, and not having to figure out how to input my data. A must have for smaller sales orgs.

Cons

It's not as power as other crms but for small teams it does work. With time we had to transition to a more robust system

Pipedrive is the best CRM for sales, really. I use everyday, and it's just so easy. There are things that can improve, of course, but the customer support team is always ready to help me whenever I need, and they are really good on updating the app, everyday.

Pros

Fast improvement, easy to use, great customer support and great price.

Actually none, really.

I'm using Pipedrive to put everything that can be regarded as a deal. A place to collect ideas, leads, contacts and related mails and media. It's dead simple to use, great with integration of calendars, other project system, adding related emails by only forwarding them to Pipedrive. Totaly price worthy if you are serious about closing deals

Pros

The absolutely best feature is that every time you've marked a task or action as done, you'll get prompted on what's the next action is. You can tell this was made together with sales people. Simple to use, drag n drop interface, easy to get an overview of your deals and when you should take measures on a deal or if you are running late on an action.

Cons

Doesn't have a native desktop app for OSX, but the web interface is great and if you use the app Fluid, you can create a web app that acts like an native desktop app.

A very striking option that more than meets the main functions of a CRM that your young business needs.

Pros

When you start a business it is difficult to understand how the marketing of your product is handled, how you should treat the clients and keep an order of them, but this tool helps you in these tasks and in a very good way, the emails and calls are monitored automatically, to focus on more important tasks, with all the tasks of automation helps the team to focus on tasks that really require human effort, helps maintain a portfolio of happy customers, keep them abreast of progress and project your business beyond.

Cons

It is a very simple application, that is, it does not have all the features of a higher CRM, if this is what you want, you should look for another option.

Cons

The system tries to force you to always have a follow up activities/tasks, which is good, but I wish there was a rules-based way to automatically create or suggest new activities.

Pros

The software allows for contact storage and malleable transfer of contact information across accounts. Some of the accounts we managed had multiple contact points that overlapped across different accounts, so it was helpful to have this functionality.

Cons

The price per user is too high. In the interest of being frugal, we just shared accounts across multiple team members to bypass this, but this caused confusion and lacked efficient processes.

I've used CRM software since 2002, and some of them had great functionality and expandability. Where Pipedrive shines though is in keeping me focused, both in day-to-day ops, as well as in providing big-picture POV. And does so in an almost delightfully simple way. Context: We are a small outfit, with 7 people in sales related functions, and we use pipedrive for (a) our day-to-day sales and promotion related tasks, (b) daily standups for quick overview, (c) our bi-weekly forecasting meets, and (d) for budgeting.

Pros

It feels intuitive to use, works well with imperfect data, is quick, and stays discretely in the background of my day without requiring me to change the way I work, while being there in an instant when I need to use some function.

Cons

I would love to use it on iPad more, but the (hardware) keyboard shortcuts are not as good in the app. On the iPhone the app is fine, as it is a purely touch UI.

Cons

I had been using Salesforce.com for several years, but run business with just myself as a salesperson. I had heard good things about Pipedrive, so I decided to give it a go using the free trial. The big differentiator to get me to switch over was the ability to migrate my data from Salesforce to Pipedrive quite easily.

Pros

\- Better UI than Salesforce - Easier to Schedule future tasks and appointments - Love the daily emails with tasks - Wonderful integration with Google Calendar & email - Pricing is just right

Cons

\- Not many integrations with Zapier. - Pretty much any integration other than the most basic, will need to be done with their API and hiring a programmer.

Pros

If you're looking for a CRM that will make your sales process more efficient, Pipedrive is the answer. I've tried several different programs in the past, and none of them have been as user-friendly as Pipedrive. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes it simple to add new leads and track your progress. Pipedrive is also great for collaboration. You can easily share your pipelines with other members of your team, and they can then contribute their own notes and tasks. This makes it easy to stay on top of your sales goals and keep everyone informed about what's happening. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Pipedrive and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM solution.

Cons

I am always keen to learn about or receive more features that improve collaboration and communication.

I have benefited a lot from the use of Mailigen within my field of work, since I have managed to create campaigns of my company very quickly and follow the results of each campaign through any device with connection to the network.

Pros

What I like the most about Mailigen is its interface, the platform has a very appropriate design and I feel very comfortable using it, the design makes the stay more fun and it becomes much more appropriate, making a campaign is not boring with Mailigen thanks to its design and integrated functions.

Pros

Using Pipedrive as my sales funnel is just amazing: I've created multiple funnels for upselling, inbound and outbound, and tasks from daily activies like mailing or calling to long prize tasks, like creating a commercial proposal or restabilish contact with a prospect.

Cons

Found it hard to learn, and harder to master. As the software has many funcionalities, it was kinda hard to get to know all of them.
