Pros

LOVE this CRM - I've been searching for a long time to find a CRM that is affordable, easy to use, and doesn't constantly crash or have glitches all the time. They also have an app which is extremely easy to use. If you make calls though the app, It will all update in your database. After every task completed, another link will pop up asking whether you would like to set up another task for that client. I could not speak highly enough about Pipedrive. Worth every penny.

Cons

I really don't have any cons other than if you're working too fast it will sometimes slow down and take a little longer for the website to load.

I actually drew out a way to track my own sales pipeline as I found things were hard to hold in my head as the leads piled up. The best image I found was by Pipedrive and it matched the way I already thought. So I've found it helpful to use to help me keep track of who to follow up with, what stage different leads are at in the conversation.

Pros

Helps you track your incoming leads. Good long free trial time. You can setup a custom pipeline. The UI/UX is good, much nicer than salesforce, and better value too. I also love that Zapier can collect data from web forms and drop it right into pipedrive.

Cons

It's only useful as long as you have leads to track.

I have been using these sorts of tools for ever. I can honestly say this is the easiest most sales rep friendly tool I have ever worked with. It is great for early stage companies who aren't looking to automate their processes without disrupting their performance. I regularly recommend this solution to companies.

Pros

Easy to use, visual and intuitive

Cons

Don't like to one line field for addresses. I know I can split with custom field but I think that is an awkward way to do that. I also don't like suffixing a deal with the word "deal". I know I can overwrite it but seems a little silly. Also would like to resize the windows for example: the notes fields or the comment on activities field.

Pipedrive allowed us to streamline projects for a production team and stay on top of tasks and customer needs.

Pros

The interface for Pipedrive takes minutes to learn and the interface options and settings are really user-friendly. Multiple drop down project tabs/lists allow us to separate and track pending projects, projects in motion, and even long term projects. Alerts and reminders allow us to stay on top of upcoming events and tasks. While we don't use the job cost tracking, it is available for those that would like to use Pipedrive's Analytics.

Cons

Setting up and editing contacts could use some tweaking. It would be nice to be able to link an existing Contact to a new project/job and it properly list the new job as a job and not a new contact. If a different user adds a job and forgets: New project, it's hard to properly link a new project to an existing contact.

Visual design of the pipelines, custom fields, email integration (2-way), being able to collaborate with teammates on projects/deals, mobile app

Cons

The filters aren't super intuitive. You can create any view you want and after some trial and error, usually works fine but hard at first in any of the field views.

Transparency of incoming new business.

Pros

Ease of use and visual interactivity. Drag and drop functionality and customization of fields to suit you specific business needs. Mobile platform works excellently and the integrated call log and email log functions add simplicity to the recording of information. The handy schedule function helped to record key appointments.

Cons

For our needs the pipeline stages needed a little more refinement and we would have like to have held more information within the software but this was more of a specific request to our style of working and for an out of the box package it was generally good.

Pros

The familiarity with kanban makes this method of CRM ideal. You move prospects along based on the sales stage. It's very easy to see where we're at with it. It also has most of the other features of CRM and is ideal for none-bloated organisations.

Cons

I think if we got really busy, there is the risk some stuff may not appear on the page so stages with a wider column may be nice to have.

Overall, this was a great software to keep track of my clients from point of contact, to conclusion of sale, to setting them up for a followup call in the future.

Pros

I liked the ease of functionality, and the ability to share items so easily. Makes keeping track of your own clients super easy, as well as passing them on to others, but still having a hand in on what the final outcome is.

Cons

That people can remove you from your client, if not shared properly. You really have to pay attention while using this software to eliminate mistakes.

PROS Pipedrive's strength lies in the efficiency of communicating multiple levels of sales information in one simple screen. The main Deals screen shows deal boxes with names and dollar values, and the placement indicates how far along the pipeline each is. For managers, this feature is incredibly useful for evaluating the strength of each salesperson's pipeline. Pipedrive creates a high degree of urgency since deals "spoil" after prolonged inactivity. It is extremely easy to quickly visualize the value of your pipeline and forecast when sales can be won. CONS Some utility is functioned in order to make the software easier to use. For example, the more active deals you have, and the more steps in the pipeline there are, the harder it is to see the overall picture. If you have more than three deals with minimal title/description info, they are pushed off-screen and it instantly defeats some of the efficiency that makes Pipedrive worth using. Also, when deals are won, they leave the pipeline, so it becomes very hard to track recurring business or fluctuating sales from the same customer. While you can record very detailed notes in each deal's profile, the information is presented in chronological-list form. This may create a need for another program or database to save data-oriented details about your client. If your industry has a long-term sales cycle with many prospective clients and fluctuating repeat business, Pipedrive will not be the only platform you use for CRM.

What is not good about Pipedrive is that there is no desktop version. At the same time, it would be good if more and better reports could be generated

it has some limitations and bugs that would seem simple to resolve. i've been waiting for over 6 months for the engineering department to resolve a bug that pipedrive has regarding zapier.

I can trace my goals as far as sales are concerned, it is as easy as efficient. It has been a great help to me.

Pros

This CRM exceeded all my expectations. It is very efficient, its quality is very good. Besides that I can synchronize my emails and organize my sales easily.

Cons

I do not like very much its interface is very rigid and it makes you bored for a moment but its quality and efficiency makes it worthwhile.

As a startup you don't like to waste money to old fashioned and complex sales tools. Begin part of the YES!Delft incubator we had the opportunity to work with Pipedrive for free for one year. There was no doubt after that period to buy this great software tool. It's so easy to use and it almost forces you to work with concrete actions and follow ups. There are many features, API's with other tools and it's easy to personalize it. hopefully we'll be able to use the gold version and integrate it with outlook, but we bootstrap a bit more, so our current version already so nice. Thx Pipedrive

We tried about 10 different solutions before demoing Pipedrive, this was the clear winner. It eliminates the extra steps and irrelevant information tools like Hubspot and Cloze require and lets us focus on the only important thing in sales, closing. It gives us transparent status into what everyone is doing and clearly shows if we have are behind in certain stages of the pipeline so we can make corrective efforts before it becomes a problem.

Pros

Simplicity and great dashboard.

Cons

Doesn't integrate with our phone system yet.

Pros

Super easy to use - no extensive training required. Doesn't use a virtual phone number. Has a phone app for when you're on the run. Customizable. Tons of filters to look at your business in different ways. Tiered plans. No contract commitments. Integration apps available. Not "over functional" - straight and to the point.

Cons

I wish there were a few more options built in (automating tasks) rather than relying on an integration app to handle it. But then again, the price would probably go up and the price was one of the things that attracted us. I'd love to see "templates" to help set up according to business types. I'm in real estate so our pipelines are a little different from sales. Would love to see how someone else who's in real estate has their PD configured. Also, not even sure if PD can handle drip campaigns. Would like built-in, customizable templates. (They might have this and I'm just missing it... We're still in set-up mode)

Fresh out of the box, PIPEDRIVE did all the heavy lifting for my new business. For me, its a full service CRM, DEAL and ACTIVITY TRACKING system. Keeps me focused, aware and accountable.

Pros

Immediately accessible. Customizable. Integrates with PandaDoc. One stop shopping: no need for additional software or apps to track my business.

Cons

Customizing column headers and data inside existing fields (IE DETAILS) could be easier. Its not intuitive for me....at all. Its tricky and difficult to get the columns to reflect my business terms. But I spend time with the online tutorials...they help. Would be great to be able to have a 1/2 hour free consultation ONE MONTH after starting to use PipeDrive. And then to be able to have more online sessions w/an actual person, for a fee, if needed. Thank you.

I really love how the software is super easy to use and the customizability of it all. Everything is right where I need it and it's nice to have the proper work flow in front me. I love being able to see the potential revenue in the pipe too :)

Cons

There's not much I don't like about the software. It would be nice if I could do bulk emailing, but that's not a huge problem for me.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive, organized and a very clean interface. I have been using Pipedrive for over 3 years now and I can say there is no better universal management tool. I always know where my employees stand on ongoing deals and what the next step is!

Cons

Easy to duplicate organizations entered and the import tool doesn't always function as intended missing key fields or pieces of information. However you can easily spot these gaps and fill them in.
