### "Great Product - Almost Has Everything I Need"

PipeDrive is great. We're selling more than ever before. There was a bit of an adjustment for the first few weeks, but now we're flying. It's replaced 5 other pieces of software. It doesn't quite do everything I need it to -- some email features aren't present, and bulk-upadting/adding deals and activities doesn't always work the way I want it to. But the good news is that third party apps like Zapier and Google Sheets can integrate to fill in the gaps. You need to spend some extra time getting these things running, but once up they'll save hours every day. For the money, PipeDrive is absolutely worth it.

Pros

Activities help me tell my sales team exactly what to do every day.

Cons

I like to be able to bulk-add activities and bulk-send emails. This is a real pain right now, since I pull the deals out, add the info I want to a spreadsheet, then use the ID number to re-upload and update.

Overall a great investment. The most reasonably priced CRM on the market - CRM is absolutely necessary for any successful business, I have tried many myself and Pipedrive is the best of them all.

Pros

\- Very easy to use, intuitive - Well presented, good visuals - Effective and custom metrics - Powerful integrations that allow it to run like a program 10x the cost

Cons

\- Speed - It is very slow to run, takes a little while to switch between deals and contacts - Integrations sometime require reboots

Overall this is a great management tool. Prior to this I used another software that was terribly frustrating to use, but Pipeline is a great product and our team uses it daily to track deals and their progress.

Pros

What I like the most about this software the most is the intuitiveness and ease of use. Everything flows through easily and you can track a deal from inception to completion with ease.

Cons

What I did not like as much about this software is that there were certain categories or fields that you could not collapse or remove. I would have liked a completely customize-able pipeline.

Pros

I’ve been using Pipedrive for several years. The CRM has gotten better over time. As a consultant I’ve tried others but always return to Pipedrive. I also use CRMs that my clients choose but Pipedrive's interface is simple and I always know where I am in the sales funnel. Everything is streamlined even when I’m using the mobile app.

Cons

I don’t like the way it sets up filters but it’s a minor inconvenience.

Having evaluated several CRMs, we loved Pipedrive for its simplicity of use and functionality. Tremendously intuitive and agile when it comes to working. After more than 1 year together, it is one of the best decisions that have been made in our company in terms of tools and has greatly facilitated the work of our commercial department.

Pros

Compared multiple CRM's and found Pipedrive to be most precise and easy to understand . Pipedrive team has created wonderful tutorials. Timely updates are shared via emails so that we do not miss out on latest features . Great tool to handle and plan your sales lead activities.

Cons

There isn't any specific thing that needs correction, it matches well with our process. However it is never too much, looking forward to more features on Pipedrive.

Pros

We are a mortgage company and pipedrive has just been fantastic allowing us to track deals and clients and allowing everyone in the company know what's going on at any given time. Simple to use and easy to update, set tasks and pass clients to other colleagues enabling them to work on clients cases at the same time.

Cons

We are very happy with pipedrive and so far have not come across anything negative.

this is now our "goto" software for prospecting and finding new clients.

Pros

pipedrive is so easy to set up and get on with straight away. We replaced another "well known" CRM with pipedrive and the cross over was seemless.

Cons

Its hard to find any negatives about pipedrive but we did have a few integration problems with a third party app. however this was quickly solved.

Pros

How easy it is to use! There are a lot of things that make PD fluid when using it. It populates the fields that you need with ease and fast too (obviously depending on your internet speeds, but the software isn't clunky) When creating leads you can set the genre, territory and address which populates on google maps too! You can search by territory, organisation, genre, name etc. Plenty of options when working in sales and you need your contacts tracked easily and quickly

Cons

If you add in bad data, you get out bad data! Pipedrive doesn't discriminate against what goes in, so make sure you enter clean data, it will tell you when there is a duplicate but it will still allow you to add it to the database.

Pros

The flexibility of Pipedrive has made us very happy. We don't just use Pipedrive as CRM tool for sales, but for managing our pipelines in Development and Marketing too. I'm also very happy with the support - fast satisfying answers or quick reactions to stuff that cannot be done yet.

Cons

As director level guy I'm always very interested about numbers and statistics. I would be grateful to see some more tools to build up custom reporting in the tool itself. At the moment we're taking out some numbers through the API and build up special reporting on our end, but some useful reports would be better to see in the statistics page.

Really helps organize and keeps tracks of your contacts and lead process. several times I didnt remember if and when I reached out to certain groups so without the software to organize it, I would have really made some mis steps in my sales calls.

Pros

When initially obtaining this software, the start up training and contact support was excellent, then was able to quickly understand and use all the features to organize my sales contacts and info

Cons

I wish the lower versions has a few more features than the upgraded versions (although I understand that more features, more cost) but most of the xtra features I won't use so maybe a la carte add ons?

Pros

Pipedrive is really simple to use. I love how easy it is to see where your things are at visually. The mobile app is also done really well when most Mobile CRMs struggle.

Cons

It doesn't handle a large number of contacts or deals well. Because you have to have everything in a pipeline, it doesn't offer a difference between leads or deals (at least not visually)

Pros

It helps to scheduke your leads and to make them more transparent. In these times when sales teams are working remotely such tools are indispensable.

Cons

It takes some time to learn and configure the tool and to create dashboards that will be useful both for head of sales and team.

Pros

I have been using Pipedrive for the past few months and I am absolutely in love with it. It is a complete CRM platform that is very user-friendly and makes managing customer relationships a breeze. The features are well thought out, making it easy to track leads, manage sales pipelines and keep organized. I highly recommend Pipedrive to anyone looking for an effective CRM solution!

As of now, I have not encountered any downsides.

The pro was that I was able to set important alarms and it will display with red banners inside the funnel, very important for that people that you need to pay special attention in order to close the business

Cons

The cons are that it has not a marketing platform for uploading docs and creating CTA buttons in other to catch new visitors inside your webpage

Pros

The USP of Pipedrive has got to be its simplicity. I am delighted that it offers such a powerful CRM without compromising on usability.

Cons

At times I get delayed reminders and email notifications. The dashboard could be more intuitive and it would be fantastic if UI gets a facelift.

Came to pipedrive from salesforce as a result of the cumbersome and ridiculous amount of overbearing features of salesforce, as well as the cost to use it. Pipedrive is universally loved among my sales staff and it is easy to train new folks on to use. Best bang for the buck, hands down!

Pros

Ease of use, customizability, compatibility, price.

Cons

There are no cons other than that certain functions that are specific to our company dont always get developed into Pipedrive as quick ( we sound spoiled ).

I would love to be integrated with Mailchimp to send the email campaign straight from Pipedrive. Right now we can export the data to Mailchimp.

Tracking and updating your sales funnels for the sales team, and keeping the team goals on checked.

Pros

You can manage your sales or the entire sales department performance with this software. It focuses on getting those leads across the pipeline and offers every feature you need to do so. With the mobile app, you can even track and update your sales progress immediately.

Cons

It is fantastic to track your sales progress, but it is mostly the only thing you will be doing with this software. I would recommend its use, and even using a paid plan, considering that it is beneficial to check on your sales funnels. If you are on a limited budget, perhaps a more general lead acquisition software would satisfy your needs better.

Pros

I like that I can personalize it to fit my needs. The pipeline that the software comes with didn't make sense for my business so I was able to change the names and add to it to make it work perfectly for me. Also, the app is great!

Cons

It took me a little while to figure everything out so it was intimidating at first. The tutorials are only so helpful.

Allows documentation of all deals. Send emails from pipedrive. Can be viewed by other members of your team.

Cons

Can become overwhelming if you do not keep it maintained. If used by many users you need to develop protocol to insure consistincy

I've had the misfortune of having to work with and configure a number of different CRM systems - most of which were expensive, enterprise solutions that took ages to bed in because of the complexity of use. Pipedrive is by far the easiest to set up with a flexibility to tie into your business processes - not forcing you to adjust how you operate to meet the needs of the platform. And the usability is exceptional. User is king and well done Pipedrive for catering to that. The ability to create customised reporting is exceptionally powerful and allows you to check how your pipeline is performing throughout all stages. Really, fantastic stuff and I recommend everyone check this out before investing in an alternative. And the training videos are brilliantly narrated. Keep up the good work PD!

Pros

Ease of use and flexibility of reporting. Even being able to label the stages to meet your own business processes makes it much easier to bed in to the organisation.

Cons

Some of the integration features need work - syncing tasks with Outlook calendar seems like a gaping hole but I can work around it.
