overall it is nice, easy to use software. good value for money!

Pros

it is easy to use, almost intuitive. gives good understanding of deal winning flow and assessment of how each member of the sales team has performed

Cons

Reporting, on the first look reporting looks cool, however it doesnot allow you to get comprehensive information to analize for example whoch sales channels are most efficient

Pros

Easy to set up and configure. I have used SFDC in several companies, and it is overkill for most use cases. Pipedrive is a great fit for all but the largest enterprises.

Cons

Wish there were integrations with Google Contacts, FullContact, and other contact databases. This would help me avoid having to update info in more than one place.

I highly recommend the Pipe drive to anyone who wants to automate bureaucratic steps in the sales process and effectively improve results and relationships with their customers.

Pros

It has numerous tools to effectively facilitate the sales process. It is possible to plan actions, identify opportunities, monitor interactions with customers, extract sales reports, among others. It also has good integration with other tools and allows you to configure alerts for necessary actions. The interface is simple and customizable, in addition to being used and known internationally and having translation into several languages.

Cons

Difficult to point out something I don't like about Pipedrive. Perhaps the plans can be expensive by the standard of some places like mine.

We have realized that Pipedrive was certainly the best fit for us instead of Sales Force and things like that.

Pros

The software is extremely easy to use and provides the best functionality for what we are using it for. Everyone understood how to use it within one sitting and it has made keeping track of all sales so much easier. Pipedrive also has fantastic pre-built in connectivity to our business's webpage by building the forms that automatically creates follow ups for our sales representatives, as well as connectivity to our company's G-Suite emails to allow everything for each individual sale be easily visible right then and there.

Cons

We would love it if Pipedrive would add a pre-built in connectivity to Facebook Ads lead forms. So far we have not been able to find a suitable connective third party for between Pipedrive and Facebook so we have still been doing everything manually collecting leads from our Facebook marketing.

This would be the perfect solution with a set of pre-defined actions that we can take based on each stage in a process. For example, I'd like to be able to automatically update my clients as changes occur in their workflow, or send birthday wishes, or send new client information when they're added to the system. We need more CRM functionality...

Pros

Love the ease of use in creating a workflow, and using it to track production as well as the sales process.

Cons

Missing bulk mailing functionality based on workflow. It would be nice to be able to communicate status changes or create my own rules for communication with clients and potential ones.

Pipedrive is very easy to use and quick to configure / customize. Managing imports and exports of data works very well.

Cons

The product started to become slow to use, like if it was heavy to load. The level of default features should evolve more over time.

Organization of our pipelines. Accountability. Flexibility. Pure awesomeness.

Pros

The flexibility of Pipedrive is outstanding! Being about to create our own workflows, rearrange them by simple drag-and-drop, naming them however we want...just priceless. We also love how Pipedrive prompts you to add future actions as you mark completed tasks as finished. This pushes us to always add that next action to the deal. User administration is a piece of cake. Having the running totals for what's in the pipelines gives visibility to us for what's coming in that we simply never had before. On top of all of these amazing features, the flexibility we have in setting up products is outstanding as well. My whole team loves Pipedrive.

Cons

It doesn't always convince your prospects to buy your services. ;) The only con I can think of is that you can't "@" (mention) your other users. Add that feature, and this box would be empty.

Pros

I have been using Pipedrive for an internet marketing campaign at my job. I will say that getting it set up was a little complicated (mostly because I'm not super tech savyv). I had to have someone help me to get everything initially set up. However, once everything was set up and running, this has been a great asset and time saver to our campaign. With a little training it was very easy to use. It is nice to have everything in one location and the features in Pipedrive saved me so much work, that I could not imagine doing this work without Pipedrive.

Cons

The only con for me was that it was a little complicated for me to set up. But I'm sure someone who is more tech savvy than me would not have any issues.

Scrolling function on the tables are a little wonky No way to include the latest update from the "Notes" section in each account/deal account. No way to link two company accounts together under the same umbrella.

Pros

The interface is so easy to understand that even a rookie can be assigned for basic sales operations and he won't be confused. Expertise is required only when some major function like data uploading or editing is done.

Cons

\- Only that I can mention is that if it had some kind of inbuilt messaging system or e-mail integrartion.

The simplicity of using Pipedrive is great. It doesn't contain all the bells and whistles of others, but that makes the platform strong. Their support is always fast and professional.

Informing my customers about news, capturing people information for product launches, sending survey forms and reporting on results for all of these

Pros

The ease of use of the visual editor, reporting and rest of the functionality. As well as the depth of functionality available. For example one day I needed to make a survey form. Started in google forms and though - hmm maybe there is something in Mailigen? And of course there was and good one too

Cons

Sometimes the visual editor is doing weird things with a bit more advanced layouts and colour schemes.

The main difference, which is the only pro against competitor products is its Trello like style. It is easier to create this task flow within your CRM.

Cons

Its expensive. Honestly, you can get the same features for free from other tools. There is literally no incentive to pay, even with the different approach that they take.

The sales funnel is a systematic and visual process to sell our products or services. It is useful to show exactly where the profits of the sale are, it helps us to know if we have enough business to reach the objectives and quotas and also if we have to pay special attention to certain clients.

Pros

It gives us a projection and record of sales, managing to have a record of the data of our buyers and helps to project sales in the future

Cons

it updates the system without previous warning, which does not allow to fully acclimate to its use, delaying the automation of the registries, its migratory capacity is little versatile.

Pros

it looks attractive but I didn't had the chance to fully test it.

Cons

I did take the trial 30 days and did need the software to just call prospects, it took them 3 days to get me an answer, it was clear and it is still on the website that they offer this feature for trial account, and after 3 days, they come back and said, we do not offer it anymore, my issue is not to pay but more why would you take 3 days and get back with something that is not what you put on your website, very unprofessional, also crazy things, I message the chat support and they told me to check with the other person! I also email the buy who should do the onboarding and same, he said need to check with the chat, really weird!

For my sales savvy clients who want a user-friendly interface, this is a good option.

Pros

Easy to Use Sales Management (CRM) system designed to be friendly on the eyes (and the mind!). I find the Pipedrive system is one of those rare CRMs that I can walk my tech-averse clients through without any hassles. They have a nicely designed dashboard and is a great way to manage leads and pipelines.

Cons

The Pipedrive system might be deceptively easy to use on first glance, and it's fairly feature rich, so you need a good understanding of the principles behind a solid sales funnel to maximize your use of the system.

Pros

Easy to use and customizable. Integration with third parties is also great and very easy to do. The email feature is awesome, since we can have all the history of our deals. With Pipedrive we can built our business strategy based on really good reports.

Cons

We are a Brazilian company based in Brazil, however charging is in USD. Pipedrive could charge us in BRL. This is the only con that we have.

Pros

We really struggled to find the right CRM, as we have some unique processes across an international team. Pipedrive had a great reputation and was the right choice!

Cons

To be honest, it does WAY more than we needed, so it's a bit overkill. This made it a bit overwhelming, but we got the hang of it with support's help.
