you really need to go with at least the gold option to get the best out of pipedrive

Pros

The best UI that I have seen on any cloud based solution. Their API is pretty amazing as well. It's super easy to learn.

Cons

Nothing really! If you get their gold plan that supports Gmail Email two way communication - it can get expensive.

I would like to add a thank you to Pipedrive for making my job easier.

Pros

Pipedrive is my perfect CRM tool. It's incredibly easy to use, with a simple design and an intuitive layout. Pipedrive actually makes my job easier! Automatic email tracking and a timeline structure that keeps deal-specific notes, meetings, and tasks saved as they happen, all keep me organized and on time. I particularly love the reminder feature that cues me to set follow-up tasks. With Pipedrive, I never get behind with a client. Lastly, (not that I have had to use them often, but) Pipedrive's Support Team is the fastest, friendliest, and most informed customer service I have ever dealt with. Ever. They are awesome.

Cons

The only thing Pipedrive hasn't been able to do is allow me to have links to my social media attached to icons in my email signature. I admit, that's negligible considering everything they have to offer.

We can share the information of our clients in the work team, to follow up on the state in which they are found and to count the number of businesses that were successful.

Cons

At the beginning it was difficult to discover all the functionalities that Pipedrive had and how useful they could be.

My overall experience so far has been positive but I would prefer if my client used a different CRM.

Pros

I liked how quickly I was able to grasp the user interface and get up to speed with my client's account.

Cons

It doesn't have as many features as some of the other CRMs I have used for other clients so I would prefer to use a different CRM.

Pros

It's got a great interface that reminds me a lot of Jira - beyond that, it's not just a CRM, it's also a project management system

Cons

Like with anything, there will be continued UX enhancements, but there really isn't anything notable that I dislike.

keeping track of clients with the possibility of reopening the client if he comes back, the possibility of downloading the app and connecting it with your contacts makes it so easy

Pros

I love that it is easy to use when selling products to any costumers, letting you organize it in your own way and keep track of any type of client.

Cons

Making calls on my cellphone and pipedrive asking me if it had anything to do with a specific deal.

Pros

Many functionalities and ease of use for administrators (team and system), set up (both quick and intuitive) and team. Most functions that are missing can easily be replaced with easy to use Zapier integrated tools.

Cons

It definitely requires additional software like Zapier. (Zapier being the only costly one that's definitely required though) Especially the missing email template feature is annoying because workarounds are never ideal in this case. Some kind of button that instantly triggers integrations would be extreely helpful.

Cons

There's nothing that I dislike. I would like to have some more features, such as billing for example but other than that all is great.

None yet. Some expenses to hook up with wordpress via gravity forms, and setup process if we yet dont know if we will use (without full email sync).

Pros

I like this software is easy to use, configure (for the most) and has the support you need, until you get to no support.

Cons

I purchased gold mebership for my client, who was really eager to start working with this system -as it fits real estate lead workflow really well- especially for the Two-way full email sync feature, a huge percentage of the decision to purchase this CRM, and potentially use it with multiple seats for the organization. During the setup, I came through some problems with the supposedly flawless email sync with every email service in the market (as offered in every sales/setup video or page on the site) and customer support simply said I should go back to silver plan as this will not work with my email service. The problem is a technical issue as the accounts on webfaction (my hosting provider) authenticate with mailbox name instead of email account. Sounds pretty simple if you have the right team, and I think it could bring in some revenue to pipedrive from silver-to-gold upgrades. I a still looking for an alternate solution but I really wanted this to get to the right person. Still hope you can help my client Ivo.

Our sales team has used this software for a couple years now and has greatly helped their organization. They've been able to have the capability to see all their sales in one area as well as having the owners be able to see their sales and potential sales in real time.

Cons

The product works as it's supposed to so we don't have any Cons for this software or the company who produces it.

This is a good software for the money and is great for managing a smaller number of sales leads.

Pros

Pipedrive makes it easy to manage leads and their progress in the sales cycle. We have been using this for many years and don't plan to change to another system.

Cons

We can't monitor all communications within Pipedrive. We actually use MailChimp to send out mass emails and to track email engagement metrics.

I strongly recommand this tool/app - reliable - frendly - easy to use I used salesforce, SAP and some custom made SW for managing customers relations, but this is ready to use, easy and money/value effective solution Very easy and customizable for any company and purposes. They still add new features ,) There is a tradeoff here and Pipedrive of late has been making efforts to be more useful for users, but personaly I dont like new changes in this SW for our purposes its great tool ,,as is,,

Pros

This CRM is down to earth, it allows you to easily follow your own customized sales process and maintain a good insights in regards to objectives, targets, deals getting old, etc. The Dashboard is a great way to maintain great visibility to the areas where you need the most attention.

Cons

There is no hierarchy levels and this makes it difficult to use when you have several sales managers and each sales manager has sales people under them. The current setup does not allow to create groups or similar. Huge need in the sales field.

It was good for tracking the various sales pipelines we had going on but not superior to alternatives.

Pros

It was an OK CRM for our small company however, it was not worth the price especially with free softwares out there.

Cons

The price was the main detractor. There really wasn't much gain for the price compared to Hubspot or Zoho.
