### "Driving you pipeline to success"

Pros

Pipedrive’s lead management CRM is intuitive, well-organized/easily customizable, and perfect for any sized company. It’s been extremely beneficial in helping to streamline our sales processes. I would strongly recommend enrolling in Pipedrive’s free trial; this will let you test out any of Pipedrive’s plans for the full thirty to get a better feel for how it works and find the correct plan for your needs. Pros Pipedrive’s Silver plan is very reasonably priced and comes with all the CRM necessities suitable for most small to mid-sized business. Sales… it’s a messy process… but there’s no headache with Pipedrive. You can easily set up customized pipelines for each user as well as view and transfer deals between pipelines. The ability to utilize two separate Pipelines to test against each other has been really beneficial in helping us groom our sales initiatives and outreach tactics. You can also, send emails from directly within the CRM’s platform; saving you time to engage more with potential clients and aids the process for keeping track of follow-up appointments and next step action items (discovery calls, presentations, proposals). Pipedrive supports over 100+ apps and integrations; we’ve integrated Lead Liaison, our lead generation tracking application, with Pipedrive so we don’t have to manually enter new leads, prospects, etc. from one CRM to the next. As an alternative to using the integration(s) you can also import spreadsheets directly into Pipedrive and assign deals and prospects to a specific owner. One of Pipedrive’s best features is the option to import contacts and merge them with those already in your database so you don’t have duplicates. This application is perfect for sales on the go; you can create custom reports to be sent to your email (for notifications on activities, emails, calls, etc.) and access your pipeline through Pipedrive’s mobile app so you can keep up with your clients and sales team(s) at all times.

Cons

Although the Silver plan does not provide all the enriched features as the Gold, (i.e. 2-way email syncing, call scheduler, email tracking, etc.) we don’t want to switch all of our users over to the Gold plan because only a few of them would benefit from/would need the extra features. I wish there was a way to upgrade some of our users to the Gold plan and keep the others at Silver. We use Pipedrive’s integration with Slack to notify our team when a deal has been identified, won and/or lost. Currently, you have to use a third-party (Zapier) if you would like your notifications to be more specific and I have been unable to get Zapier to work correctly for us. I have already reached out to both sides for help but have not come to a solution (… so beware you may run into problems with integrations – without a lot of helping support from either side).

To improve communication with customers and optimize deal closing methods and expand possibilities, Pipedrive is a good entry tool. My experience has been rewarding, because I can say that this tool has features that stand out (Gathers statistical information on performance, It has a complete sales funnel with the necessary measures; such as average deal closing rate, average time to win deals; among others that predict results with greater certainty, Email function where it tracks conversations, plus it is compatible with Gmail, Office 365, etc.)

Pros

Calls, tasks, reminders, deadlines and meetings, it is an excellent client-company relationship manager. I like Pipedrive because my performance assisting and supporting sales has improved a lot, the best thing is that it was easy to implement and currently remains easy to use, it perfectly manages contacts in addition to the activities and tasks to be performed with potential customers. Another feature that I like is the fact that I can synchronize the inbox as I can send emails directly from the platform.

Cons

The mobile app, definitely needs improvement, it is very slow and the interface is not the best, I don't use it much, but it is necessary since if I need access to Pipedrive and I don't have my laptop I have to resort to my smartphone. I think it's the only aspect I don't love, everything else is at a decent and professional level.

Pros

I appreciate Pipedrive's intuitive user interface, customizable pipeline views, email integration, and its ability to streamline sales processes effectively. Its user-friendly approach to managing customer relationships and sales activities.

Cons

For me, Pipedrive need more advanced reporting and analytics features, integration with certain third-party tools, and pricing concerns for certain business sizes. Keep in mind that software updates and user experiences may have evolved since then, so it's a good idea to check for more recent reviews or information.

### "Avoid this software unless you like terrible support + constant problems with features."

The fact is, there are SERIOUS issues with this software, their support do NOT know what they are doing at all... if you report an issue, their 'engineering' team will tell you its 'supposed' to work like that instead of fixing the issue (for example, you can select a calendar in google calendars, it then doesn't work right, and they will blame how the calendar was created, but there is no guide on how to create a calendar properly, you can select the calendar that is of a wrong time, and there is no warning that it wont work correctly to scheduler people until you start getting double booked.) As an experience development agency owner of 15+ years, these guys need to seriously learn what customer centric design is, and train their engineering team as they seem to live in some kind of 'programmers' bubble. Their first tier support staff need serious training as they cant do anything troubleshooting wise and expect you to spend hours upon hours to troubleshoot the issue for them even if they can replicate the issue. Customers would be VERY UPSET to know the issues we've uncovered that were never announced, like MASS email delivery issues... in a sales environment that would cost company's thousands, its cost us at LEAST 10's of thousands in sales before we realised and now send important sales emails via another method

Pros

The pipeline management is good in this tool, it has a good base feature set, the problem is however, that many core things are MISSING or dont work right out the box.

Cons

From the outset, this product looks good value, which is likely why it has so many great reviews, however, the more you use it and the moment you need to contact support, you realise the trouble you've got yourself into. If you are a team greater than one, then DO NOT use this software (remember, you might want to grow in future too).

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

We choose Pipedrive because of its pricing at the time, and its base feature set was enough for us to grow into, however, during this time we've grown to a large team and uncovered dozens of massive issues, to switch would cost us a considerable investment time and money wise, we feel stuck and cheated as this company is too busy spending money on flashy new features that don't work properly to fix major issues with their workflow and existing feature set.

Our customer service has been phenomenal since implementing Pipedrive! It's extremely rare a new lead or a task for a customer is missed and that only happens from user error (not setting a task for that customer). No more paper files. The activity log Pipedrive keeps of all our employees is an awesome feature too! We have used a few CRMS over the years and this one is by far the BEST. No big issues and we've been using this one since about 2017. Other CRMS are cheaper but like the old saying, you get what you pay for!

Pros

Pipedrive was soooo easy to implement for our company. It is very user friendly and tech support is a email away. The most important aspect of Pipedrive is having all our customer files in a central location, easily accessible to keep notes and to set tasks for ourselves allowing us to provide excellent customer service that was not always perfect just using an Excel spreadsheet. Sorting all of our customers into different pipelines and stages is awesome too! Easily see where everyone is.

Cons

The email feature has not been working. We use Yahoo Small Business for our emails and for some reason our emails unlink from Pipedrive and now we are unable to relink them but that's not a huge issue as each customer file in Pipedrive has it's own link you can paste in the BCC of your customer email and it copies it to that customer's Pipedrive.

### "Pipedrive - All in one piece! Excellent! And I would fight for them in a new company"

In my opinion, working with sales in software companies for 20+ years, Pipedrive is the best options. It's fast, easy to setup and keep running. Create workflows, change process -- all it's easy. Everytime I needed some help, the Customer Service team is very good. They have a high quality service.

Pros

It's super easy to setup and keep running. The support team -- the best ever in my 20+ IT sales experience. For sure would be my choice if changing job or building a company. No doubt.

Cons

Price, it's a little expensive. The pre-sales (SDR part) could be a little stronger and cheaper. If you have a heavy/complex process here, maybe you will need another software to handle your leads before send to the sales team. The analytics was very good for us till a moment. We move on to a BI (Google Stack) to handle all information needed.

I happen to be a Pipedrive user. I am also an independent reseller of the product, as well as an integration consultant (pipedriveexperts dot com). I have helped hundreds of customers integrated dozens of different CRMs. No single solution is perfect but I find that Pipedrive is the right choice for a large majority of our clients. Pipedrive strikes the right balance between features, ease-of-use and cost. I am happy to say that their technical support is (by far!) the best I have seen from any CRM. I recommend Pipedrive to many types of businesses.

Pros

Pipedrive really is built for salespeople. The reporting functions for management are there, and getting better every quarter, but is the ease-of-use for a salesperson that distinguishes Pipedrive.

Cons

Automations are generally a very strong feature of Pipedrive, but one type of automation is missing (unless you use an external service). That missing capability is date-based triggering of workflows. Pipedrive cannot yet send a birthday greeting or followup message based on a date (past or present). This is an inconvenience for us, and we have to use external tools to solve that problem.

### "The Best CRM In The Game"

Pipedrive is by far my favorite CRM after extensively reviewing over a dozen of them. I recommend it to all of my clients because of how versatile it is with third party integrations. I also recommend it to any beginners since you do have the option of getting WAY more features than anyone else offers at the top-tier package; all while being one of the least expensive.

Pros

I like the simplistic UI, the customizability, and the fact that Pipedrive has the widest range of integrations in it's class. I would go as far as to call it MODULAR, meaning you can add pretty much any feature you'd like via 3rd party integrations. With this is mind, you'll never be limited to some of the things Pipedrive doesn't do as well. Alternatively, if you're looking for everything under one roof, Pipedrive does this better as a whole than any of the competition.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of how some of the very simple features are blocked off from the lowest price plan. Since I prefer the 'modular' setup, this is the only plan that makes sense to me, but I do miss some of the features like important fields that display certain fields first based on where the deal or person / organization is in the pipeline. I used to run the top tier package from Pipedrive, and I wasn't really impressed with the automation features. They're a bit limited and the triggers don't always work.

Pipedrive has completely transformed our sales and CRM operations. Thanks to it, we've saved hundreds of working hours from having to send routine sales emails or set up campaigns because it's all done automatically. It's automated a lot of the processes that used to take up our time and effort. All in all, it's a wonderful tool for boosting your sales output

Pros

1\. The custom propert option is a fantastic addition for setting up workarounds for when the standard properties aren't enough.2. The automated workflows are great as well. You can set up automations for everything from logging activity and moving leads down the pipeline, to sending a simple introductory email.

Cons

It's difficult to become a confident user in the beginning. It would be a lot better to have improved onboarding.

I really like the treadmill that is possible to create, going through stages and creating configurations for each one of them.

Globalement l'expérience de Pipedrive est bonne. J'avais un profil novice sur les CRM et j'ai facilement pu le prendre en main.On peut, grâce aux rapports pré-définis avoir accès à des metrics intéressante pour analyser nos ventes. Mais cela pourrait aller un peu plus loin.Il y a certainement des améliorations à faire côté ergonomie. Et notamment pour faire des passations entre des équipes Sales -> CS (ce qui a commencé à être fait avec l'arrivée de "projects").

Pros

Le logiciel est relativement simple d'utilisation et remplit les basic expectations. On peut facilement y intégrer des profils débutant (comme moi !).Il est visuellement beau et la partie "Activités" est vraiment pratique et simple à utiliser.On peut aussi noter sa fonction de recherche qui fonctionne plutôt pas mal.

Cons

Lorsque l'on veut aller plus loin dans les analyses, le logiciel atteint ses limites. On peut aussi noter que la recherche globale, même si performante, manque de liberté pour filtrer les recherches.L'autre point noir du logiciel est la saisie d'informations (contacts) qui peut parfois être très fastidieuse et qui pourrait être améliorée. Exemple : le passage d'un contact à un autre dans une affaire nécessite des chargements, on ne peut pas voir plusieurs contacts simultanément ni en rajouter un en quelques clics.

I’m really pleased with the improved efficiency we’ve achieved by switching to Pipedrive and I can’t see us moving away anytime soon.

Pros

It’s incredibly easy to move data from your old CRM and set up your pipelines. Even easier to manage opportunities at every stage. The alerts, activities and send from Pipedrive features are great for keeping organised and the forecasting function is decent too.

Cons

It is geared around the sales process/kanban view so can be a little limiting when using it as a hybrid marketing & sales CRM. The insights dashboard building area is good but it doesn’t allow you to create bespoke charts/tables for every possible data point (fair enough for the price point).

Overall it is a great tool to stay organized as efficiently as possible and have multiple users to work as a team as well.

Pros

Pipedrive integrates with numerous 3rd party software tools very easily. It is an overall fantastic visual pipeline management tool to customize a beginning-to-end customer pipeline management system tailored to what you want.

Cons

although relatively reasonably priced compared to other options, the cost is perhaps what I like least. Especially since adding the cost of 3rd party interactions is most likely to happen for most people.

Mixed. The product has been designed well with a lot of attention to detail but massive bugs that are getting in the way of work are not getting the required attention. As a product that is tied to my sales performance this is not an area that we can compromise.

Pros

Their pipeline view is fantastic, no doubt about it and that's what attracted me to the product in the first place. Their web form and chatbot are quite helpful as well.

Cons

Support isn't very helpful. Many times during my association with them I have felt that we are completely helpless and stuck fending for ourselves. They are polite but ineffective. We have been unable to create any new accounts on the system for over 3 weeks and ever after raising multiple tickets there is no update and no solution. Forget about using their mobile app it hasn't worked for over a year.

I've been using Pipedrive for years and it's been a great tool. I love that the interface is simple and easy to use. It also has most of the features I need, like sales lead management and email marketing, making it easier for me to grow my business without needing to switch software.

Pros

Pipedrive is a great software. It has a number of useful features that other CRM software doesn't have, including the ability to create reports on campaigns, push notifications when you receive new emails, and a free trial for the first 30 days so it doesn't require any money up front.

Cons

The best thing about Pipedrive is that you can track your contacts' activities to see what they are doing so you can reach out to them. The cons are that the software does not have many integrations with other systems, so sometimes it's hard to import all of your contacts or schedule meetings.

Very happy so far with PipeDrive - agonised initially about using it because of weaker marketing automation features and 1000 email limit on emails, but still its quick and easy to use and less 'how do you do that' than any of the other five or so CRM's we experimented with. Strongly recommend.

Pros

Well integrated CRM that works. Clear, easy-to-navigate from company to lead to deal. Does not try to pretend to be a jack-of-all-trades. An excellent integrations universe provides options for superior specialist apps to provide improved functionality in that area of speciality. Looking at you Ontraport. Pricing is reasonable:- we are paying £150 for three users. Not cheap - its on the edge of our own affordability, but not as expensive as the frankly ridiculous HubSpot pricing. Nice free trial process and easy to start without nonsense of having to be sold to be some US-based rep for which I just do not have the time. Keap lost out to us here...

Cons

Maximum of 1 000 names on an email. Even as a small SaaS business we will be hitting this limit with six months. The work around is relatively simple: we have used MailChimp, for which there is a great integration in PipeDrive. Using MailChimp means we do not need PipeDrive Professional (and MailChimp is cheaper than the extra cost of Professional over Advanced) but I would rather pay a bit more for an integrated solution. Design is perhaps not as slick as HubSpot, but the ease of adding additional fields to contacts, jumping between companies and contacts is better. Weak/no LinkedIn integration. Surely this must be the most important tool for B2B lead gen? Really should be more tightly integrated (e.g. add a lead directly from LinkedIn)

HubSpot is just too expensive. As a startup with just three sales people we just cannot justify close on £1000 a month for CRM and email functionality. I think HubSpot have drank the 'charge more' KoolAid and believe once you are trapped you will not escape. Pipedrive with suitable companion apps provide equivalent (or even superior) functionality to HubSpot at 20% of the price.

### "Fast, Simple to Set Up, Intuitive Pipelines "

Excellent. When I try a software, give up and try to find an alternative then come back - I know it’s good. No other tool really measures up to this, and even though there are other software that do the same thing - the interface on this wins in every way.

Pros

I love how easy this was to set up. It took less than 15 minutes to upload my students & set up multiple pipelines to track their progress.

Cons

The billing was a little hard to navigate. I signed up months ago, but when the free trial was over somehow I was placed on the most expensive plan and when I reached out about it I was not given steps to downgrade, so I gave up. I tried doing this in Airtable & Hubspot - both took too much time 8 energy and had more steps then pipedrive. This time I figured out on my own how to set myself up with the most inexpensive plan to start, which is $19.

Faster & much more simple! I tried to set this up in hubspot and it required at least 5 more steps for every program and course I was setting up. Too many steps is an automatic no for me. Pipedrive has no steps to set up, just type into template,m!

It's very easy to use and track enquiries from the lead stage all the way through the pipeline to conception. However it's on the higher end of cost and there are other CRM software out there which are much cheaper and may fit your requirements. If you are not looking for an "all singing all dancing" CRM then shop around.

Pros

Very easy to use and learn. A little tricky setting up the automation side and integration with other apps. It makes the sales process so much easier to manage, and you can guarantee that you will never forget about following up a deal etc...

Cons

Frequent updates and changes can be a little frustrating, especially if you don't use the program every day. Not being able to access your data through an app on the desktop can also lead to problems associated with using an internet webpage based software. The mobile app is great but it crashes ALOT!

### "Great features for the price"

For the cost, I think Pipedrive is a great deal. It is a very visual tool that is easy to learn. I has all the primary functions that I need from a CRM. The bottom line is, it works great as a relatively simple CRM.

Pros

As a CRM, Pipedrive is amongst the best. I use this service to track commercial real estate leads. I had previously used a Salesforce based system that was way too complex for my simple needs. Pipedrive has the simplicity and ease of use that allowed me to get up and running in short order.

Cons

I've run into some buggy features in particular with their email integration. The drag and drop of attachments in the Leads section has never worked properly. The Task management features while ever evolving are just simple for my needs. I use other tools to manage my task list with is not ideal. Customizability of the software could be more robust. There is a "Products" section that I would like to adapt to a "Properties" section but there is no easy way to convert this section into something useful for me.

We love Pipedrive and it has helped our sales teams become more efficient and disciplined with their follow up and converting sales to wins.

Pros

The best features are being able to have all of your pre-sales activities, information and targets in one platform as well as reviewing historical data and statistics to see what areas you can improve on.

Cons

One thing that can be improved is the "Insights" section. It is very complicated to find the exact information you are looking for and this could be streamlined for easier use.

Je trouve que pipe drive nous fourni de bon service à un coût que tout le monde peut se servir.

Pros

J’ai surtout apprécié chez pipe drive la satisfaction rapide de la clientèle et l’assurance d’une rentabilité vis à vis du service rendu .

Cons

Il faut quand même reconnaître que il y souvent des bug mais ont peut mettre ça sur le do de la connexion internet ou du milieu d’où le service a été demandé.
