We started using Pipedrive in our startup after testing quite a few apps on the market. Being in a high pace growing phase, it was important for us to find a good solution for lead management while scaling our sales department. Pipedrive is a great software which turns any small company into a data freak. As a sales manager, I wanted a tool that would allow me to track data, anticipate revenue and find the best behaviours in our team. Everything Pipedrive can help you with. Here is an overview of the best and to be improved points: - Super easy to implement thanks to amazing data import feature - Great user experience, easy to adopt - Pipedrive team is improving the system every month - Their support team is amazing: great reactivity, always helpful, willing to go the extra mile for us - They actually listen to their customer, for real - offer great training content/guide/tips What could be improved: - we offer monthly subscription to our clients and Pipedrive cannot manage recurrent revenue in the system. They have workaround for that but it's not ideal. Also It's a feature that is in their plan already. We are even using pipedrive in other context now like HR for interview management, partnership management and more. Just a great solution, easy to adopt, with a real value for money and an amazing team.

### "Utterly useless if you export the database and want to it import again"

Pros

It's great tool for overall sales, it's easy to move deals through pipeline and keep track of things.

Cons

However after exporting whole database (as ill advised by Pipedrive rep), as our seasonal sales doesn't require Pipedrive longer than 3 months a year, I am left with 5 separate files which can't be imported separably and matched in the system. All has to be done manually. Therefore export all your contacts as one rep mentioned through filtering options in the organizations or contacts tab.

The system does not integrate with Outlook Calendar(or any other mail/calendar platform), the more we use Pipedrive, the more clear and serious this weakness becomes to us.

Pros

Easy configuration Handy managerial reports It helps me staying engaged and organized with my prospects.

I am always in awe at how quickly Pipedrive responds to any software questions I have, how they actually LISTEN to what my question/problem is; regardless of how mundane or complex, address it and are fun to work with. They do not make me feel like I am wasting their time, ever. I multi-task heavily at my job and want quick results, so typically when I call I have a "user error" and am quite frustrated, the Pipedrive team quickly defuses the situation and gets me back on track.

Pros

The versatility and ease of the program! Having shopped around for a CRM for a few months, and enduring many video demonstrations, Pipedrive offers so much more than most of the more expensive programs do and are more user friendly AND softare help is included! It is not a seperate cost or limited. It keeps track of the whole sales process, right down to cost and supply and I can create a report, if it is already not an option, on anything I need.

Cons

So far I have none.

I really liked the interface and the simplicity of the design, it makes it easy to use and to adapt, our team is happy using this product.

Cons

At the beginning we were skeptic to pay but at the end it was worth it but still I think it should be a freemium version with less characteristics for everybody to use.

Pros

It helps organize a sales team. We were using a smaller platform in the past, but this helped us stay organized.

Cons

Customer support isn't as helpful as other platforms. It seems like we have to teach them more or less.

Very useful. Helps keep me organized, and it helps ensure that my manager and I are on the same page with where we are in the prospecting/sales process. It also reveals where the snags are along the way, which I find super helpful.

Pros

I really like how flexible Pipedrive is and how we can customize it for whatever kind of partnership we're pursuing. We can also customize the pipelines depending on what our milestones/goals are, which is really helpful. We did trials of a few different products before settling on Pipedrive, and I think we definitely chose the right one.

Cons

There are only a few minor things that are bothersome with the interface. For example, it's overly difficult to make notes on a task that you just completed -- instead it just wants to focus on the next task, and to hell with the one you've completed. Some of the default settings are weird, but mostly it's super helpful.

The user interface is decent and intuitive. Different applications can be integrated with Pipedrive for managing and keeping a track of communication with the leads.

Cons

The chatbot for resolving customer issues is slow and not much effective It would be helpful if multiple leads could be emailed at once from the application itself.

Pros

I don't use nearly all the features built into Pipedrive, but the ones I use are absolutely perfect. It's been so easy to customize just the information I want to keep about my prospects, and I love the built in emailing feature so I have a record of my email conversation, email proposals, and more. I like to do on-screen demos with my prospects, so I simply make a note with the links to pages I'll be showing ahead of time. Five minutes before the phone meeting, I can click the links to prep all the show-and-tell pages, and I've got my research notes all ready to go. Love it. Wouldn't change if you paid me.

Cons

It has no flagging system for activities where \*I\* get to pick the flags. If it did, I'd key a few important things as \*IMPORTANT\* and leave the rest. As it is, once I get behind on activities, it's a huge stack, and so again and again I just stop using activities.

What I like most about Mailigen is that it creates more lasting relationships with your customers, through the automation of email marketing. This tool is very easy to use, since its editor is drag and drop on a template.

Quick, easy to use, it connects well to all of my other apps, like my mail box. I really like that I can email directly from Pipedrive, and that it keeps all of my correspondence connected to each client.

Cons

I had some trouble getting used to using Pipedrive for all communications to and from Clients, but the more I did it the easier it was.

The best part of this software is the price tag. It's also nice how you can build custom sales funnels that is flexible for a variety of different teams.

Cons

Lack of flexibile. You are forced to create "deals" which aren't neccesarily translatable to every business.

We use this software to manage incoming deals every day - adding tasks, contacts, organizations and potential projects. It's easy to visually see where deals are in the sales pipeline, and manage all of the related information.

Pros

The visuals of where deals are in the pipeline are awesome. I can visually see what deals haven't been contacted in a while, and where the sticking points are.

Cons

No general "add" button. To add a person, organization, deal, etc. - first I have to click into that tab of the software area, and only THEN can I add a record.

Complete CRM with all feature for automation. Many third-party marketing automation integrations are possible. Best for the Sales CRM. No addtional charge for API key. Supported in All OS.

Cons

No major cons in this software. If they may two factor authentication it will be good. Price is slightly high.

Pros

Super easy to use, easy to track notes and activities, and bringing somebody else on to learn and navigate isn't that hard to to.

Cons

A few things: 1. It seems to be down a lot, which when you are dependent to use pipe for your job, you lose a lot of productivity, no other software that we use for work seems to be down as much as pipe does. 2. I wish some of the changes didn't affect the enterprise wide view, there is a little too much clutter on the deals screen that I need to see working in sales, vs. what our services team uses it for. Wish that could be customized by user 3. Adding deals and participants could be easier, seems like a lot of clicks and opening up to add these, would be nice if it was easier

After working with the 10 So Called Best CRMs on the market we finally were told about Piperdrive by one of our colleagues in the equipment leasing industry. Pipedrive if by far the most user friendly. Is has a dashboard that tells you exactly where you are the money you log on. We recommend to everyone of our agents and fellow association members. This is definitely the finest and most user friendly CRM on the market today and for many years to come.

Pros

Ease of set-up with no long learning curves. Up and running within 10 - 15 minutes Drag and Drop feature not seen on any other CRM Fast and courteous answers from customer service (you will have very few) Just a pleasure to work with each and every day.

Unable to link with autoresponders

If you are trying to track many opportunities from different sources and don't want any to fall through the cracks then this visual online program is the best and simplest I have seen. It has a good CRM function too. I would rate 5 stars if had its own integrated visual calendar. Other wishes: preset/repeatable task lists for each opportunity stage; time and user stamp when you open an existing activity, and a separate visual tracker like the deals for service/cases activities. Finally, a solution for accidental data delete or accounting of data integrity for larger offices.
