Pros

Clean and simple UI, broad set of reports with export options for further analysis (which I use weekly)

Cons

At some point it's hard to maintain or automate. Some things just get buried into deal details and are hard to retrieve quickly and easily.

I love the pipeline, the ease of use, the ability to easily transfer the contacts to several different platforms.

Cons

Only having one line for a full name... this complicates things when exporting because it will jumble anyone with a middle initial, prefix, suffix, or hyphenated last name when moving into an excel sheet.

Pros

Pipedrive is a great way to track sales progress. The simple interface is great and the process of moving deals through the pipeline is rather addictive. Adding colleagues is easy and makes the process of sharing information about sales prospects seamless.

It's very simple and intuitive, it helps you control the sales pipelines, contacts, follow ups, the status of negotiations and so on.

Cons

The reporting side wasn't that good, and we didn't have a clear overall picture. Maybe they changed it now.

Pros

Multi-company. Love the feature. I am a \[serial\] entrepreneur and at least three of my companies now use PD! One of them, a 9-year old tech company switched from Salesforce. Really. And not missing any features. Newer, smaller companies, just handle everything very very fast. Dashboard is quick an easy to read. Pipes, users, integration with google (mail, contacts, Drive), integration with Asana, documents repository related to the opportunity! Nothing else to ask for. Small to medium companies or sales groups will find a great sales tool. Nice app too.

Cons

Very few for what I need. Maybe better contact sync. Approval proceses maybe also. View-only (cheaper) executive, non-sales users would be nice. Or automatic sending a sales report periodically to a group of emails... But those are perks. No CONS really...

Pros

There are so many ways to customize the settings to what works best for you. The reminders are really helpful!

Cons

It can be difficult and tedious when adding new contacts to a company or a deal. Sometimes they aren't added to the right place and you have to backtrack to change settings. It can also be frustrating when switching the main "person" in a deal.

Pros

This works almost like a diary, scheduler, statistical report and is extremely effective. The support team is awesome and communicates quickly. The tutorials walk you through and takes the guess work out of what you are doing. The fact that you can personalize your dashboard is a plus. Love the that templates integrate with other software. An Invaluable tool. The follow-up is excellent. These folk don't leave you hanging out there.

Cons

I have not noted any cons in using this software. Any questions that I have had have been answered quickly. The follow up is almost unbelievable.

Pipedrive helps me managing the contact information of my client. It's great when you can handle everything from one place, without having to switch between your email and others applications.

Cons

There's nothing really bad about Pipedrive. I'm upset that there's no possibility to contact customer support via chat.

Gadgats (app) could be free, since the app is already paid. I found some in the system and I wanted to use it.

Pros

Pipedrive is great. We spent a lot of time looking for the most efficient CRM system we could find and this is it. We were still using spreadsheets for a lot of our data tracking. Freedom in formatting and a simple interface were the primary pieces of functionality that we liked most. We were also looking for customized web forms as we needed to collect leads for one of our courses. Creating multiple pipelines really streamlined our process.

Cons

Better parity between the web and mobile app for consistency. Improvement with email syncing we found to be something that was lacking, but we've been able to work around it.

Overall, pipedrive is very useful and user friendly. Training can be done quickly for new staff who are not familiar with pipedrive or other similar softwares.

Pros

\- User friendly with a simple platform - Easily search, assign, and add notes or events to leads - Easily move leads between categories based upon lead warmth - Events (calls, meetings, etc) can easily be sent and shared between potential clients as well as colleagues

Cons

There are other products out there with more in depth search capabilities

Easy to use and setup just the way you want. Progression based system helps to "keep your eye on the prize". Love that the mail section shows when your message has been opened.

Cons

Notes section could be improved. Sometimes an email thread won't attached to a "deal" correctly and will need to be manually linked.

Pros

PipeDrive has become an indispensable asset for our business development team. Entering an opportunity takes just a minute or two (compared to nearly 10-15 minutes for our old CRM tool). The interface is so user-friendly that even the least technology savvy salesperson can use it with ease. It has vastly increased our productivity, and we have much better visibility into our sales data. Plus, it is simple to customize and can be easily adapted to fit your sales stages. My favorite thing is the wide array if integrations with cloud services such as Office 365, Zapier, Mailchimp, and FlowXO.

Cons

I have no complaints, and I have not heard of any significant problems from any of our users.

I've tested a number of CRM systems, and frankly many of them are good ... ... BUT ... the pipeline view is the best organizing view in my opinion, the selection and quick modification of contacts and events, and the clarity of the user interface ... For me, Pipeline wins. With others, I used them ... sometimes. Pipedrive, I use every day.

Pipedrive wants to offer an easy to use pipeline management system. If you ONLY want to have a visual of where your deals are in the pipeline, then this may work. Scheduling and completing tasks is burdensome at best and the reporting feature is very weak. Not intuitive to use, even coming from a supposedly more complex CRM (IE Salesforce, which we switched to).

Pros

Visual pipeline with click and drop features. Doesn't require much information to create deal, account, contact etc. (More on this to follow)

Cons

Pipedrive lacks basic reporting features. You cannot run accurate reports on activity or metrics. Managing email and call activity is a chore, since you have to manually complete a task in PD for it to "count". Even then some of the activities and notes do not show in reports. No way to get a clear picture of pipeline by stage, unless you count every stage as 100% chance of close.
