They deleted all of my campaigns and then after two weeks and so many lies, couldn't even fix the issue. What kind of a data management tool is this that erases such vital information????

My team and myself went through countless CRM's before discovering Pipedrive. I remember the day that one of my colleagues showed me Pipedrive's site and intro videos and on that day, I said, "Well this is a no-brained!" We have now been using Pipedrive for over a year, and I've never been more satisfied, excuse me.. MORE than satisfied with Pipedrive's support, features, and user-friendliness. Very glad we made the decision to switch over to Pipedrive, and I don't see us changing anytime soon!! Do yourself a favor, and switch.

It presents a solution for managing my own Pipeline and that of my clients.

Pros

How it integrates with other software and allows me to expand the functionality. also, the dashboard is pretty user friendly.

Cons

How you don't support ANY of the native integrations. When I had a suggestion, the answer was go to talk to the other company. First time I ran into a tech challenge, I got a guy who had no clue as to what he was doing and it took 2 weeks to get it resolved.

Pros

I love the workflow of moving deals through the pipeline. It matches very well with our current processes as well. It's very easy to figure out and easy to get exports out. The mobile app is also quite useful, not just a token add-on. You can't beat the pricing of this very awesome CRM.

I converted to Pipedrive from SalesForce-based upon a referral from a fellow business owner. This CRM is user-friendly and has a simply intuitive process to manage deals through the sales cycle. Custom fields are very easy to setup and it does not affect the rest of the database. Pipedrive's support is outstanding as I have continually experienced timely knowledgeable response. The limitation of Pipedrive is its exporting functionality and reporting tools. Pipedrive appears to be designed for internal sales teams managed by a sales manager. If you have to export reports to send to others such as clients or manufacturers it has its limitations. Also, saving your data to export to another system is difficult given the segmentation of the data. Overall it is a great value if your users are internal.

Our business requires us to track many aspects of a sale, not just the "winning" of it. Duplicating a sale to track its various aspects, creating multiple pipelines to manage these aspects, and then dragging and dropping a sale among the pipelines all make it possible for us to track and manage everything in our business easily, quickly, and effectively.

Pros

Ability to create multiple pipelines. Drag-and-drop pipeline management. When files are associated with a deal/organization/person, the files are available at the Organization level. Google calendar synchronization Mass editing. Integration with SupportBee.

Cons

Inability to filter by more (and simultaneous) specific criteria. For example, wanting to see specific deal description in a specific pipeline stage. Inability to search within Notes and custom fields.

the only thing I can criticize is that it is not associated with outlook, an essential tool for business and contact management

Pros

Great features! It's easy to use, and the layout makes keeping track of leads quite easy! Its nice to be able to see the entire team's Info at a quick glance as well.

Cons

Could use training videos for how to best utilize features as there are probably options that we simply don't know how to use.

This CRM has absolutely changed the way we do business. Before we switched, we were using ACT!, and after about 10 hours of ACT! training videos, countless hours of pointless troubleshooting, and phone calls to their support team, I began searching for a different product. I was able to get our ENTIRE contact database, deal history, and all of our current leads moved over, and fully operational in half a business day with no phone support, and one 5-minute training video on Pipedrive's site. Our team has since hit the ground running with the CRM, and we canceled with ACT! less than a week after moving over. ACT! couldn't pay us to switch back.

Pros

Ease of use, customizability, mobile integration, email app integration...the list grows more as I use more of the features.

Cons

I guess the only thing I don't like is that you can't have a fancy signature with logos/pictures/etc.

I have used many tools and while this doesn't have all the bells and whistles as many others this is a very simple product to use and the price is right.

Pros

They do a great job at managing the pipeline process and they make the process of adding and updating the sales pipeline easier.

Cons

I don't like that it is very difficult to get data out of the system for reporting. None of the reports is printable which is not ideal.

I am used to working with a ticketing/scheduling system and CRM to keep track of my process. I had been working with spreadsheets and order forms for 10 months. Pripedrive has given me a more efficient and non repetitive way to keep up with my business and follow up to close sales.

Pros

I like that it is ready to go right from the start and that it is so easy to make modifications as needs arise without messing up what has already been entered. I also like that it linked to Outlook so easily and that the reminders come right to my email. I also like the mobile app and features so that I can keep up with my activities when I am away from the office.

Cons

Not sure about reporting and trending. I imagine I will get better at it as a go but, right now the immediate features are serving me well.

Pros

The system is extremely easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. There is an open API which makes it easy to integrate Pipedrive with other applications that we use every day. The cost is also very affordable compared to Salesforce.

Cons

The reporting features could be more robust in that we should be able to save custom reports and report on information without exporting to excel first. It doesn't integrate with as many applications out there as it's competitors, but I am sure that will get better with time.

It's very easy to use, and quick. Unlike a lot of other CRM's, it doesn't force you into needlessly complex data-entry. It's very easy to get at-a-glance picture of where my company, or individuals on the sales team are at. Visual presentation is important, and it's attractively and intuitively laid out, without a ton of clutter. Mobile app is good too, so I can update deals on the go.

Pros

I used Pipedrive as a software to keep track of lobby meetings, as a more advanced rolodex. I didn't use many of the deals or sales features so I can't speak much to those. I was able to use it for my purposes, and would love to see a lite version for a lower price with these filters. Being able to keep a tab on contacts is super important!

Cons

Since I customized it quite a bit, it was a little hard to teach my incoming director how to use it. Some features are a little unintuitive. Altogether, Pipedrive is a pretty solid software.

I cant highlight enough how good it is to see the pipeline view all the time - it just helps to sell. Secondly - Pipedrive has promised to keep the simplicity of use the primary focus - and they have succeeded on it (so far :)) Integrations are good. And the customer support works well too.

Cons

Actually only the things that it isn´t meant to do - keeping a bigger and different amount of customer data for example - and i have different tool for that.

Since I'm new with the system I asked for some guidance when uploading the lists of contacts in excel. I called pipedrive and a guy told me that the contact person name had to be Last Name, and then, First Name. So I imported over 1.500 contact this way. However with the deals every time I imported the contact it didn't give the option to upload first name and last name. So it duplicates the contacts. When I noticed this, contacted the chat and spoke with Joel Jesus. I have been waiting for 10 days for someone to help me out with this problem.

Hey Laura, Importing contacts to Pipedrive should be a breeze - in some occasions however, customers do run into issues. We very patiently guide customers through the import process as we acknowledge that many of them may not be as computer-savy. The way Pipedrive handles the names, requires the initial spreadsheet to be formatted in a specific way for things to align up as intended. Pros

At first we wanted to work with amoCRM, but decided to try PipeDrive. That was a mistake. Of the advantages I can single out the ability to monitor the sources of traffic and the low probability of losing data, as the system makes a backup to several servers at once.

Cons

Subscribing to this management system costs almost twice as much as amoCRM, and less functions. It does not record the history of interaction with customers, filters are not saved, there is no integration with the IP phone. In general, it is not worth the money.
