the Database is amazing, easy to track previous customer history, keep everything clean regarding the data input

it should be a mobile version equally easy and intuitive as the PC version. small pop up windows alert when you have an activity scheduled at a certain time

Very happy with the way I can see what the whole team is up to. Cheaper also than most CRMs and perfect for a small business.

Pros

Pipedrive is our sales dashboard for our whole company. Its a visual display, very customisable and keeps us all on the same page.

Cons

No cons, it integrates with Proposable and email and works like a dream. Actually sometimes lt's a little slow to sync with email.

I've used a lot of CRMs in my day, and PD takes the care 100% as far as sales boys and girls are concerned, the day to day ops of being a running and gunning sales person no one makes it easier than the almighty PD

Pros

Super smooth, you can do a lot on one screen whereas other CRMs you need to do a lot of clicking and move through a lot of screens to do stuff, PD is simple and to the point

Cons

Not much left to be desired they pretty much do it all BUT exporting data is not always so friendly and when you have a significant need and ask them for it a lot of the times they hit you with "we will let the developers know" which is kinda their way of telling you to piss off which is excellent cause, for the most part, I love love love everything about them

I have tested quite a few sales CRMs when we were first deciding with which to proceed and none came close to Pipedrive when it came to the simplicity and usage intuitiveness. While it may be not as feature-rich as some big names in the market, it is a relatively new product which surely will grow and expand on the offered features list. We have had zero issues with the system so far and I hope Pipedrive team will strive to further improve on this already great product.

Pros

Simplicity of use, essential core features all work flawlessly, plenty of 3rd party integrations and the list is growing, lightweight interface which is easy to get around, easy and efficient import and export

Cons

Search function might glitch or work unpredictably sometimes, sometimes need to refresh the page several times to see the changes

Pros

I like that Pipedrive and their support team are quick to answer questions and have great documentation for help. Pipedrive has been great for our company, because it has turned into a product that 75% of our team uses all day every day. It isn't just for sales, but for everyone.

Cons

Sometimes, the exporting feature runs into some trouble when attempting to export all deals. It may be a bandwidth issue, but it has been a slight speed bump in the past. Also, the ability to filter and the filter options are harder to understand than they should be. It pretty much takes me making everyone else's filters so that they are accurate. Additionally, the data on how many days, what the value, etc. is not always readily available or filterable.

Pros

Cons

No full e-mail support Cannot get companies information by itself, such as Hubspot. I hate the fact that there is no way to make emails available for 2 users in both their inbox. For example we have some e-mail addresses that are general such as sales@.... it would be nice if everyone that worked in sales had access to see these emails in the inbox and not just in the deals.

Makes management of sales and marketing leads extremely easy. I'm able to view all of my leads on one page and move them either forward or back depending on the progress that has been made.

Pros

Very easy to track progress made on sales, marketing and PR leads. Pipedrive gives me the ability to manage hundreds of leads in one place, and I never forget about a client I've opened up conversation with.

Pros

We are currently beta testing a few CRM optons and I like Pipedrive for their ease of use and real time chat. We have reached out to them multiple times to ask about the features and they have been very receptive.

Cons

An ongoing issue we have is that after we imported our contacts, we were left with multiple duplicates. Only the admin has rights to merge them to their respective organizations and cannot be batched together. It has been quite tedious and we may need to use a 3rd party like dedupe.ly to help.

Pros

A good option to start with CRM's. It's a few systems that allows have several contacts with the same e-mail.

Cons

The no-returning money clause. I had a bad experience (they charge me a year of licensing when I'd cut with tem). You can't make an own main propierty.

Pros

The product does exactly what it needs to do, out of the box, with a completely transparent commercial mode. Setting up multiple pipelines of different complexity with simple user management took hours, where previously i have implemented salesforce over months and not ended up with something so clear. Using pipedrive has accelerated our sales execution through providing clear visibility and ownership of deals and activity. The help setup is especially worth calling out - i was able to configure the entire platform on a friday evening at home, with no need to call anyone. Every question i needed answers for was super easy to get solved using online FAQ and videos, way better than any other software vendor i have seen in this area.

Cons

I have yet to find anything i dont like about the product or the vendor. Only areas of product development i would love to say would be custom reports i can build showing the volume of different activities in a month or quarter against a target, for example calls or meetings. However, it may be this exists and i haven't found it yet.

One of our company's values is "Easy as F#\*K. Pipedrive fits in with our company values perfectly. We are a high growth start up and leading the field in SaaS for the transport industry. We have new sales staff starting across the world all the time and of course we needed a CRM that we could send an invite out and without any training the new guys could pick up the software and run with it. Pipedrive pulls this off with style. It's simple and packed with features and we just love it.

Pros

Simplicity. Does exactly what we need. Manage pipelines so our sales team is focussed on one thing and that's closing deals.

My customer service rep has gone out of her way to accommodate my timing needs and to help me customize the software. Because of her excellent customer service, I haven't thrown in the towel and moved on to another crm. In large part this is because it's clear that no existing crms are really customizable for my needs, and I'd rather work with someone with whom I already have a relationship than try to get to know several other softwares. There are a lot out there, but -- as I said -- none that are very customizable to my needs,

Pros

Because I'm an actress (individual entrepreneur who is promoting herself) my needs are about customer nurturing, no sales. Pipedrive goes a long way to adapting to these needs.

Cons

But, there are also some features that can't be changed or deleted, which make it a less than perfect match.

I liked the fresh approach to sales and attempt to make the unpleasant sales process more pleasant and visual. Dashboards are excellent.

Cons

Pricing. Some features we considered vital (email tracking) are offered in the most expensive solution. After free trial, we decided to use another solution.

Pros

I really like the ability to automatically add email communication to a deal's timeline using the bcc function. This reduces the need to copy/paste communication, so is a big time saver

Cons

The design is not super intuitive nor particularly attractive - I've seen other similar sites that just "feel" a lot nicer
