Pros

Pipedrive is very affordable and easy to use. I was able to begin outreach pretty quickly and whenever I ran into a snag, there seemed to be a video that addressed my concern. I also found that the customer service department to be responsive. It's nice to talk to a human when you're approaching a learning curve. I really found this to be a quick and easy solution. I was new to the company and there wasn't a CRM at all. Because we are a small business I wanted to be sure I wasn't overspending for a CRM that had more features than I needed.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect between contacts and organizations, you can't export a list of companies with the contacts attached, which can be a challenge for mailings and other outreach. The "deal" structure is also a little confusing if you don't have a traditional pipeline. I am also hoping that as they develop the email side of the platform that you'll be able to see who has opened and which links they've clicked on. Right now the email platform is pretty basic, the only advantage is not having to leave the platform.

As a Fire Alarm Systems Sales Engineer who has to provide his own tools, I love Pipedrive. It allows me to keep track of every lead and deal and it constantly reminds me to follow up. The software basically requires you to schedule some sort of action for every customer that you have listed whether it's following up, saying Happy Birthday, scheduling a meeting, etc. It also keeps track of every deal - win or lose, allowing you to constantly keep temperature of how your sales are doing. The reporting is fully customizable allowing you to see what works and what doesn't work for you. Pipedrive is also super easy to use. I'm new to sales and using software for sales, but I had no issues setting the software up and making it work for me.

Pros

The constant follow up options and ease of use. Totally helps me stay on top of my customers.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Everything is clickable and you can manipulate almost everything. Fast. Intuitive. I love the email features and the automatic updates to contacts.

Cons

Everything is based on a price or client value. Sometimes in certain industries that is hard to pinpoint, I'd like an option for small medium or large instead of financial data.

Pros

This was easy and intuitive to use for my personal contacts and sales. It has a lot of API's and can connect well with Zapier.

Cons

While trying to get a team integrated and using the software, it has been clumsy and time consuming for them to update, find contacts, and make calls quickly. I don't recommend this for team and call center use.

Pros

The drag and drop feature to move contacts through the sales pipeline is a great function and makes using the platform very easy and it provides an excellent visualization of where you are with each contact in every step of the sales process

Cons

I wish there were more integrations, but other than that it's a great CRM if you are a visual person.

Pros

This was an incredibly easy tool that we were looking into. We would load leads into Pipedrive, and then utilize the software to keep track of lead status and progress. This was a product that I really enjoyed, and it worked well for our requirements. In the end we went with Salesforce as a complete solution.

Cons

I didn't have any major issues or concerns with the software. It worked as was demoed to us. The product is great for tracking and managing leads.

Overall, I loved using and learning to use Pipedrive. I will be teaching how to use it shortly and I'm happy it will be something to everyone's benefit and easy to understand.

Pros

What I like the most is that I have clear visibility of what steps I need to take, if I am missing anything or if I am late with tasks. I started using Pipedrive recently and I must say that it was very easy to learn how to use it.

Cons

When using a touch screen computer I had to be very careful to not move tasks to another stage since it is very easy to move things around without having to confirm the changes.

Needs to work with SaaS and Recurring Revenue Sales. Would like to automate email capture for more than one email account. Email does not automatically assign to Deal while in Deal.

Terrible product, lacked basic CRM functionality and migrating to get off of it was a pain.

Pros

The ease of use of Pipedrive was about the only plus to the system, training was short and we had team members up and running quickly.

Cons

Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM. The product was procured by my predecessor and one of my first tasks was to migrate which was also a pain due to the way it stores data.

I run an aquarium design, installation and service business. And Pipedrive has enabled be to quickly and simply organize everything in a way that my sales are going up. I especially love how when you enter an activity for a deal or finish one, it automatically prompts you to create your next activity. This helps keep the momentum going with deals. Their mobile app is fantastic too (I use an iPhone). Looking forward to sinking Pipedrive with other apps via IfThisThenThat or Zappier.

Pros

Causes my sales to go up; easy to use; almost no learning curve; no glitches - it just works; It goes beyond sending you reminders like most other CRMs do, by automatically prompting you to schedule your next activity for each deal.

Cons

Wish I could create service tickets and invoice customers from Pipedrive.

which software are you referring to on this page ? Capterra, or the software product I just did a review on?

Pros

Gmail sync'ing between Pipedrive and Gmail is a good concept. All the features roughly are there. Decent UI design. Price is OK, assuming features worked OK. I still use it despite ALL the missing functionality.

Cons

None of the features are executed well. This is strictly beta software. It's not that the site crashes, it's like the developers created all the ideal features but implemented them like 1/3rd of the way. Google Gmail and Calendar integration is incomplete and slow. Importing of leads is frustrating and creates almost as much work as it promises to save. I am using Gold level.
