It has made our sales life's a lot easier. It keeps track on our leads and we have also increased our sales with Pipedrive

Pros

Pipedrive is a great CRM software. It's simple and very effective with the features it has. Pipedrive was the only CRM software we got started with, within 10 minutes. We used Zoho CRM before pipedrive, and i was afraid it would take forever to get all the date over to Pipedrive, but i was amazed of how easy it was, a couple of clicks and everything was ready to use. It was a ''Perfect'' moment.

Cons

Sometimes it might be too simple. But that's just a con when you need more features. It could have some more Product features like categories.

Pros

The automatic prompts to schedule follow up activities is a useful feature. This allows us to maintain good records of interactions with customers

Cons

The auto complete feature in addressing doesn't cover our key areas of Barbados and the Caribbean very well.

Pros

I love the fact that I can customize and field to my specific industry and needs. it makes fining quotes emails and contact information all in one easy to find location. Best value for a service I've seen ever!

Cons

Only with there was an address or contact book separate from current pipeline screen, sometimes I have 5-20 contacts on one deal and when that deal closes I need a way to continue account management and next project engagement.

Pipe Drive was a great choice. It's online and can be accessed from any computer or smartphone. It helps keep you moving in the right direction with new transactions. It keeps track of data that you can use to improve your sales or operations process. It's very user-friendly and their staff is always there to help you.

Pros

Ease of use, customize to fit your sales process and industry. Easy to view and understand the moment you sign up. I can look at other sales people in my organization and that beats looking at an excel spreadsheet. It allows you to see where your people or organization needs improvement at any given time.

Cons

I'm still working with all the features and really do not have any complaints.

I was running in the same shoe like all the excel maniacs to sort out the daily tasks, clients, requests with several mistaken input and forgotten clients. In summer finally my HD died and I lost all my detailed excel sheets (which is my fault) and was very frustrated. I was starting to look after some mobile optimised CMR with less success than excel. I was visiting some CMR workshops but my company is too small for them to work with me. What a pity! So, I tried to specify a searching phrase which can give me a good and usable answer and I did it - there was an uncommon but very friendly page with the name Pipedrive. And I am using it for some months and can tell you that is really really friendly to use and supportive and flexible and areal value for my tiny company's money. Thank you guys and keep on!

Not much, some people may view it as a negative that you manually move stuff over to the next column, but I love that it's setup that way. It gives you the satisfaction that it's moving along.

Pros

It is very easy to use and best of all, very visual for visual people who like to see everything at once in thier respective columns!

Pros

I like that you do not even have to enter your credit card information to star the free trial. Then the packages that are paid, come with a ton of extras including revenue forecast and product catalog's. It is well worth the time to try the free trail.

Cons

Well besides the fact there is some misspelled words on their website, like catalogue, which may have some thinking about their attention to details, it is still a great service.

I was tasked with selecting a CRM for my company. I think that there is a product out there for every company specific needs and budget, for us was Pipedrive. I got to full understanding and usability within a week after we decide to concentrate in that particular product. I think is an excellent product for the money and features.

Pros

Easy to customize to specific needs. Great price. User friendly. Well designed. Big plus is the way the product input information is displayed.

Cons

I really wanted to be able to create a invoice without having to use any add on. I believe they are working on that. Also, is not clear to me how secure is the cloud information we storage, they should expand on that issue.

Pros

Pipedrive offers all main features that other more famous and expensive CRM, with a adjusted price and easy user interface

Cons

No main issues to remark. A few details to change or improve are solved when you used to work with Pipedrive

Pros

Love the pipeline visual method. Works for me just dandy. Matter of fact, it's the topic of this weeks podcast that I am about to record. I did test 3 CRMS, started a few months back.. narrowwd it down pretty quickly, and PD is the winner.

Cons

The $ investment for the full email sync. I do understand that one needs to invest pay for quality but other CRMS give full email sync for less if not free. Just saying. You asked!

I wouldn't recommend it for medium sized firms. There are better options.

Pros

Its web based and has most features a sales management tool would be expected to have. Relatively intuitive interface

Cons

Search is awful. And the use of 'callto' protocol makes it less than useful on Android phones. No significant advances made in 3 years

Cons

sometimes the mails do not connect to the right deal - they continue to disconnect from the right deal only to connect to a different deal

Really good SaaS

Pros

Flexibility, ease of use, simplicity. Lots of fields may be customized to the business's own cycle and needs. Great integrations.

Cons

Not a lot of features, some things are clearly a beta mode, like the forms. Mailing should be included in the most simple plan.

Quick and easy CRM management.

Pros

Pipedrive is easier to use than say, SalesForce and Infusionsoft. It is a great CRM for starters, especially if you have a startup that doesn't need a ton of automation.

Cons

With the ease of use comes lack of functionality. When comparing it to the bigger CRMs, it just doesn't do exactly what it could potentially. I'd say check it out to get your feet wet. As your company grows, look for other options.

Pros

I love Pipedrive. I use it every day. We track all sales, leads, discussions and sales tasks here. At a glance I can see projected sales for the next few months, and get a feeling about where I stand. Knowing our general timeline to a sale and our conversion rate helps with forecasting our business.

Cons

Not much to dislike. They have a great tool with an easy to use interface. I have nothing to complain about or want to see differently at this point in my use.

Pros

Super easy to use. No training required Great sales tool Excellent for tracking activities and deals

Cons

No Alert option available to pair with outlook calendar. It appears in my activity calendar but I wish that there was an alert that would appear if requested.

Pros

I like the deal forecast feature , It allows me to track my target in advance and keeps updating as sales are being closed.

Cons

Target updates seem to only allow me to set them once off , I need to know how to easily set them as my target changes monthly

For my needs, this CRM product has proven to be exactly what I need to organize my business prospects. It allows me to record and easily track all the necessary steps of my selling cycle. The Pipedrive Customer Service was top-notch. Example: I scheduled a call for a specific day/time (via their website). The Rep called me exactly at the scheduled time. He answered all my questions and made sure I had a full understanding of the products features. The videos and webinars offer the visuals necessary to know how to use the system.

Pros

Ease of use Well-designed pages Everything necessary to track prospects through the sales process Easy scheduling for the next step with each prospect Customer Service is great Well worth the cost

My recommendation is to integrate Pipedrive with hubspot (chrome extension) so you can get all your emails with customers properly saved in the pipedrive platform.

Pros

Great CRM, perfect por sales management Fine usability (intuitive) Good features: program your activities with customers, check on your sales pipe in different stages; handle statistics (business won/loss); save all your emails with customers, and more!

Cons

None really; but if something could improve it would be that maybe not all business that are won or loss, should count on the same statistic, it would work to have statistics depending on the stage that the business is won or loss.
