I use this app to help track conversations whilst looking for a new job- helps me remember the last conversations I had, when to make another call or email and keep on top of all the activities that I have done. What is really good about it is that it works seamlessly across devices - phone, iPad, PC, mac. their customer response is also amazing.

the dashboard could be a bit more flexible and customisable - but that really is just a request rather than a con!

Sometimes, I wanna do links with websites or platforms like RD Station and it can happen because the pipedrive doesn't accept somethings, some automatons.

The system is quite easy to use and follow but needs to evolve quite a lot as nearly every time I have queried the reply has been 'it is something we are looking to add in the near future'. I have had several issues most have been rectified which has been technical which has been done no issues thank you, but there are several features that need to be added like custom fields for reporting for sure. Thanks

easy to you use along side your calendar, day to day running is smooth, admin functionality is easy to edit for settings and to mold it to how you want it to work for your company

Not evolved enough compared to many CRM systems and 2017 needs to bring many features to suit the individual

This product allows you to very quickly and efficiently see which deals you have open and where they are in your sales pipeline or process. This system is just so much more simple than most CRM software packages I've tried in the past.

Cons

There's not a whole lot here not to like. I would say maybe the reporting features could be better.

Very easy to set up and use. Has the functionality needed for a small business to run efficiently and grow.

Cons

It is quite basic and does not have all the features as many competitors. When the business does grow the business will probably need to switch to another CRM platform which could be costly.

Bottomline is that it is custom made for small teams comprises of few avid salesperson, which tends to push the product to its extremities and above all it is definitely true that it drives positive competition among employees and forces sales.

Pros

Being a Frequent user of CRM such as Salesforce, Asana and Hubspot to name a few, Pipedrive is the one custom-made for small teams and to drive sales ahead than others. Stratagies are made more efficient and outcomes are positive. convenient to use and manoeuverable to pass through steps.

Cons

It forces user to avoid e-mail, communication and messages as an anti-avoidance to push through steps. It can be less Stubborn.

The Pipe Drive platform is highly effective as long as you don't need to add a tone of customizations and integrations to your CRM.

Pros

The best part about the Pipe Drive platform is that getting a high level visual of the pipeline is the fastest thing you can do.

Cons

The worst part about the Pipe Drive platform is that you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform.

We were looking for a software that could be used in the construction industry, could be fully accessed on our sales team cell phones, had a low cost, since our company is small and yet would not need efforts in getting customized. Pipedrive was the one we chose after analyzing over a dozen options.

Has a lot of integration with other apps Very cost competitive when compared to others with same features Very easy to use and implement. Plenty of detailed tutorials and videos for you to learn it fast

Cons

We have not used it much to know when we will be needing the platinum version, which we believe is the only version that is a bit expensive too compared to others.

Ability to better track my leads and contacts. FYI we also have another industry CRM that we have to use (so some features I don't have use for, but I know you have a great product).

Pros

Very easy to upload my contacts and keep track of them. Nice layout to track my deals through the states. Really like the ability to customize my own fields based on my industry/needs.

Cons

Geocode doesn't recognize Unit/suite address section until I refresh each page individually, which is ok when doing individual addresses, but if i upload a group of addresses I will have to go into each one to update. (This is a minor con, and it has a work around)

Pros

I'm busy so this was easy to learn, so easy to use. I was able to customize to fit my commercial real estate practice needs. I don't like having to put a lot of words in a feedback section, this is a waste of my time, but I wanted to go on the record and express appreciation for a product that I'm actually using. Several members of my Vistage group recommended it. In fact, one member graciously came over and showed me how simple it was to set up; import contacts and get started.

Cons

I don't always want to get "help" in a text box talk back and forth; I'd rather talk to someone on the phone.

Amazing product. Very well thought through UI and great at keeping the features clean and minimal - only what's required. Admin and use is the perfect level for small to medium teams. As an admin, user, and reporting person... It doesn't get better than this. We were going to switch to SFDC before the team grows beyond 3-4 users.... After getting to know it... I'm keeping it as long as possible!!! (Maybe get a BI tool on the side of you want really fancy reporting... But don't SFDC users do that anyway?!?)

Pros

Easy to use and admin. Thoughtful design for users. Not overloaded with features.. makes you focus on selling and not administration.

Cons

Could use more detail in help files explaining how reporting calls work.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to see the last stuff added to the pipedrive. It would be great one button that shows you the latest stuff added by anyone or by one person

Cons

The search option does not include phrases or parts of words that contain business names, and you type the full name to get results.
