I recommend this product for all the sales people

Pros

I can see all my pending business at once. It is easy to track the details of each single business.

Cons

I cannot set my schedule with outlook, i cannot sync it with my quick books, the email sync system is too expensive

sometimes it has happened to me particularly is that if you are inactive during some time of the day it is disconnected for the rest it has served me and it works

Amazing product. Very well thought through UI and great at keeping the features clean and minimal - only what's required. Admin and use is the perfect level for small to medium teams. As an admin, user, and reporting person... It doesn't get better than this. We were going to switch to SFDC before the team grows beyond 3-4 users.... After getting to know it... I'm keeping it as long as possible!!! (Maybe get a BI tool on the side of you want really fancy reporting... But don't SFDC users do that anyway?!?)

Pros

Easy to use and admin. Thoughtful design for users. Not overloaded with features.. makes you focus on selling and not administration.

Cons

Could use more detail in help files explaining how reporting calls work.

Cons

It is tough to import files from Google Drive as it does not mirror the files you are wishing to import.

C'est un outil gestionnaire de relation client traitant les opérations de vente par des équipes et tout ceci dans la transparence. Des équipes ont la possibilité de passer moins de temps à disposer et plus de temps en matière de vente.

Pros

Our team keeps track of companies we want to invest. It works really well for that.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to see the last stuff added to the pipedrive. It would be great one button that shows you the latest stuff added by anyone or by one person

Pros

Pipedrive is very easy to use it's very intuitive but on other hand it could be more aggregate in terms of search

Cons

The search option does not include phrases or parts of words that contain business names, and you type the full name to get results.

I've sold thousands of dollars in sponsorships with this tool.

Pros

It's easy-to-use and very customizable. What I also love is that it totals up my potential revenue in the top of each column so I can see where the bulk of my funds is getting hung up. Great feature. I also like the email feature where I can forward emails to my account and attach them to certain customers for future reference.

Cons

It's a little more clunky than I would like. I would love a minimalist version. It's trying to be a CRM while also being a sales funnel tool. Which I completely understand. But for my use, it's a bit over-featured.

We often get the new travelers after the newsletters.

Pros

First of all - the best thing is that software is really easy to use. And Mailigen team is very responsive - it always responds quickly to questions, informs you about news, periodically analyzes the results of cooperation. There is always a feeling that we are important customers.

Cons

It's a pity that it's not possible to stop the e-mails sending if I notice some mistake in tekst after sending.

As business picks up we found it is super important to not only keep track of our client list but to maximize our efforts to retain clients and set and keep goals. CRM is essential to modern business and pipe drive is great software to take that next step

Cons

With an existing company and client list it can take time to set up and fine tune before you're ready to take off but worth the effort.

Pros

I love the App for this software most. You can literally take a call and it will bring up a screen afterwards for you to document the call right inside the system. The App is super easy to use and very good looking.

Cons

I don't like their automation system, this should be improved. I would love to have the ability to text someone from the system and have the system auto call when I schedule it.

Of the two I have used, Pipedrive is my favorist CSM so far.

Pros

I like that the integration with Google has been ease. A great addition without the extra work. I'm able to keep track and easily find the needed customer information just based on a deal and email. I'm eager to learn what else Pipedrive offers

Cons

It's not very inviting to find out how to use the product. Getting advised to use webinars would help.

I think my points above relay my satisfaction in a pretty concise matter. Everyone here likes it and I would recommend to anyone looking to change CRM's!

Pros

I've passed from salesforce and everything from the work-flow to the ease of access to information is better. I also appreciate the automation fonctions and the aircall intergration. Overall awesome experience, our tasks have been more efficient and more enjoyable to do!

Cons

Since we are a SaaS that generally only has one deal per organisation it would be nice to be able to change the org/person/deal to another sales rep in one clic instead of 3. Just a nice to have.

Pros

\-Flexibility - I simply can do (almost) everything I want. =) -Automation possibilities - the API is perfect! -User experience and inteligent interfaces

Cons

\-It doesn´t show on the home screen the date and time of the tasks that are assigned to each deal -Also, it doesn´t send a notification 5 minutes before the time a task is assigned, so, I only that I´m late when it turns red. Between green and red status, it should be a alert or, even another colour sign. -It doesn´t let me check the average time i take to drive deals from funnel stage A to B, it only shows me the this information from first to last funnel stage.

About the product I like its KANBAN view and the possibility to have different funnels. About the vendor I like the support level which has always worked very good

Cons

They don´t have a good level of users roles so it is difficult to avoid a certain person to access a sales funnel

Pipedrive has helped me organize my prospect data in one place.

Pros

I was able to easily transfer my prospect information to pipedrive. I really like the ease of usage and the other features they provide.

Cons

During my free trial period I didn't get the chance to actually get a full walk through with a rep. because he put in the wrong time zones for our meetings twice. Besides that, i'm happy with the service.

I'm already an organized person, but even the most organized at times make mistakes. Pipedrive eliminates this possibility and allows me to keep a precise tab on all areas of my business.

Pros

\- Easy to use & effortless - Device Syncing - Bcc feature - flexibility in creating appropriate stages - multiple business platform ability

Cons

\- none really except I wish emails can be printed or saved outside of the program in a PDF format.

I can send more than 20 emails with one click. I can get recipients reports. I can use old templates to create new ones. etc.

Pros

That I can create new templates very easy, but if I have questions, I can always get answers from Customer Support manager. For me very important is to see my customer reaction report, what offers Mailigen product.

It is an application that can be essential in the sales team of a company, in our case it is, we have used it for years and continue to implement new features, in addition to having good customer service

Pros

The win / loss ratio feature is one of the best I have used, it is capable of moving a deal from one stage to another, always with a good work flow.

Cons

You should have an internal mail messaging to handle the whole process from one place.

Pros

The UI and UX are my favorite part, everything looks appealing and is very easy to use, would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM to at least try it.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, there could be more complex reporting metrics but it's not necessary, that's only me being nit-picky.
