Pros

We are medium sized business that are expanding, and needed an easy to use sales tracking tool, what we liked about this software was its ease of use, drag and drop style interface and how customisable it is!

Cons

We do not come across any cons, as in the pros, this software is fit for purpose, and easy to use...

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to set up, so on-boarding was a quick and seamless process. I was able to get a team of 6 using it on a regular basis within a month.

Cons

Not a big fan of the UI/layout. It's simple but it's not as clean as Trello or Favro. I would like to see the color scheme change in the near future at the least.

Have been using Pipedrive extensively for 9 months....6 users in our organization using it. Very satisfied with the overall product, especially given the affordable price. We have about 200 prospects in the drive with 9 months of history and no speed issues. The only bug that I have noticed is that prospects with overdue contacts (highlighted in red) sometimes remain red after updating their contact schedule...minor flaw, but can be an annoyance at times. Exports to Excel are easy to use.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy to use. Fast. Logical. Logical flow. Affordable. Exports to Excel seamlessly.

Cons

A few minor bugs (overdue contacts remain red after updating)

Pros

While it's a separately CRM ,it's integration with Outlook is flawless .You can customize it to match your preferences and also works great on mobile .Getting a deal done on it makes you some much more excited to get the next one .

Cons

I don't have any significant complaints. I would ,however, like to see a more optimized search engine in future updates.

The ability that we have to follow every step of the Leads. The ability of attach files in the leads, like commercial business proposals. I really like the notes field where I can put my notes in the leads "road".

Pipedrive has been a game-changer for our SME. Without Pipedrive as part of our processes and day-to day operations, we would not be able to operate as efficiently as we do.

Pros

Picking a CRM can be a daunting task, hence why I've chosen to post this review. Our company has a unique use-case for Pipedrive; we run a complex insurance product and we've been able to use Pipedrive to help us not only manage our customer relationships but also our overall workflow. Pipedrive is easy to use, cost-effective and has a top-notch support department.

Cons

What's not to like? Every now and then there will be tech glitches but Pipedrive are always on the front foot keeping us updated about what the issue is and what they're doing to fix it.

Pros

I like how seamless it is with other products. You can import and export data easily! The setup was simple and I loved that I could share information across the company without any barriers.

Cons

Sometimes I can't filter the data with created categories. It can be a challenge to figure out how to do things, I reached out to support but I was redirected to a how-to video. I have a hard time watching something explaining how to complete a task, I would much prefer someone tell me how to do it quickly instead of watching an 8 minute video.

Pros

Pipedrive brings the leadership when it comes to managing sales process and winning projects. Pipedrive has a very easy to use interface. Mainly the Drag and Drop features helps out a lot and deals can be moved to various stages using it. It let us put comments on the Deals status and assign it to our sales team with a single click.

Cons

everything works great. Very easy to use system. No issues as of now with any functionality.

As a UK-based civil engineering contractor, carefully managing our pipeline of work is of crucial importance. We have previously tried without much success - to track our leads and tenders using a very well-known offline CRM system. Pipedrive has been the answer to our needs and we wish we had implemented it sooner. As well as being simple to use, it is very customisable. We have been able to configure it to suit the particular business environment in which we operate. The system is quick, visually appealing and very intuitive. Thankyou Pipedrive.
