Pros

The visual display of the deals is pleasing. You can see the progress of a deal as it moves through the sales cycle to closed status and it is exciting to view your deals moving this way.

Cons

No real automation with Pipedrive. All stages are prompted by your manual inputs.

Cons

Sometimes updates are to frequent. And not as useful as I would like them to be. The mobile app needs some work.

Very good software, overall. It has been particularly helpful with visualizing our sales pipeline, tracking overall progress, and organizing/timing each stage of our sales process.

Pros

Visualization of sales pipeline. It is easy to see which deals are lagging and give them the appropriate focus - or decide they are not worth the time.

Cons

Lack of automation in certain aspects. For instance, we do a high volume of outreach, I would like calendar reminders for follow ups to be set automatically - setting hundreds of reminders is far too cumbersome and not worth my time, in the end.

Pros

The user interface is great which makes our team actually use the CRM in the first place. Moreover, we are able to define different pipelines tailored to each market/segment. Finally, all the information and statistics are there. Easy-to-use yet capable of covering all of our needs. This is the fourth CRM software that we are trying and we are sold. Pipedrive is the best.

Cons

The only thing that could potentially be improved would be adding social media integrations. In particular, one of the coolest features of Nimble (the last CRM we were using) is that whenever we added a contact, all of their social media profiles were readily available. This helped us personalize our approach.

Pros

I'm a Loan Officer so I needed something simple. (Loans are complex enough as it is.) Pipedrive opens right up to my pipeline in has an extremely easy click and drag interface that makes managing a pipeline simple. It even links with Zapier, I send out different email during different stages in the buying process all using pipedrive. and the Sales reports and forecasting are a freaking must.

Cons

I wish it was a bit more CRMey. (yes I made that word up.) You can't send email campaigns from it, (though you can send single emails) and the database stuff is a little shallow.

It clearly maps the intuitive way of thinking about your sales pipeline onto the main user interface. It's obvious when you've got an action overdue, or no action against a prospect.

Cons

It doesn't seamlessly integrate with the rest of our corporate data- and work-flow.

Pros

We love the flexibility of the system. Lots of ways to customize + easy to access Excel downloads. We started using it last year and have since had a hard time understanding how we managed to get by without it. We're a mid-sized languages school and for us, this system is giving us a great return on our investment. Downtime and bugs are almost non-existent and always taken care of very quickly and professionally.

We tested bunch of CRM before we decided to go the pipedrive. Pipedrive is simple and is meant to do 1 single thing - to help a sales person maintain his pipeline and it is done in the most efficient and user friendly way.

\- Easy to use - Interface is very clean and friendly - Google Maps integrations

\- Customer support is a little slow - but seems like these guys are scaling up. -

After missing out on many opportunities for not having a CRM and a sales process for months, I introduced Pipedrive to the sales process and the sales team, magically they started fitting the software to their day to day and sales habits, soon they started customizing the interface to their convenience. Sales management is smoother now and our startup had the boost it needed to close sales faster and bigger, not to forget that using Pipedrive helped fresh sales executives understand the sales cycle and what bottlenecks could be just by using it... Cons

Have not been able to sync PipeDrive with my leads - i.e I need to manually input my leads instead of them automatically getting converted into a deal. This could just require a call to customer support however, I've been too busy/lazy.

The ability to see all of our workflow in one single place as well as communicate with clients directly within the system so that all conversations relating to deals can be easily found

Pros

The best part about the software was the ability to create lots of different workflows for various parts of our business. We were working on lots of different processes but needed to centralise client contact with all of them

Cons

Ours is a business to consumer setup and so we have no real need for the organisation aspect of the system. Having the ability to remove this would be cleaner
