### "Can be pricey but it can be very worthwhile!"

I only used it for a short while when I was with this company I worked for. During that time I was able to sell outboard motors, parts, and keep track of clients who I had spoken to. It was great to keep notes on customers and come back to if there had been some time in between customer contact.

Pros

A lot of features available when you pay for the product. I used it when I was a parts manager for a Marina.

Cons

Can seem overwhelming until you get a hang of the features and how to manage leads etc.

I was contacted my Act! that the version of my software was going to be discontinued. I have been an Act! user for 15 years. I didn't like Act! new pricing model. So, I decided to see what other CRMs were out there. I found Pipedrive. I was able to migrate all my old Act! information. I find that Pipedrive makes me more productive.

Pros

Easy to use. Able to be customized!

Cons

Site can be slow to load at times.

Pros

So easy to use. Support was really great with lots of helpful articles and support staff. The simplicity of the software was really compelling

Cons

It was too expensive for the minimal software suite when comparing to some other industry competitors

looked into several crm options and pipedrive provides lots of the basic features you would need.

Pros

Good alternative CRM, don't need to overpay for salesforce and take on costs for a lot of features that are useless and don't come into everyday use

Cons

like all crm's, you have to decide if their system works with how you want to manage your sales pipeline.

I am new to Pipedrive, but have used other CRM's in the past. Pipedrive is the most user friendly CRM I've used and helps us keep all of our pipelines organized. I love the customization we are able to do and whenever we have questions on how to do something, their support team is extremely helpful and is always quick to respond. There hasn't been anything that Pipedrive can't do, that we've come across so far with our company's needs.

Pros

User friendly, intuitive, well organized, WONDERFUL customer support, lots of integrations which helps make my job a lot easier.

Cons

I can't think of any cons related to Pipedrive.

### "Fully featured CRM"

Pipedrive was the must fully featured CRM, and I have missed it ever since our dealership changed our CRM.

Pros

This is a CRM that we had implemented through our entire sales process. It had a way to store so much information about a client that our new CRM cannot match.

Cons

The interface was not the best, could have be a bit easier to navigate for new users.

Pipedrive is a very effective tool when it comes to managing the sales process. After trying countless systems I couldn't imagine using anything else. I especially like the deal rotting function as well as the visual reports it generates for each of my sales staff.

Cons

I would like to be able to export the reports so I can go into more detail during sales meetings.

Solid product, very strong tech support, and ease of use make this product one of the better CRM systems I've used. Projects/deals I handle are multi-faceted and require numerous steps; this system allows for a lot of data input and deal migration analysis, communication tracking, etc.

Pros

Ease of use, scheduling assistant, ability to log single events at contact/company/deal level, and the ability to configure in time-dependent events along the lifespan of a complex project/deal

Cons

Merging/deleting redundancies isn't the most straightforward, not much in the way of sales infographics

Pipedrive allows us to keep detailed information about every sales lead and where that lead is within our sales cycle. We love the ability to create our own unique sales process steps, and the ability to set reminders for follow ups. The drag and drop interface makes the process so easy!

Pros

The layout which was similar to Trello for the sales process was amazing. And that is what sold me on trying the software. And I have to say, it works great.

Cons

The software did not feel as fast as what I came from (Pipelinedeals) and what I went to (Hubspot Sales). Page load times and speed of navigation is super important.

I am in sales full-time but also have an IT background so I am in charge of maintaining all of our IT infrastructure, implementing new solutions, training and resolving issues. Our entire sales team was using pen and paper while I was handling everything digitally. We needed a platform that moved everyone to a digital system but no one here is computer or tech savvy by any means. I was so happy to find Pipedrive because it is SIMPLE and didn't require me to put sales to the side for an extended period of time while I trained the staff. They were able to pick it up quickly and were moving all of their active deals to the system within the first day. Salesforce is way too complicated but Pipedrive is just right. Now, they actually enjoy using Pipedrive and our sales have increased because things are not falling through the cracks anymore. In short, Pipedrive was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Pipedrive!

Pros

The easy of use with the interface. The customization ability with activities, stages, etc. The integrations that allow for automation which in turn brings HUGE efficiency to my growing business! Support team is always responsive and helpful.

Cons

I love the BCC deal emails that allow my outgoing emails to flow into my deal log, but I really wish there was a more efficient way to automatically capture the responses from my prospects. I can manage emails in the MAIL section but it isn't as simple as just using my mail client and having the integration.

I like the template builder because you can make a design very fast and simple. Just started to use automation, can't comment it well at the moment, but it looks good and promising.

Cons

There sometimes are errors with font formatting - it doesn't apply the changes with first time. Actually it happens so often that I am used to make most of font changes twice.

I like it and there is little that is better if all you are looking for is a sales pipeline.

Pros

Its quick to work with, We can get a good workflow going fairly easily. Simplistic enough for new people to pick up quickly.

Cons

Not as feature rich as some other CRM's that we have tried. It would be useful to have products sold, and a quote module.

Pros

We are fairly new to Pipedrive. As admins we have been tasked with setting this up for our sales team. It is fairly easy to get going and the system UI is well though out. Particularly impressed by the Smart Docs feature which will save the Sales Team 'a lot' of time going forward.

Cons

As a Freshdesk and Atlassian admin, I am really surprised by the restrictive nature of PipeDrives automations. It doesn't feel like you can do too much in this area.

### "Perfect mix of ease of use and CRM functionality"

Pros

I love pipeline dashboard and ease of use in working with Pipedrive. It is like other CRM's should be. I work with other CRM systems since over 10 years as CRM consultant and i know how other CRM systems work. My experience is that many other CRM's which are in part very high sofisticated systems, are NOT driving the users to a good CRM solution and a working CRM process. In comparison with these old-school systems Pipedrive is a wonderful highlite where users can be happy to work with every day. It's very focused on your job and on the most important information about your prospects, customers and deals.

Cons

Pipedrive could be enhanced in some items. E.g. a better out of the box exchange of contact data with Microsoft Office 365 / Outlook. But at the end this is not my primary challenge. Another item would be a better identification of dub records in contact or organization table.
