Pros

I love how this program simplifies my life! I have used other CRM programs and none, including Salesforce, offer the functionality, features and simplicity that Pipedrive does. Their customer support is awesome willing to go the extra mile to help me when needed. Pipedrive is the first program I have seen that is made for the sales person and not management. Others are geared toward activity tracking for management and not the results of a sales person.

Cons

Need integrated feature to link Outlook contacts with Pipedrive.

Pipedrive makes the complicated simple with great design that's intuitive yet powerful. It doesn't overwhelm like many other CRMs. As a sales person you've always got lots to do and this tool doesn't slow you down.

Cons

Nothing really it's great for SME businesses, probably not for large enterprise.

It is open and easy to customize for marketing automation, drip campaigns, tracking documents, etc by either building additional functionality internally or synching PD with other software platforms.

Cons

Reporting is not very sophisticated. It's difficult to build a good reporting structure to see funnel and progress at an enterprise level for complex sales organizations.

Project statistics helps with custom reports and the charts. By this reporting, we can see all of the projects data in 1 screen and can see where we stand with each project. It is a kind of one page project management report. it helps us a lot with management reporting.

Cons

The visuals can be improved and more charts can be introduced to smartsheet for reporting purpose.

Not much! I don't prefer the mobile version, and use it mostly on my computer.

Pros

Straight forward, nice to look at, easy to use, it's one of those tools that you don't think about, you just use it because you cannot think of doing it differently. This is some of the highest compliments I can give to a tool.

Cons

There are a couple of email sync and attribution issues that I have to work out with Support. It's complex to figure out, but I'm working on it. It might be a bug, it might be my mistake. I'd wish for an email opening tracking feature like cloze.io offers.

Cons

Sometimes navigation in the mobile app is confusing - It's not always clear where I am in the application.

My firm can now easily track the sales leads. The best feeling is when I can see the sales lead move across the board until the deal is won.

Pros

I like the platform and how I can menu-var the clients from first point of contact to disposition in the remainder fields until the deal is won.

Cons

I would like if the date notifications can be on the sales leads name from point view instead of having to click into the field. I somewhat forget when a due date is set and therefor I have to continuously open a field to check.

Simple to use, easy to learn, and easy to edit. I love the mobile app.

Cons

I haven't really found the product to have many limitations. I think having additional dashboards would be helpful for running analytics, but these features may exist and I just don't know of them. I really enjoy the bulk edit feature for activities, but I haven't found a way to bulk delete.

Cons

The interface isn't that attractive at first glance, but you get used to it. That's being said, I think they could do an overhaul.

Pros

The best thing I like about Pipedrive is not just the ease of use, but the power behind it. The mobile app is just like the browser version, and that was one of the biggest issues I had found with other programs. Updates are instant, and there is no lag time between the two.

Cons

The UI (User Interface) is kind of plain, but I've used fancier ones that don't have the benefits that I've found in Pipedrive. There is no overview dashboard that gives you a snapshot of everything. That would be great to have. They do have a live dashboard, but it doesn't show you what you have to do. It shows you what has been completed, so having that opening up first that would be great.

Pipedrive gives ultimate visibility throughout the process of a new client acquisition. Does an exceptional job of keeping track of a prospect throughout the pipeline of a acquisition. Pipedrive does this so well, just as the name implies.We quickly found we were no longer losing track of prospects here and there.

Cons

It would be nice if some of the custom fields were able to show up at the top level User Interface for entering a new prospect, as opposed to a separate screen.

Pipedrive is just so simple to use - you open it and you already understand how it works. PLus once you have gotten used to it there are a lot of small things that improve the user experience for the advanced user.

Cons

Sometimes the system can be too simplistic, lacking some features. And more integrations would be very useful (like Pipedrive-Office365 calendar).

By putting all of your prospects in the program you remember who and when you need to follow up on. I also lets you know what was said last and what you told them. It also has a place for keeping all of the emails you have sent them.

Pros

You can build your own pipe line timeing for your business. By putting in your time table for your product or service you know when to follow up with them. It makes you look like you are on the ball at all times.

Cons

This software is called a CRM but it is more of a business tracker than a CRM.
