Pros

This CRM is very user friendly. Adding and closing deals is very simple. The whole design of the system makes it easy to navigate. I find the 'Statistics' tab to be very helpful in going over what we have achieved. The capacity of storing every note and conversation is extremely useful. There are a lot of features that can be utilized, like comparisons between lost and closed deals. What is more it is very budget friendly.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the lack of Outlook integration. The software integrates with a lot of other systems, but not Outlook, and this is my main choice for communications.

Have to admit, that I was a little nervous having to pick out a CRM system for my small business. I knew I didn't want a difficult solution that had too many bells and whistles but was difficult to use. The reason I needed to pick a CRM is that it was getting way too difficult trying to manage deals on a spreadsheet. I picked Pipedrive because it was focused on managing deals. Pipedrive is easy to use, has all the features I need and is helping me close business, which is the name of the game. The software is working great and the company is available to assist if you have questions. They even will jump on the phone with you and screen share if need be. Overall, I'm extremely happy. My data is organized.. My deals are progressing thru the pipeline and I can see what needs to be done. It's great and the price is right. Thanks!

Pros

Pipedrive is very easy to work and implement. Uploading your Excel data is a snap and you can be up and operating in just a couple of hours.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to set up individual groupings on people so that contact and individual data entries could be tailored to that specific group.

I am the Pipedrive administrator and the lead generator at a commercial printer with 35 employees. Because of Pipedrive's intuitive design and helpful features, I not only won the support of our veteran reps, but also successfully on-boarded two new salespeople (one had used several other CRMs, while the other had never worked in outside sales). We're still learning how to adapt our workflow to the unique variables and challenges of our industry, but I'm confident Pipedrive is flexible enough, and the support team passionate enough, for us to continue succeeding with Pipedrive.

My team has a terrible track record of adopting new software tools (asana, jira, etc.). Not the case here, we all use Pipedrive daily!

Pros

Pipedrive is extremely easy to use, I love dragging leads through the different stages of our sales cycle. Allows me to track our internal sales efforts, and manage priorities nicely.

Cons

We actually do not have anything negative to say about our experience. We may want to unlock tracking and other features soon with an upgrade in our membership.

We are ramping up 2 new sales and marketing programs and need t be able to effectively and efficiently track leads. Pipedrive meets our requirements.

Pros

Many of the CRMs that I have tried in the past were so robust and comprehensive that they were bewildering to set up. Pipedrive has a limited feature set, which is a good thing. This made the set much easier.

Cons

Setting up the catgories was not that intuitive. It took some time for me figure it out after looking at the sample templates.

Pros

Pipedrive is the first CRM which actually contribute to close deals with the prospects. it provides the options which help me being on track to make any communication required with potential clients. Managing clients info is very easy with Pipedrive. Reporting can be generated on the fly and DEALS can be marked as WON or LOST.

Cons

I want to manage sending emails form Pipedrive. I think there is a feature out there but I still need to find this out. Everything else works great for me.

Pros

So easy to use and very visual. I can connect my lead generating tools through Zapier and automate the CRM entries :)

Cons

Would love more integration like being able to create a dynamic proposal and collect payments or more integrations with Zapier.

Pros

I have experience of using SugarCRM and Zoho CRM and had a chance to test Salesforce.com. Pipedrive is the best hands down, mostly due to its two great features: 1. It's very easy to enter data, so it doesn't take time to create deals (opportunities); 2. Great graphical representation of the customer pipeline (funnel) that gives you a great idea how many opportunities you've got in each stage of your selling cycle on the spot.

Cons

The other great feature of Pipedrive is that outgoing emails bcc'd to a certain address get automatically attached to a deal (opportunity) and thus create the history of correspondence with a customer. One thing that could possibly be improved is that incoming emails are attached to a deal as well thus creating a full picture of correspondence. Call logging would be another useful feature.

Pros

It is the best CRM management software in the market, it is a very well organized software and it is very easy to achieve the best personalization, you can import spreadsheets directly to Pipedrive to improve the purposes that each client requires, likewise you can create reports customized to send them to the company's emails.

Cons

I have no complaints about the software, everything is perfect and I will continue using it for many more years.

Pros

Their pipeline view is the most valuable feature to me. It gives a bird's eye view of your current leads and their status. Also the total deal value on each stage of the pipeline is very valuable. You can know what part of your sales process needs more attention.

Cons

Lack of customization options. A lot of times our business has unique needs (based on our sales process) and we almost always need to find a work-around to make it work on Pipedrive. Also the reports can be improved.

We have been using Pipedrive since January 1st this year. It has truly transformed our business. The ability to customize process tabs and schedule meetings has driven our sales procedures. The App is fantastic and stable. I have never reviewed a piece of software before, however, this is not a standard crm tool, Drives your business. We hold a weekly meeting and display the dashboard as the main agenda.

Pros

Customisation of processess. Google calendar integration. The dashboard view. The App.

Cons

There simply are no cons, all pro's

Pipedrive is a very user-friendly crm. It is easily accessible with iphone. It handles my contacts in an organized manner and the "organization" tab under contacts has worked well for my other duties outside of work. Having the ability to see in dollar form, how much my sales revenue can go has been a motivating factor in keeping up with my daily duties. Bottom line, it is the kind of program I have been looking for, for the price.

Cons

color coordinating the boxes rather than just the checkmarks would be nice.

Pipedrive is very intuitive and easy to use. It gives me a great overview of my team's effort to close deals for the company. Pipedrive tracks activities such as calls, emails, meetings and tasks and provides detailed statistics. The best of all is that Deals are in the center of user's attention - everything revolves around a Deal. This way my sales reps whenever they log in to pipedrive see open deals, their value and stage they are in and get motivated to move it further along the pipeline. It really shows that this application was developed by salespeople!

Pros

I like the ergonomy of the whole platform which allows quick access to the key information.

Cons

The data export functionalities are curiously limited for MailChimp which I use for my emailing campaigns. Only first and second name and email address can be exported... why not exporting the Company and the function as well??

The product is easy to use and great for small teams. The support team is also very responsive and helpful.

Cons

The graphics in the app can get a little distorted for me; it could be because of plug-ins I'm using though. It also doesn't integrate w/ everything I would want it to, but that's not something you can expect yet.

I am a freelancer, providing training, communications strategies and analyses. My clients' base is not so big, but it is very difficult to remember to do perform all activities using only a calendar. The possibility to introduce order values is also additionally motivating - I can see my sales results month to month.

\- duplication of deals is not as intuitive as it could be (I have some deals which are sold once in a year and I have to change many settings when duplicated the deal)

We change our excel sheet tracking for this tool. We are very happy with it.

Pros

Kanban style, easy to visualize how many opportunities are in every stage. You can customize a different pipes and it's easy to import data. You can move your full pipe and have it running in an hour.

Cons

It's focus in one time sales, it's difficult to visualize in pipe recurrent payments. You can create a new pipe with closed opportunities and manage there recurrent income.

Pros

Pipedrive is very user-friendly, easy to navigate through and, as far as we have tested, unlimited in space. It's our everyday tool, incredibly useful. Of course, it's cloud-based and we find it cheap for what we get back.

Cons

The app is not quite as good as the PC version. The Spanish version has some English bits in it.

Clear linear way to track sales. You can see the deals move along the path towards success. A good product.

Cons

Not really a CRM from my limited experience. The best part is the sales pipe. I think the limitations to teams could be an issue.
