Pros

Pipedrive is very user-friendly, easy to navigate through and, as far as we have tested, unlimited in space. It's our everyday tool, incredibly useful. Of course, it's cloud-based and we find it cheap for what we get back.

Cons

The app is not quite as good as the PC version. The Spanish version has some English bits in it.

Pros

Clear linear way to track sales. You can see the deals move along the path towards success. A good product.

Cons

Not really a CRM from my limited experience. The best part is the sales pipe. I think the limitations to teams could be an issue.

I have really enjoyed using pipedrive. I like the reporting and the ability to set requirements like when a deal should rot. I think it really lends to the organizational flow and processing of a deal. The BCC feature is great too. Our team really enjoys the time it saves to be able to send an email right into the deal. I'm looking forward to what's to come in the future. Keep up the good work!

Occasionally, you will lose cards when dragging them.

Pros

I like how with Pipedrive you can start using it right away, yet gradually you find it has even the most advanced features you can use to simply close more sales, more easily. The best festure is the versatile filter.

Cons

Editing individual activities in activities tab could be better designed, which is a minor thing.

My overall experience with Pipedrive was satisfactory. I recommended it to the new sales guys. However, I switched into another sales CRM from Pipedrive for better integration options.

Pros

It's easy to use. The user interface is beautiful and I can navigate easily through the section and tools. However, this is purely a sales CRM for visual execution and I recommend it for a starter sales professional.

Cons

It lacks integration features. It only focuses on Sales CRM rather than project and HRM management. But, this is also one of the strengths of Pipedrive that it's built for the SDRs and Sales Pros.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

I did not choose Pipedrive finally and used Hubspot for my sales CRM. Hubspot offered a more dynamic sales CRM option with the integrations that I already use.

I've been part of 2 international companies for 10 years, using more than 4 CRM. The last one was "SalesForce" which was very useful and more convenient to use as a commercial person. But the cost for the company was Huge ! And a lot of option/modules were expensive. When I had to use Pipedrice (in my actual company) I felt immaediatly confortable withit. We have design 2 main Pipe (1 for sales, 1 for customer satisfaction) and it was easy and fast ! For sure we are missing some functionnalities such as the growth profit, or the follow up of the after sales, but for PIPEDRIVE give us 95% of what we need for an affordable cost. The customer service is very fast (direct answers on Twitter..etc..) so you can quiclky adapt Pipedrive to your sales process. I really recommend this tool !!

We converted to pipedrive from having done no proper crm system beforehand. It is working for us.

Pros

Importing spreadsheets is something I did and with little practice I got it down right so I did not find that difficult. People on my team who are doing more organization of the contacts and scheduling calls and so on use it it schedule their calls and everything rather than exporting back out or anything like that.

Cons

I wish it would integrate with shopify automatically without paying for 3rd party applications. It is a very common use case scenario so I think it should be included in all of the plans.

PipeDive makes it really easy to follow my deals, while at the same time still creating new leads and potential deals. It is so easy to understand how and why things are placed where they are.

Cons

If all the fields were searchable, and not only the fields such as, Name and emails, but rather the 'self made fields'

The ability to customize your data input, deal stages, and list sorts is the best I've seen for any CMS system. It's extremely user friendly on top of that!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about the product. The updates and videos keep us up to date about changes and new features as they are made available

I was tasked to setup and configure Pipedrive for one of our clients. Pipedrive is powerful and very flexible and is sure to meet nearly any companies needs.

At times, setup was a bit convoluted and i thought the documentation left much to be desired but I got through it.

No two way integration with Outlook/Office365. I dont believe in entering data twice. Contacts and calendar appointments should sync both ways.

Pros

It is so easy to use, and so easy to keep track of. We went from one person using it to four people all using it as administrators and it has been the perfect deal tool for us. With just a couple of add-ons (MailChimp & Ecquire) we can do everything that a more expensive CRM can do, but we don't have to worry about navigating around features or complex systems that aren't of any interest to us yet. Totally customizable too...this will change and grow with our company, and in large part thanks to PipeDrive, we are growing fast...

Cons

Minor glitches and sometimes difficult to reach support. Luckily we haven't had any major snafus but if we did I'm not convinced we would get help as fast as we would like it. But at such a low monthly cost, that's probably to be expected. Something has to take the hit.

Pros

It's very easy to use - UI was simple and effective, and could be tailored to my preferences (categories, fields, stages, filters, etc.)

Cons

The company is young, so whenever I came across a bug, it took them a while to reply to me and resolve the issue. Sometimes I was unable to use the app until it was fixed.

Pros

I just started using PipeDrive (from SalesForce) and it is a very simple and easy to use CRM tool. It helps you to understand the sales process and track the progress of the sale throughout the cycle. Easy to understand and use, with many different functions and abilites.

Cons

I would like if the program had the ability to intergrate the use of Gmail as an email source, which all in the office use.

I run a small home repair business, and have hated keeping track of leads on paper, and trying to remember just what needs the next step is for each customer. I have looked at other CRM systems, and fell in love with Pipedrive within minutes of beginning my free trial. It is fully customizable in the trial, so I was able to set things up the way I wanted. Now I can quickly see who needs to be contacted, who needs an estimate, who needs an invoice, and who needs to pay me. Pros- Very customizable Very easy to use Intuitive Completely mobile Log calls when calls are made through the app Affordable Cons- It takes more effort than I like to insert the address. I should be able to add an address when creating take the lead, and also add an address when creating a deal.

Pros

its easy to use for someone with limited computer skills like myself. The ability to mail multiple customers about new products in a neat and compact way has helped us with our sales.

Cons

The mail sometime comes up in peoples promotion box so they miss them. I find it difficult to resize images too
