Really great among all CRM tools if need more power than Hubspot CRM and don't want to shell out dollars for Salesforce. The mobile app is especially good among CRM tools.

Pros

Pipedrive has some of the best integrations have seen at that price point in any industry -- the customer lookup in Trello being a prime example. The overall product quality is also incredibly high -- e.g., we can see all export reports ever pulled in the system for audit purposes.

Cons

The biggest gap is consistent with almost any CRM on the market -- while we can drag & drop or bulk change statuses of tasks in spreadsheet mode, we can't change the task order within stage. Pipedrive \*does\* have some capability to hack this which we did on occasion -- specifically, just change up the event dates in the tasks and assign a custom field to be your actual due date -- it was clunky but it worked, and ultimately just use Trello for deal management.

Sales is the hub of almost every business, when I started out we struggled with selling, it was the most challenging part of our day to day projects, pipedrive made a huge difference, from planning sales to monitor deals it turned around the affairs of our profits making camapabilities, very helpful.

Pipedrive is helps alot, it is very easy to get started, an excellent software for small and medium sized businesses just like us when we first started, it saves us alot of time with its templates and there are group emails and workshops that are actually automated

Cons

Despite having all the advantages I find pipedrive to be slow as compared to other softwares that are taken as its direct competitors.

The reach of our advertising campaigns has also increased, as has our success in attracting new customers.

Pros

Pipedrive provides many tools within a carefully designed dashboard, and it is great how Pipedrive can customize and add fields and files so that we can enter and save data as well as import contact lists and format them in an orderly manner. It's nice how they're always adding new features that help us create effective email marketing campaigns and effectively manage our sales pipeline, and it's great how we can easily go back and tweak previous campaigns to use them again with new campaigns. With Pipedrive, we get real-time notifications, analytics, and dashboards on customer responses, keeping us ready to take necessary action.

Cons

I did not encounter any technical problems during use; only optimal use requires more practice and learning, and the Pipedrive developers provide many videos and educational materials, which greatly contributed to understanding the correct usage method. It's also great that the customer service team is always ready to answer our questions and help us out.

Pros

Due to how simple it is to set up and use on a daily basis, I have long been a fan of Pipedrive. It's incredibly simple to use and easy to combine with a lot of other apps. It enables us to separate quickly, accurately, and with the best filters, enabling us to attract the right customers for our company. Additionally, it is compatible with Gmail and Google Contacts, both of which are crucial. Pipedrive provides a thorough, effective, and simple-to-use overview of our sales pipeline. We can track the individual development of every sales team member working for the firm as well as the offers that are being made to prospective clients.

Cons

It may have cost us a bit to integrate with other applications, but with persistence and the help of its technical team, the problem was effectively resolved. There are no integrated contract management solutions, thus we must send emails to several contacts one at a time, one after the other. We have to directly ask them for such information because we have no idea where the leads for our web forms originated. It crashes, crashes again, then crashes some more. Customer support could actually care less about it, so you wind up with a number of system components that are inoperable and render the platform useless.

Pros

Our sales department uses it as a tool for the total management and sales process. It gives a database of prospective clients and keeps track of new applicants to maintain communication with them. We finally have a solution that allows us to keep track of all of our sales in one place and monitor their progress over time. Pipedrive's many features will enable us to accomplish our goals and more, including the collection of prospect information and the scheduling of follow-up meetings.

Cons

Larger organizations with a more extensive client database may benefit from an increase in the program's memory capacity, which becomes taxed when dealing with a significant number of registered contacts.

Pros

I love how easy it is to get your leads organized with Pipedrive! All my clients and potential clients are arranged in an efficient way. I could never keep track of everyone without it, as grouping 1000s of contacts and keeping notes on everyone without Pipedrive can be impossible! The reminders and notes features are my two favorite features!

Cons

Since there is so much info floating around in Pipedrive, sometimes if you lose track it can be a little confusing. As with any software, there's a learning curve but it's not very steep. Every once in a while I run into an issue and I'm mostly able to get the help I need.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

Overall Pipedrive is one of the best of it's kind! I've used it for years to keep track of leads and potential clients. I'dd definitely recommend it for large and small companies a like. They are constantly making improvements to the software so it's always up to date. I like that it's also not as complicated and other similar platforms, and can be learned fairly quickly. Definitely worth strong consideration for anyone needing to organize and track their customers and leads!

I love the transparency provided with insights from internal analytical reports, end to end sales process through stages, tracking of customer interaction and integration with other tools that enable direct contact with customers such as Front and TalkDesk.

Cons

Email recording and tracking should be easier and automated just as is done for SMS. We need to manually add \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] to the BCC of our emails with customers to help with recording email interactions in PD.

In general, it has an easy and useful interface and we can do the sales steps we want as we want, making it a useful software.

Pros

As a company, we make large-volume offers and experience long-term sales follow-up processes. For example, 1 sale can be closed in 3 years or in about 3 months. Thanks to Pipedrive, we can easily follow these processes. In addition, since we can customize our sales steps as we want, we can get a full response to our own needs.

Cons

For example, although the value of the Turkish Lira against the Dollar is low, I can say that its prices are still reasonable. It was also an important point for us during the decision phase.

Super easy to use, well prices. I think the biggest advantage for my team is the reporting module - easy to customise reports.

Cons

Maybe it could have more fancy stuff to help generate/manage leads from the marketing perspective. It simply could have more features around lead generation or maybe some AI to help us get more out of our leads (more deals)

Pipedrive is a forward-thinking business with a solid CRM system. Pipedrive is one of the top CRMs out there. Keeping tabs on commercial real estate leads is easy with this tool. Salesforce-based systems have previously served me poorly since they were very sophisticated for my small-scale requirements.

Pros

Pipedrive is great since it does exactly what it's designed to do while also providing so much more value than simply a CRM. Makes keeping track of agreements and maintaining a clean pipeline a breeze. Notes and phone conversations may be easily recorded. You may sort and filter anything you want in the pipeline view.

Cons

To do "granular" searches, it might be challenging. I've found it difficult to sort by really narrow criteria. My recollection is that it was difficult to sort deals by area, deal size, and other parameters.

Learning to use pipedrive is fast, it doesn't require a lot of time for training. I recommend it for being one of the most complete and reliable CRM in terms of results.

Pros

Pipedrive is a great help in my work role, it makes me feel more capable of handling various issues with my clients without losing my mind or messing up my activities. What I like most about this software is that it allows me to see in a simple and clear way the status of each business process, highlighting the elements that require more attention. This CRM provides you with reports, statistics, has a mobile version, API, conversation tracking, compatibility with various email providers, personalization of activities and contacts, among other features that make it better than other tools on the market.

Cons

As for the price, I do not agree that the most basic and simple functions are limited in the cheapest plan, so now we use a more expensive plan.

We used to use endless excel spreadsheets and Dropbox to keep the sales/CEO up to date. This system did not work very well and was not helping our sales team and president/ceo keep up to date on the status of contracts 'in the pipeline'. When I saw an ad on Facebook for Pipedrive, I instantly knew it would be a perfect fit for our organization. It's super easy to use All you need is a browser. No more excel spreadsheets, dropbox accounts, syncing issues etc. The sales team / CEO can add new 'deals' in just a few clicks. When I gave my presentation to Management, they instantly "got it" once I dragged a new deal from the first stage "initial enquiry" to the second state "contact made". When I then updated the deal to indicate that a proposal had been submitted, I dragged the deal over to the "proposal submitted" stage and everyone said "aaaaahhhhhh". Favourite Features: 1. Ease of use. - All you need is a browser and there is a mobile app. 2. Deal stages - You can drag a deal from various stages (use the default or customize with your own sales pipeline) to instantly show what stage your deal is in. You can also have MULTIPLE pipelines. For us, we have a Primary and Secondary Pipeline 3. Creating Activities / Tasks - You can assign tasks such as 'emails, lunches, phone calls, follow ups' etc and have them assigned to users. Those users get automatic email reminders the morning the task is due. 4. Indications for overdue Activities / Tasks - You can instantly see (via a green, grey, yellow or red) Icon next to each deal if you have a task that is due today, or overdue, or no task assigned yet. 5. Reporting - You can instantly see in the 'dashboard' your current sales performances such as deals won (and for how much), the dollar amount of deals in the pipeline for each week, month or quarter etc, deals lost etc. 6. Email functionality - You do not have to manually copy / paste emails into Pipedrive deals. If you use the deal specific bcc address, all information in the email is automatically entered into that deal. 7. File uploads - You can upload your presentations, proposals straight into pipedrive. 8. Customization - Just about everything is customizable. 9. Deal Rotting - Deals are highlighted in red when they are 'rotting' meaning no activity over the past X number of days. 10. Dollar Amounts - Each deal can be given a dollar amount.

Pros

Deal Rotting Deal dollar amounts Dragging deals from the various stages Multiple Pipelines Outlook Email Integration Mobile App Everything is customizable File uploads Weighted deal dollar amounts Color coded icons for activites that are due, expired, or have not been assigned yet emails for activities that are due that day.

Cons

Sometimes when you add a deal, you ahve to refresh in order for it to show. Also when you edit a deal and add a note for example, that deal moves to the bottom or top of the list in that various stage. It would be better if that deal stays where it currently is in that stage, even if you update something in that deal.

In my opinion, it's fantastic. Since I'm working in IT and sales, Pipedrive is a very powerful CRM for business with easy access for users. I used both HubSpot and Pipedrive recently, I prefer the way Pipedrive does this, I feel more productive.

Pipedrive is very straightforward to use, the Pipedrive automation is the best it helps me automate my flow. When we started using it we loved it because it had fewer features than most competitors, but the features it had worked better.

Pipedrive has been a great addition to our sales & CRM efforts. With it, we have a system where we can easily follow everything with each prospect and customer, we can create good looking reports from our CRM data, and we've saved a ton of working hours thanks to the automated workflows. All in all, I think it's a must for any growing sales operation.

Pros

The best thing by far is the automated emails. We have workflows that trigger an email within 10 minutes of an action taking place. Without it, I'd have to constantly check my inbox. It's saves us a lot of time for more outreach and prospecting.

Cons

The setup was pretty gruelling for us. The property and workflow setups in particular took longer than we'd anticipated.

Ha sido excelente para gestionar las ventas de la empresa, llevando una base de datos ordenada realmente lo recomiendo, ademas de poder enviar correos de forma empresarial

Pros

Gestionar los clientes, ventas por departamentos, te permite crear de forma sencilla una base de datos

Cons

no todos tienes acceso al software, tiene una version gratuita y paga donde las funciones son mas pero en mi experiencia de uso se pone un poco lento

### "Full Featured Sales CRM"

Pipedrive has been my primary lead generation and lead management tool for the past several years. It allows me to track all of my coaching clients, all the pipelines that they are in or have been, with automation to help me from doing things manually. It integrates nicely with all other apps, and the ability to sync with my email is superb because it allows me to quickly review all email correspondence for that particular client.

Pros

Every feature you would want in a CRM without the complexity of Salesforce. While this may be a bad thing for those that need the complexity, Pipedrive will server most small businesses and self-employed more than well. It's other biggest asset is a feature rich automation tool.

Cons

I do wish that there was more customizability of what is shown and not shown.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

DIdn't need the complexity and therefore the pricing for other products didn't make sense.
