As a start up, we were looking for a product to track our potential customers through the sales cycle. Pipedrive definitely fulfilled our needs. Relatively flexible and good functionality for the price. The interface took a little getting used to (slightly clunky) but definitely workable.

Pros

Ability to track opportunities through stages that my team identified. Ability to share information and status across the team.

Cons

Slightly clunky interface.

Pros

Very easy and straightforward CRM. I am a single user in our company and wanted a CRM to get started and this was the perfect cost efficient one for basic needs. Haven't explored all the functionalities yet though.

Cons

We don't use Gmail or other support emails for email integration is not easy to use the BCC address given per deal all the time. I wish there was a trick to do so.

Pros

Simple to use. Gamifies the sales process. No real training required. My team got used to it very quickly.

Cons

One simple but very important feature. I need to be able to export the 'Product' families and amounts into excel, which I was told by support I cannot at present (it's not an exportable field apparently. ) If I can enter the data I should be able to export the same data.

Keeps things simple and streamlined. Is formatted similar to a KanBan. Allows other members of the organization to have visibility into everyone's efforts. Has reminders to show you when things are overdue.

Cons

Adding additional users who have different privileges to information has been difficult. Often there are nuances that are hard to reflect within pipedrive's options.

Cons

Our office started using this program about a month ago and we love it! We keep each other updated on individual files and we can assign activities for items still needed during the loan process. It helps us keep tabs on the files we have closed, the ones we need to follow up on, and the ones that we need to check back with in the future. Our office has found this program to be very useful and easy to set up and use.

Pros

I like how it is set up. It helps to see visually where we are at with our clients and talent pipelines.

Cons

The reporting can be difficult. I notice three different people can pull the same report and get three different answers depending on criteria. I would also like fields to be mandatory. It's hard to standardize the data inputs we would like if they aren't required fields and people can run past them.

We needed a way to manage hundreds of equiries and wanted to make it simple, quick and easy to manage. - Having used high-end CRM and sales-management software that costs $300+ per month, I was thrilled that this software did everything we needed for less than a 10th of the cost! - The ability to sync with Zapier allowed us to pair it with our email marketing software, so we are very thrilled with the outcome.

the software though good at tracking activity is really more inclined towards people without much to do except enter data. For organisations with hundreds of customers the functions I have seen so far are not appealing. turns you into a mere data capturer

Looks appealing. The order is appealing to the eyes.

Cons

Does not integrate with other apps and crm software, not easy to use, desires a lot of manual input. takes up most of your time in data capturing and no actual selling. Software not automated, a lot of manual intervention and input. tedious, monotonous, time consuming

Organization, efficiency. Being able to keep track of a lot of deals and never miss anything.

Pros

Simple and elegant interface. Easy to see the history of my communications with my leads. Nice email integration. And cool integrations with other software.

Cons

I wish there was a non-cloud version. Otherwise, there is not so much I don't like about it honestly. Ask me again in a few months.

Pros

Pipedrive is like the iPhone of sales tools. It is extremely intuitive, easy to customize, and does not weigh itself (or its users) down with useless options and features.

Cons

I don't like that when setting a new reminder for a deal, it automatically defaults to a phone call. I'd imagine there's a way to fix this in the user settings, but I haven't done it yet, so I guess it doesn't bother me that much.

I really do not have any complaints. Pipedrive is very easy to use. It is intuitive, you do not need training. It is flexible. I like that because our last CRM tied us down to specific stages and with this you can set everything up exactly the way you want. I like the deals page as you can really see a lot on one page without have to move around too much. When support was needed it was always great. The only con I can think of is you have to BCC emails in. In our last CRM they automatically went in, we did not have to worry about doing a BCC. The BCC is easy enough though and it does allow you not to send every single email into Pipedrive which is helpful, so I am not 100% sure which way I like better.

I have around 100 active leads that I have to keep in juggle at the same time (over 2-3 month sales cycle) and a pipeline is a great tool for that.

Pros

Simple to use. Very little unnecessary data entry and great reminder system to keep in touch with my prospects.

Cons

Can't name any. Could have also some lead generation tool (from Linkedin etc.) integrated into it, but that's a whole different business.

Pipedrive is a must have for any professional. I am in the Sales industry and in our fast paced environment it is nice to know pipedrive has my back. Scheduling, follow ups, and closings all at my fingertips.

Pipedrive is amazing. Like have a personal assistant 24/7. No more missed meeting or forgot to calls. Pipedrive has and is achieving what I need to be productive on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis

Pros

Pipedrive is a sales CRM, basically it helps you centrallize your sales effort in one single place. You have a central view, where you can see all the sales that you are working on and pages for each sale. We use it in a NGO setting for our our fund-raising efforts. It has allowed us to centralize information scattered all over our Google Drive and other GTD systems that we use, it synchronizes with Google Calendar so I can have the planned activities also on my phone and so on. You can send emails directly to the application, to a general adress for your organization or to a specific deal email. You can view all the conversations you had with your customer in one single page.

Cons

From the experience I had with it until now all was good.
