We use it to keep track of our ongoing deals in our M&A Brokerage. It was so easy to mirror the stages of our deal cycle with a pipeline deal cycle. We set up one for each type of work we conduct (buy,sell,raising capital etc) and this allows us to see our deals heading across the line. I would highly recommend it to any body that wants to track and record progress during any sales cycle. Pros: Easy to setup, easy to customise and very easy to use. Cons: I wish we didn't have to sue a third party product like PandaDocs and MailChimp to get great output from the Pipedrive. I'm glad we can but I would like have seen a 'mail-merge' built in. However, it's great. we love it and we keep on using it.

I sell boats and needed a simplified CRM that didn't have all the bells and whistles or the big price tag. Pipedrive allows me to access my leads via laptop or mobile device and does not overload me with information or break the bank. Simple to use and has great customer support, although I cannot say I have needed it.

Pros

Streamlined format and easy to use whether in the office or on the go. Great support staff!

Cons

At this time, none.

Can't drag and drop docs. Would also be nice to be able to prioritize tasks.

As a sales person I always wanted to focus on the bottom line. I've used a few web-based CRMs over the last few years and Pipedrive gives me the most freedom to actually sell. The time I spend on managing the solution is absolutely minimal (and I don't have a tech team doing it for me). Pipedrive is very friendly and the customization is dead easy. I like the way my communication with prospects is organized, the import wizard is really intuitive and tutorials are aplenty. Great support and responsive customer service! There are still some minor features missing (like saving the mapping of fields while importing contacts or speed of processing incoming mails) but overall it's fun to work with.

Ease and peace of mind with real-time updates, excellent mobile app, integration with third party apps and syncs with existing contacts and calendars

Pros

Simple without getting mired down in detailed complexities that stop employees/company from targeting the bottom line, tracking and closing jobs into billable sales. This software was easy to customize and easy for office personalities (engineering, accountants, sales) to learn and adapt to their uses. We adapt it to track job quotes through engineering presale/quote/proposal/pre-production/production/close and billing cycles. Best is attaching all docs and email threads to jobs so status can be picked up by other departments. The viewing of different jobs, the cycle and mapping of employee tasks is easy to track, along with the $$$, which I like most of all!

Cons

It works and the price is right for a small company. What's not to like?

Pros

So easy, keeps my sales life organized so I never forget a thing. Best of all, my boss can keep track of what I'm up to. Pipedrive is also great because it integrates well with other programs.

Cons

It creates duplicate deals for every proposal I write. I often create a deal in Pipedrive when I have a prospect, long before I need to write a proposal. To solve the problem I use the merge function.

Pros

Pipedrive is by far one of the most user friendly CRM systems available. Whether you're looking for an enhanced digital rolodex or a full blown CRM to streamline the sales aspect of your company, Pipedrive is the clear cut choice!

Cons

The development team seems to lack any real sense of motivation when dealing with improvements, but that's not a huge deal since the product is phenomenal as is.

Pros

I like that Pipedrive lays out the stage of each prospect within the lead pipeline from left to right. Because of that, it's simple to see where everything is in each stage of the sales process. I like all the fields on the left that it gives you as well.

Cons

It's not super intuitive as far as getting it to set up "everyone" as a default when you change between Lead Pipeline, Channels, etc.

CRM functionality which dramatically saves time.

Pros

I love the ease of use, program is highly visual, reminders are in both push notifications and emails meaning there's little chance to forget a task.

Cons

They need to allow more information for contacts. What is their position? Where do they sit within the organisation i.e. are they a decision maker, influencer etc

Excellent. Customer support has been great - responsive and useful information

Pros

Cleaned up the clutter of a paper based office... no more clear files with printed paper, with post it notes all all over the place. A single repository for all my customer dealings.

Cons

Would be useful to delete linked contacts from a DEAL without having to do so many steps... bit confusing

What I like most about Pipedrive is that it seems like it was built by a sales team - for a sales team, rather than software engineers who don't know all of the aspects of the sales process that we need in a product.

Cons

What I like least about Pipedrive is that there should be a more simple way to export the data into Excel, in a more concise way.

I firmly believe that the biggest advantage of a CRM tool is that it helps establish a sales process. And Pipedrive meets that criteria and some more. A lot of people out there compare Pipedrive with established CRM players but that is like comparing Apples & Oranges. People also fail to forget that blaming the tool is basically covering their own internal flaws in the organization. Pipedrive is not as customizable as Salesforce or other CRM tools. But it does the job and does it well. And it is darn cheap. It helps an org establish a sound sales process for a fraction of the cost of Salesforce.

Pros

\- Ease of Use - Not much training needed - Ability to add notes - Ability to track Activity - Multiple Sales Processes

Cons

\- The relationships between the data objects (for e.g. Deals and Contacts) can some time be confusing. -

Works well, easy to use interface with excellent graphics. Best function is the one that you can drag and drop deals to the next stage of the pipeline. Would be good if they added a few integrations like Outlook etc.

I'm a mortgage broker and the pros for me are: 1) as deals are specific to the writer of the deal, this application allows me to monitor deals done by writers under me (making scaling and training easy); and 2) this system doesn't get too crowded as deals are specific to the owner. Cons: 1) No active referral monitoring system as yet. Would love to be able to have an active database for referrers so that we can search deals based on those who referred. 2) Related feature would be a commission split to be able to track how much is paid to referral partners for leads. Overall: Simple system that enables me and my team to work effectively. It aids but doesn't micro manage.

it is really simple to use. does have a duplication problem when it separates the contact and company into individual contacts.. it you could link it with an invoicing app, or link your different pipelines, this could have been the one..

Pros

it is easy to use. Reports look nice and are easy to read.

Cons

you cant use report outside of system. only export function is excel or word, so you have clean data up..

Easy to set up. Very little training needed. Great videos available for extra learning. Very interactive and very tailorable for such an inexpensive CRM.

Pros

Price! is very less per person gets you going!

Cons

It is not Salesforce. Don't expect integrations with Pardot or other marketing lead generation packages, but for the price and what it is designed to do, it does it very well!

Have closed 33 accounts in 3 months by using the Pipedrive pipeline, which means more commission money in my pocket! Thanks Pipedrive!!!

Pros

Ease of use, reminds me to schedule followup automatically, good customization to my sales industry.

Cons

Wish it had just a little more customization, such as automatic time stamping and would show the persons name in the organization list view.

Pipedrive is simple to use and unlike other systems actually feels like its helping you be more organised, it's not big-brother keeping an eye on you. Having used Salesforce.com I would much rather use Pipedrive.

Cons

The phone app drops calls. Under customers activities I would like to have a popup list that allows all users to with in a business to stick to the same naming criteria.

Pros

I love that it is web-based which enables its users to access it just about anywhere. I also love that is it sales-focused. You have to choose the right kind of CRM based on what you need to achieve -- and if you want to increase your sales, then Pipedrive is the way to go. I like that it is designed with salespeople's needs in mind.

Cons

If I have to have one - it's to improve filter functionalities. But only if i have to! Pipedrive is a great tool and I'm generally satisfied using the product.
