Pros

\- Activities automatically create a calendar event. This prevents a client from scheduling during another call. - Open e-mail notifications and link clicks

Cons

No ability to mass e-mail a group of prospects together. I understand there are other tools that specialize in this like Mail Chimp but I would like to be able to do this in Pipedrive.

Pros

Pipedrive is one of the most easiest CRM i have used so far. Simplistic dashboard and the a simple drag and drop features as to where you are in a given project is seamless. With pipedrive you are given a very visual overlook of where you stand and what needs to be done inorder to acheive a given target.

Cons

Although it may be very simople, i feel like it may not be for everyone. When i was tasked to pick a CRM, i really wanted Pipedrive to be the one we go for, but pipedrive is more sales driven and it just didn't fit our needs.

Cons

The cheapest package is limited. If you want and need more features you've gotta move up in packages which cost more of course.

Simple work with process on web and mobile. Off line data on mobile phone. Zap support.

Cons

Photos, pdf and doc attachment not viewable on web - need for download. Not synchronized google categories-groups - for selecting leads by different groups.

I would like to see a integration with my proposal software; as well as, have a better understanding of how i can tie this into my VOIP.

Customisation possibility. 2 way sync with Google contacts. Navigation quite simple.

Cons

UI: Pics too small. No import of Job Title from Google contacts. Search by tag not easy (take example of Nimble for that, their tag search is good). No automatic import from Social Media (again Nimble does a pretty good job at this)

its very user friendly, you can customize your work flow. Also the search function works quite well. in terms of searching both company name or the personal name of the principle.

Cons

After you enter a new prospect/deal you have to scroll down and find it instead of it opening up automatically. And there is most often more info to enter.

Speed; updating on several platforms is almost immediate. Easy to understand how to operate. Activity options very well thought and pratical.

Cons

Not beeing able to send mail without incurring in extra costs (beyond what I am already paying!). Importing a database will create immediatly several deals (I just wanted to import prospects)

I can use it anywhere and it keeps me focused. I also love seeing my pipeline dollar amounts. That keeps me in tune with what I have coming in, possible business and what I've already done. Great for planning purposes.

Cons

The pop up windows after entering a task are cumbersome. I'd like to see a different option - one that is a choice.

I explored over 23 CRM systems when I was looking for something for my startup. Does it have EVERY bell and whistle you want? But if you understand the Pareto Principle (80/20) rule, then you've found what you're looking for. I've recommended Pipedrive to others because it gets the job done. As a startup CEO, I don't have the time to mess with installations and configurations and frilly features that aren't that useful. Their support is fast and responsive and it helps me move through the day without thinking about it. It's just there, in the background, doing it's thing, and it works on what it's supposed to so I can focus on the (other) things that matter to me.

The first thing that comes to mind is just how useful it is.. really saves us all a bunch of time and therefore money. onwards and upwards

Cons

Honestly, it's pretty hard to find a point i don't particularly like about pipedrive.. it doe everything that we've expected of it and more. New features are added at a regular basis. great stuff

Is a very friendly platform and the huge advantage is that is online so you dont need to purchase a expensive on server platform.

Cons

Once you enter an activity, as call possible customer, is a little confusing to handle the follow up of that activity on the next steps of the process but once you get the trick is great.

The company I work for uses a popular CRM but it's lacking in the visual aspects that Pipedrive provides me with not only a visual to what I'm working on but it has movable parts that make it easy for me to stay connected.

Cons

Needs a limbo or dormant place to keep deals that aren't moving but aren't entirely dead but you don't want to see them on the pipeline either.

Pipedrive is very flexible and does exactly what you need in Sales. Working with prospects and tasks is very easy and intuitive. Also you can customize the tool to a great extend, which allows you to adapt it even more to your sales process.

Cons

The graphical reporting on revenue is not strong. We have created our own reporting site, which is again possible with Pipedrive.

The search was long and the trials were many, until we got to Pipedrive. I still can't believe how simple and easy it is to manage our leads with this platform. Now we can focus on making things happen without loosing much time on managing contacts and following up on proposals. Pipedrive allows us to follow the entire journey from first contact to closing the deal in the simplest way possible. We can manage contacts, assign team members to specific deals, take note of actions taken and get copies of emails sent, directly to the deal on the platform. And you can schedule procedures and get warnings in your email about them. We plan to hang on to Pipedrive for a long time.

Pipedrive offers a very easy and convenient solution to team wide sales pipeline management. The best feature is the ability to create filters and export data in formats useable with google sheets and excel.

Cons

Automation across multiple platforms is pretty difficult, which means a lot of time ends up being spent on data entry that could feasibly otherwise be automated.

The visual interface reminded me of tools like Trello and Asana. I liked being able to manage my customers this way instead of through reporting tools.

Cons

It didn't integrate with my email service so I spent extra time trying to admin my interactions and record them in PipeDrive. I don't think this was an effective use of my time.

Pros

Price is best when compared to other CRMs. Interface design is nice and better than other options. Lots of integrations apply.

Cons

Does not have a pre-set checklist option. Does not have a search option to just pull up contacts you are looking for. Integrations must be used for almost everything-zaps are exhausting!
