Pros

it is very easy to learn and to use; I needed a basic CRM system and this fits the bill; basically to have a customer record and follow up information

Cons

It seems that some of my emails are not being linked to the customer record and I don't know why; we are looking into this

Pros

Simple and neat user interface. May be good for small teams but did not suit our requirement in comparison to other CRMs

Cons

Cannot read incoming emails like sequences in HubSpot. It is essential these days to read incoming emails and take actions automatically based on that.

Pros

Pipedrive is very similar to BaseCRM. It is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool that exists entirely in the cloud. The Android app is packed with alot of features and the web app allows for customization.

Cons

Although similar to BaseCRM it does lack a few important features like texting support. Additionally, like BaseCRM you have to pay a monthly fee for each user as compared to being able to buy a package deal.

Complete! Everything in one place! Easy to use! Easy learning curve, but it is a learning curve!!

Cons

Not a thing! Well maybe one thing, would like to be able to print the main page so we could give it to others on the team or take it with me!

Pros

The support team is knowledgeable and always receptive to feedback. I actually get the feeling that they both care about me as their customer and want to make their own product better. Pipedrive is very simple, organized and actually helps our team focus. It's automated integration and features are great. We Have actually started using it as a PM tool even though it's not really meant for that purpose. Hopefully stains point they'll offer PM software that integrates with this CRM platform.

Cons

The contacts integration with Google are a double-edged sword. They can get a tad messy. Hopefully they will improve this aspect as their product matures.

As a career salesperson, I have been forced to use many CRM programs over the years. This is the easiest to use, and has the most info available without having to search. I find it very intuitive, and I actually enjoy using it. Great job, and highly reccomended!

I really appreciate how quickly we were able to get up and running using Pipedrive. Did a couple of tutorials. Had a few questions answered with a video addressing my specific answers. Smart way to respond. I wish we could put the Ideas/Deals in alpha order using the pipeline screen - I have to go first to the list screen to find something quickly. Only been using a couple of months. Hopefully, in the next couple of months, we will customize it more. We also did the 11 Tips provided by Pipedrive to walk through the program. They were very helpful and I have summarized those notes.

It has helped grow the sales of the company I am at tremendously!

Pros

I love the customization of the software. You are able to make it fit your sales pipeline. I also like the API's that they have in order to integrate it with your own software.

Cons

There honestly isn't much. There may be a few things like being able to add multiple users to a deal at a single time, but honestly it hasn't come up much.

Pipedrive is an easy to use CRM interface, that covers all of the basic customer tracking functions that I need. And it is cheap enough so that we don't need to think twice about using it. The cons are that I seem to spend a lot of time entering and re-entering information. The process to enter and view a contact and a deal is a bit all over the place, especially for a business like ours where customers make a one off purchase. Some functionality that would be great would be the ability to send mass emails to prospects at various stages in the buying process, as well as post purchase.

Pros

Pipedrive is a sales software for the busy sales manager or representative. Everything can be seen instantly via the dashboards and modified quickly via drag&drop. Also Pipedrive is extendable with custom fields, etc.

Cons

There could be a direct e-mail integration, but the smart bcc feature is cool as well.

Using pipedrive has been a breeze. Makes things easier to organize. I use it to remind myself of where Im with with clients. I have used other programs and they are too complicated. Pipedrive is user friendly straight to the point. U don't need to be a engineer to use this!

Pros - clear, easy to use, intuitive, good on both computer and iPhone Cons - takes some time to tailor it to your industry, but having tried several others (Apptivo, Zoho, Insightly, Highrise, Base) Pipedrive is still the best I'm having to "teach" it to our main sales guy, who basically knows nothing about computers, and he's catching on quite well. Our industry is security, we sell and install camera systems, access control, etc. That's why it's taken a bit of time (a few weeks) to make Pipedrive fit our needs. Now I'm looking for Project Management software to go along with it.

Pros

My company recently migrated to Pipedrive. I have access to all my previous accounts, leads and contacts. I like the way it is organized. The easy integration with Google Calendar makes my appointments simpler. I like the visual and easy to use approach.

Cons

Some details did not work when migrating like for example my previous notes. Also setting an old closed deal for follow-up. My guess is that this has to do with configuration by my company IT. I have to further test and use to go into the depths of it. Remember this is a migration and I think it is normal for some things not working immediately like expected as different to a direct use.

How when you add someone new it just puts them in the middle not add them to the bottom or top of the list. You have to go find it.

Pros

It's does the job brilliantly because it's not a traditional CRM. Usually systems like these prioritize managers report perspective and is build from that perspective. Although the idea is valid, in practice sales people want to do a good job - systems which doesn't support the daily operative and tactical business easily get "forgotten" until some manager sends a email demanding reports to be filled out. Pipedrive is built from the perspective of keeping your salespipe up to date and doesn't allow you to relax until a next move is scheduled. That drives business.

Cons

It's too cheap. :-) Some people don't take it seriously for that reason.

Pros

The user interface makes it easy for any user to use Pipedrive in seconds. You can view your sales pipeline in a glance and it's very easy to get started on this software.

Cons

The reporting tool could be better. The way the software generates, filters and prints reports is something we've love to see an improvement on.
