### "Migrating to Pipedrive"

Pros

My company recently migrated to Pipedrive. I have access to all my previous accounts, leads and contacts. I like the way it is organized. The easy integration with Google Calendar makes my appointments simpler. I like the visual and easy to use approach.

Cons

Some details did not work when migrating like for example my previous notes. Also setting an old closed deal for follow-up. My guess is that this has to do with configuration by my company IT. I have to further test and use to go into the depths of it. Remember this is a migration and I think it is normal for some things not working immediately like expected as different to a direct use.

Tried every other big name CRM, none of them compare. Easy to customize, the visual sakes funnel and simple stage to stage layout. And the ability to integrate 100 different tools for everything from individual client emails, upload files, do bulk email marketing, to click to call voip telephone solutions, make it my only mobile office

Pros

Letting me know how much money I have on the table. Tracking emails, notes, and task all in one place

Cons

How when you add someone new it just puts them in the middle not add them to the bottom or top of the list. You have to go find it.

Pros

It's does the job brilliantly because it's not a traditional CRM. Usually systems like these prioritize managers report perspective and is build from that perspective. Although the idea is valid, in practice sales people want to do a good job - systems which doesn't support the daily operative and tactical business easily get "forgotten" until some manager sends a email demanding reports to be filled out. Pipedrive is built from the perspective of keeping your salespipe up to date and doesn't allow you to relax until a next move is scheduled. That drives business.

Cons

It's too cheap. :-) Some people don't take it seriously for that reason.

Pipedrive is a simple, easy to use tool to organize your sales pipeline.

Pros

The user interface makes it easy for any user to use Pipedrive in seconds. You can view your sales pipeline in a glance and it's very easy to get started on this software.

Cons

The reporting tool could be better. The way the software generates, filters and prints reports is something we've love to see an improvement on.

Pros

It's easy to learn and easy to use. It has the statistics a small business needs. The contact list for personal and business it's pretty complete. And the task manager is cool too.

Cons

Because we are in Argentina and the dolar it's too expensive... the value. Thats the only thing that we found.

Used it in 2 companies already and the only thing to say is that Pipedrive is very good. If you do not have huge IT capacities for in-house development at hand, so far Pipedrive was the best option among dozens of CRM I have been looking at. Almost perfectly fits for small and developing businesses who are still not capable of switching to something real solid like Salesforce etc. The only thing that bothers a little is email integration. You will have to dance and wriggle a little to set it up the way you need it. Support is cool and fast. Thanks to Pipedrive team.

Pros

Pipedrive for desktop is excellent, it helps me organize everything and with automation it does almost all the steps by itself. It is worth the investment for the simplicity of operation and the speed it gives to your business process. Now the App is also very well done and simple to navigate.

Cons

just need to improve the update issue which takes a long time and shows outdated data even after synchronizing.

Pipedrive is a CRM for salespeople. Clean funnel view. Clear reporting. Integrations with LInkedin (via cloutex), and invoicing tools, the click to email or integrating dialing via Skype (the click 2 call via telephone is actually too buggy, but the Skype works great). It FORCES you to move a customer through your customized funnel stages. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles. Just the right ones, in the right places, to the right amounts. Its so good that I pay for my own seat and use Zapier to move "about to close" leads to the company's CRM.

Pros

Its simplicity! I love how you can create a simple pipeline so that sales teams can have clear insights into their pipelines, but also gives the management teams more information into what is happening. The automation within the system is also excellent.

Cons

It can be a little hit and miss with the user management at times.

I have used many CRM's and have always found lots of functionality which is wasted, over-complicated and not used. Discovering pipedrive was a breath of fresh air. No, it doesn't do everything that you might see in something like salesforce, but if you are a small business looking for a simple intuitive solution to managing your contacts, and your sales opportunities, then pipedrive provides that solution in a format that is easy to understand and will therefore encourage your teams to use it rather than the usual battle that comes with installing a new system!
