Easy to scale - have used for multiple clients. Ideal for users who work between multiple platforms ie. google and microsoft. Would recommend.

Pros

Great for comprehensive features without an enterprise level pricetag. Ideal for solo or smbs with many integrations. Perfect for mid to late(r) funnel client management.

Cons

Early funnel contact management. Other tools integrate well with the platform though to make the workflow seamless.

### "Campaign emailing is extremely misleading"

Not happy. I feel I was duped into a product that routed all their email marketing campaign features with zero mention (even fine print), that they can (and will) require you to obtain consent from every one of your contacts before sending me an email campaign to one.

Pros

Customer support is responsive. The UI is confusing at first but ultimately is actually pretty good with a few days of using it.

Cons

Signed up for the Campaigns email feature and spent a month building my CRM around it. Because of how 25 contacts were sourced, Pipedrive locked double opt-in across my entire account, blocking campaigns to all ~560 of my contacts, including 25-year relationships. My contacts are legitimate, nothing bought or scraped, and I am breaking no laws. US email is opt-out, not opt-in. This is Pipedrive's own internal policy, stricter than the law and not disclosed in their marketing. Ironically, they sell prospecting tools built to surface total strangers, but won't let me email people I've done business with for years. Cost me real time, money, and energy.

As a result, we've been able to manage leads more efficiently and keep deals moving forward without relying on spreadsheets or manual tracking.

Pros

What stands out most about Pipedrive is how easy it is to use compared to other CRMs I've tried. The visual pipeline is extremely intuitive and makes it simple to track deals, prioritize tasks, and see where each opportunity sits in the sales process. I also like how quick the setup was—we were able to start using it with minimal onboarding. The interface is clean and not overwhelming, which helps with adoption across the team. On top of this, the automation features (like activity reminders and workflow triggers) save time on repetition tasks, and the integrations with email and other tools keep everything in one place.

Cons

One downside is that reporting and customization can feel somewhat limited, especially if you're looking for more advanced analytics or complex workflows. Some features also require add-ons, which can increase the cost as your needs grow. It's great for straightforward sales processes, but larger teams may outgrow some of the built-in capabilities over time.

### "A 2005 product, 2005 support culture, 2026 prices"

Support: Three years, one real dispute, handled badly. Tried to reduce 8 seats before renewal — billed anyway because "deactivate" and "remove" are different actions in Pipedrive, a distinction not communicated in the UI. Agent promised a refund exception in writing if I removed them manually. I did. Refund refused. Promise rewritten after the fact as "assessment only." The Customer Success Manager called my response "frustration." It wasn't. Recommendation: Evaluate alternatives. The product is a generation behind; the company's handling of a routine dispute tells you what the next three years as a customer would look like.

Pros

The pipeline view is clean. End of list. Frankly it is pretty dated - no WhatsApp integration, it's very 2005

Cons

Pipedrive markets itself as AI-native. It isn't. Automation is limited, reporting is thin, the mobile app is dated, integrations are uneven. Attio, Folk, HubSpot and Salesforce Starter are all ahead on the dimensions that matter in 2026.

### "Value for money"

For a small business like us, it works well without much of complexities, it does have the flexibility to use the tool. Would love to see some of the automations to generate leads using the tool itself.

Pros

Pipedrive's user interface is very easy to use without complexities. We started using it for CRM and work management but later resiled that it is good for CRM but not work management. We still use it for CRM.

Cons

Its capabilities with email campaign are limited. It could do a better job with email campaign and automations to make leads work like magic.

### "Good Until Something Goes Wrong"

Very disappointing customer experience regarding feature transparency and support. We specifically selected our plan after discussing our requirements with the sales team, including access to one shared/team inbox, which we then used successfully for months. After following support instructions to reconnect the account due to an email sending issue, the feature was suddenly removed and locked behind a more expensive plan upgrade. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, support repeatedly pushed upgrade options and offered only a temporary free trial of the higher plan as a “gesture of goodwill.” The whole experience felt misleading and poorly handled. What is concerning is that if this situation was caused by a system bug or internal mistake, it apparently went unnoticed for months until we encountered an email issue and contacted support. Following instructions from their AI bot to disconnect and reconnect the account resulted in losing access to a feature we had already been actively using for months. Situations like this raise questions to me about how reliably other system issues are monitored and handled — especially when businesses trust the platform with important operational and customer data.

Pros

Easy to use interface, good deal pipeline visualization, and useful automation features for small sales teams.

Cons

Poor ownership of customer issues and misleading handling of feature access. Very disappointed that the issue was never properly resolved.

Pros

I like that Pipedrive can be integrated with other applications as needed. I also like that the layout of their tool is very easy to utilize. They also offer different packages to choose from depending on what you are willing to pay.

Cons

I feel like Pipedrive has limited reporting capabilities. While the dashboard is a great feature, I wish it had more reporting functionality.

It's pretty good and easy to use. It's intimidating at first, but once you give it a few tries, it's super easy to understand.

Pros

I like how it's easy to navigate through, and there are different categories to separate stages of a job. This keeps things organized and easy to keep track of.

Cons

I don't like that you can't assign a job to a person as you make a pipedrive. It automatically puts it under your name, so if you need to switch it, you have to go to your dashboard after creating it to change the name.

Pros

Pipedrive offers tremendous benefits, value, campaign management, for a multitude of needs. Our Biz Development department leans heavily on Pipe Drive for sales and fundraising efforts, tracking when leads open emails, look at offering documents and much more.

Cons

It's a little pricey but that's also well earned. Compared to other CRM type platforms Pipedrive is one of the best.

Wir nutzen PipeDrive erfolgreich als CRM-System. Hat jedoch Systemausfälle (CloudFlare, Ausfall der Server) von mehreren Stunden. Keiner aus dem Unternehmen konnte auf die Cloud-Lösung zugreifen. Wir haben versucht den Support zu erreichen, es gab keine Rückmeldung. Erst am folgenden Tag gab es eine Rückmeldung. Wir konnten in dieser Zeit unsere Mitarbeiter nach Hause schicken und keine Kundenanfragen bearbeiten. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Support-Team haben wir eine Erstattung der Gebühren für den laufenden Monat gefordert. Es gab die Rückmeldung das dieses nicht möglich ist, was jegliche andere Lösung nach unserer Erfahrung sofort ermöglicht hat.

Cons

Der Kundenservice, schlecht erreichbar und nicht lösungsorientiert. Preis-/Leistung sind durch die System- Unterbrechung nicht gewährleistet. Es gibt keine Erstattung für langfristige Systemausfälle.

Pros

I like that there’s multiple ways to document details for a client. I like the note section I like being able to have a source ID to connect my account to a wrap easily.

Cons

I would like better reporting availability options so I can see different levels of how the pipeline is being done, especially in the won my section

### "Pipedrive customer service is so bad, that it ruins the product"

not good, I have spent a long time using it, and for example I had accidentally set up an account that i did not use, and it was obivous, and they would not refund me even though they could see that I had an account I was using under the same email.

Pros

pipedrive has a lot of features and is easy to use

Cons

pipedrive customer service is utter garbage, I have been locked out of my primary account for days. They will not call you and if you cant log in then you cannot chat. and their AI support is idiotic at best.

We used the Beta version, so sometimes there would be kinks to work out, but other than that, I can't think of any cons.

### "User-friendly CRM"

I find it very user-friendly. The documentation is thorough and helpful. The few times I have a question I can chat with support and they are quick to help me.

Pros

The search function at the top is great. I use it all the time to find contacts, deals and organizations. I like how the data on leads, deals, persons and organizations all are can be customized and linked together.

Cons

I use Pipedrive as a marketer. The basics are covered (what we need for now) but I miss good reports for newsletters and the ability for tracking clicks from newsletters to our website.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

Hubspot Marketing was limited to one domain. We have several software products with different domains and target audiences. We needed to be able to handle communications from all our domains. Pipedrive did not have any domain limits in their price plan.

Modello di preventivazione, intuitivo, gestione di modelli documentali con google.

Cons

Potrebbe essere unico con funzionalità maggiori per il controllo di rete vendita, partner affiliati, gestione piu approfondita di un magazzino e listino prezzi.

### "helped me get into crm"

Pros

From using pipedrive, what i liked most is the nice interface. its clean, easy to get, even for someone like me whos new to crm. The guides and support team really helped me out every time i got stuck.

Cons

didn’t have any big bad experience, but some of the integrations were a pain. had to call support and send a bunch of emails to figure it out.
