Pros

I found how easy it was to navigate and use all of its features. I didn't need to spend hours learning how to use it, I could just start using it right away.

Cons

It is very good but I would like to have more advanced options to organize and filter my data in a more efficient way.

It is good. The key need for me is working with my contact information and sharing information. It is doing that quite well.

Pros

I am able to do many advanced things with this software. It is easy to use and very powerful. Importing and exporting opens the door up to great use.

Cons

The updates to my outlook drive me crazy. All imports add multiple call events which results in alot of deleting. The dashboard metrics for number of calls and thinks do not appear to work correctly.

Pros

Dead easy to set up and customise; the drag and drop nature makes it easy to use without watching dozens of training videos and it can be changed to fit your company - new fields, new pipelines. I actually create web pages with it by taking the customer data from Pipeline using Zapier into Webflow - all automatically. Cool support department, highly recommended.

Cons

The integrated email feature on the Gold plan doesn't allow text formatting - I understand it's coming though.

It has been great for small 3-10 person teams and they're pretty quick on customer response/questions/help. It also doesn't take an IT staff or CRM administrator to make some minor adjustments.

Pros

Pipedrive seemed to be better than GetBase or Nutshell. It has easy ability to upload and quickly build out a sales funnel. The mobile interface and ability to connect to email is better than others I've noticed. The DEALS view is a strong asset in Pipedrive. The way the app tracks phone calls is great for managing remote teams and call outcomes.

Cons

I think the email template is a bit wonky at times; and there are a few subtle nuances like "Mark-As-Done" that can make managing a team's daily performance a bit cumbersome, if they're missing details.

Pros

Love the column-oriented UI. Being able to see the whole funnel visually and move prospects through it is great. They have been adding lots of features over the last few years.

Cons

No complaints, honestly. Like all CRM tools, the UI sometimes leaves a little something to be desired, but it's nice enough and very functional.

Pros

View reports and know how to Optimise an improve them. Addition of more features to another. Can see the whole team progress in one spot.

Cons

Support is limited to small accounts. Reporting is a little limited. The process of using it is sometimes slow.

Customizable, easy to learn, easy to use, versatile, app & software integration, great customer services, online tutorials.

Pros

Our business needed an "all in one" program to project manage, track work time, manage payments, upload files and images, track sales, email clients, and more. Pipedrive also integrates with other apps and programs that we use, for instance, CompanyCam, Gmail, MailChimp, etc. There were many other programs that cost so much more and were so complicated. We wanted a customizable program that had great functionality, but didn't cost a fortune, AND was easy for all of our team members to learn and use. This program was built for the novice and pro in mind. It's designed as a CRM, but fully customizable for other types of processes. Customer Service & online tools and tips are also excellent. Pipedrive fit the bill! Very satisfied company using this program!

Cons

Not much. The sorting functions for contacts are by first name only. I reference jobs by last name, so this took a little bit to get used to. It's something they are going to change, though.

Pipedrive was great for my startup, but we had to part ways once the company got bigger and more diverse. I still recommend it for small businesses.

Pros

Very easy to integrate within your business processes, simple setup and user-friendly interface with a good mobile app.

Cons

While you do have the ability to have more than one pipeline (if you want to separate your opportunities by departments or product offers), there is no way to separate the new leads from the existing contacts efficiently.

### "It was great.. And then it wasn't"

We were with Pipedrive for almost two years. During that time, there were things that could be better, but overall we were happy with the experience. Then, one day, we lost everything. Pipedrive had a server error of some sort, and all of our data was deleted. They sent out a mass email to everyone about what had occurred, and that they were working on trying to recover it. But not once did we receive a phone call, get a response to a phone call or anything. We were lost for weeks, and it just didn't seem like the people at Pipedrive cared how much it affected our ability to conduct business. We had to move to a new CRM system. As CEO I just can't afford to have my team in that position.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely #1. Pipedrive was insanely easy to use for my team, which was very small at the time. I also enjoyed the multiple pipelines which allowed us to take advantage of the various ways we sell products.

Cons

The customer service is by far the worst feature. You can read more about my experience below.

Pros

I love the visual presentation of deals in Pipedrive. The platform clearly shows where all active deals are in the sales process, shows when the need attention, and does so in a visually compelling way. The "Deal Rotting" feature is especially motivating to make sure to drive deals through your sales process.

Cons

Honestly, there really isn't anything I don't like about Pipedrive. They have continued to innovate and add features and functions and are truly a sales organizations CRM of choice. If I had to say something could be improved than I would like there to be more native reporting as well as native data enrichment.

Pros

This is a full featured CRM at a fraction of the cost of Salesforce or other full featured CRM. It is a great tool for managing a team of 3 or more salespeople — especially if each person works 10+ deals at a time. I really like the swim lanes for tracking deal flow.

Cons

Pipedrive keeps adding new features which is great, but they aren't well designed. This leads to a lack of unity in the user experience. For example, the Settings section allows you to do almost anything. However, it is extremely difficult to find how to do what you do. I even struggle to remember how to change a setting after a couple days. Thankfully their is a lot of great documentation so the answer is only a search away.

Pros

Web-based and easy user interface was one of the important reasons we chose Pipedrive. And most importantly, it is very good to be able to do our sales stages ourselves and to be able to transfer between sales processes with the drag and drop method.

Cons

It would be better if there were flexible quotation formats and we could integrate these formats with our own company's quotation format and send the quotations from Pipedrive.

Pros

Intuitive, quick set up and great customer service. A powerful tool with a low entry price point that doesn't skimp on features.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve on the UX, but easily figured out and great customer service when you're stuck.

Bad. The final straw just happened when they refused to refund seats that were changed on the day of renewal. I had four companies using this product...but I am now pulling them all out.

Pros

The sales pipeline visual view is nice. That is about all.

Cons

The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible. I had to switch. I used it for 5+ years and the updates that they made to improve the software made it more complicated. Any upgrade that was something that you may want, they tried to add on a charge...sometimes without proper advertisement of charges.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

I like the simplicity initially. The problem is that you have to customize this product so much that it takes away the ease of use.

The graphics and the format are simply great features of this type of crm apps, I love the way it helped me and my team out of spreadsheets.

Pros

I don't have to switch to microsoft office for my needs, everything is made for me by it. It has a very nice interface and I have used it along with other crm's used by my company.We can find all things easily by Pipedrive. Format and graphics are a great plus which help you do things faster.

Cons

Marking scheme has a little blot, when we mark a work as done. The navigation system is not good enough for catching up with address. A small amount of time should be given to solving of problems of premium users.

We use Pipedrive daily at our organization as it is the CRM for a major client, it is not ideal by any means but with a little work you can get it to do most of the things that you would expect from a CRM.

Pros

Pipedrive is fairly easy to set up and use by people of all levels technical knowledge. Deals and stages are laid out and organized well and it is easy to navigate between leads and deals.

Cons

While Pipedrive is easy to use it does come with limited integration to Mautic which we use as our marketing automation platform. The "one way" data push means that we can update from Mautic and push to Pipedive but not the other way around which can be frustrating.

It's been a while but it got the job done without complicating things/the sales team!

Pros

It may not have all the bells and whistles but it worked well for my sales team. I love the dashboard where you can easily see what's in your pipeline or someone elses quickly.

Cons

It didn't have all the features I needed for my last sales team but it was perfect for the sales org I worked for previously. Not as much customization available as with the bigger guys (ie, customizing field names).

Getting Control of our Pipeline.

Pros

It's super intuitive to use. It is easy to get people on board and working with it. The overview of the pipeline is really important for our business, and assisting us in getting better at creating a relationship with a customer, and hopefully in the future to nurture that relationship. If you can work with Zendesk, then support is fast, casual and to the point.

Cons

The Reporting statistics aren't that great. The dashboard is basically worthless when you can't customize the metrics. It's annoying to have to make reports in Excel/with a third party. It's not really a CRM in my opinion, as I would like to have more functions for Customer Relationship management on a personal level. And I am still struggling to apply all of our data, and creating lists for e.g. Email segmenting as so on

Pipedrive has helped me to create a sales culture in a non-sales-driven organization. It is easy enough to use and visual enough to engage users.

Pros

Easy to set up and use, versatile feature set, good dashboards. Nice UI that is a relief after having used Salesforce for a long time.

Cons

The price goes up relatively steeply with advanced features. Less than stellar mobile experience. As the product evolves fast, help files are sometimes a bit outdated. A bit more robust reporting would be a plus.

Gosto da usabilidade do sistema, é intuitivo e auxilia o usuário dentro da plataforma. Além de uma visão simplificada e geral de todo o processo, que ajuda muito nas tomadas de decisões.

Cons

O preço, ainda é caro uma licença. Para pequenas empresas pode ser um investimento alto para utilizá-lo.

Pros

This is my favorite CRM I've ever used. It's super easy to learn, and it's got all the features you'd expect. The Kanban-style pipeline is extremely versatile, and even fun to use.

Cons

It's possible I simply wasn't using it right, but the revenue prediction aspect of the pipeline was a little weird. I wish there were a way to both use the likelihood of closing a deal at a particular stage, and keep that likelihood from impacting the revenue projection.
