Pros: This program is extremely easy to use. Set up was really simple. In very little time, I was able to maneuver my way around very easily. For this reason, I haven't really had to deal with customer service at all - so I gave only 4 stars there. This is as close to perfect as it gets. I can put something into my Pipedrive and know I don't have to worry about it. No more notebook full of notes and valuable info, I simply put it into my Pipedrive and forget it! I absolutely LOVE that Pipedrive automatically updates any new contacts I enter on a deal and I can easily export the info for any other needs. I've found multiple pipelines to be a useful tool. I have a different pipeline to deal with pending orders, open orders, and closed orders (returns). I can easily move a deal from one pipeline to the next. This is so nice. The phone app is nice - I am on the road a lot and this way nothing gets forgotten. I can take care of it right away by setting an activity from anywhere. Cons: I do not like the BCC email feature. I still have my email window and pipedrive window open at all times. It would be very nice to have everything in one place without having to go to my email and BCC it to my deals. So, I reserve this feature for very important, informational emails only. If I could change one thing, I'd add the option to set-up automatic activities. In my line of work, often once something reaches a certain step in the pipeline, my next action will be the same regardless of the client. I wish I could just swipe it over to that stage and have an automatic activity reminder later without having to manually set it. Note: I am an independent contractor, so I don't have experience on using the program with multiple other people. However, I'm confident that I could hire an assistant and very easily manage their tasks in this program.

Everybody knows exactly on what stage of the sales process our clients and team members are. Its easy to use so we dont need to invest lots of time updating each project. You just make a few clicks and keep on selling!!

Pros

As managers, its really easy to keep track os different leads, clients, customers and projects our teams work on. You can know (past and future) all moves and activities they are making on every step of the way, thanks to their funnel designed UI.

Cons

We had some trouble uploading data from our DB. We had to create a lot of businesses and projects from scratch.

Having looked at other CRM systems, the great thing about pipe drive is that you can clearly develop a logical and graphic interface that allows you to determine exactly where every lead is up to in your pipeline, who is dealing with it and what the next steps are. User friendly and intuitive.

It is a really good sales tracking software. The biggest hurdle you will have is keeping the discipline to log interactions as they happen.

Pros

It is drop-dead easy to use on your PC, tablet and mobile device. I like how you can link an activity, for example, a new sales lead, to your contacts and Pipedrive will automatically prompt you to add notes when you complete a call. Furthermore, the ability to schedule a follow-up activity (call, meeting or email) from the app is very handy as is the ability to add a BCC email address so you can record email correspondence between you and the potential customer. The price is very good for the features the product delivers.

Cons

I tend to always forget to BCC Pipedrive into my external email correspondence, however, it is a simple process to do it after the fact. Would be good to have automatic upstream integration with Gmail (it most likely has this feature, however, I'm yet to discover it).

I've used a few CRM systems and I personally really like the way Pipedrive is set up. I would be so unorganized if I didn't have it to use at work. Because of Pipedrive, I can keep track of my customers and show them that I really care because I can remember their needs, and past orders.

Pros

Easy to use Organized Value added to my sales

Cons

I wish there were more options to build charts/graphs/etc., so I can view my stats and visualize progress or the lack thereof. I can see stats currently, but I can't customize them to show me exactly what I want to see.

Overall, for a CRM software this is a great value! Lots of customization features and works well in many different industries!

Pros

I use this as my daily 'to-do' list. Once the profiles are set up, the tasks just tell you what to do to accomplish your daily activities.

Cons

You have to pay for the more advanced automation. This would make the process of inputting tasks a lot more efficient, but I understand why they would need to charge for it.

Pipedrive is quick to get going with, very low on spam, has a beautifully integrated email client that actually works and is very reponsive on older, legacy hardware and small displays. Really reliable and quick in terms of data look-ups, and the only thing I miss is no ability to have an out-of-the-box dialler, like close.io

Pros

A lot of people love the drag and drop pipeline for the leads, but for me, that was just "meh", but I think where it also shines is email integration. I can create, schedule appointments and leads with one click, and especially for follow-ups, this is a god send. The support guys are top notch, super smart, super fast.

Cons

Support is based around European opening hours, so for me, this means a long wait for help when I need it.

Pros

I love the Pipeline feature of Pipedrive. It is the most visible Pipeline of any CRM software I analyzed. I also like the two way email sync and the reasonable price.

Cons

It doesn't have an email marketing platform integrated with the CRM so it requires that you use a separate program for that. I like other programs that have both functions within the same application.

Pipedrive Simplifies my life! The user interface IS SO GOOD. I've used several CRMs before and my leads always got lost in the complexity of the system. Pipedrive is so simple, so intuitive, that I work from right to left - right side being closest to closing and left being the newest leads. There's task lists and reminders - the beauty of the system is that its modeled after a funnel. So you create your own sales funnel and then you move your leads along the funnel until it closes. It helps me know which leads have the highest priority of reaching out and pushing to the next step to get closed.

Pros

Easy to use Visually appealing Simple - my leads don't get lost in complexity Mobile app has mic feature to dictate notes to a lead Everything you need and nothing you don't

Cons

Mobile app is not as great as desktop app Would like easier reporting feature

Pros

Easy and quick and simple.I am not technically strong but I found PD very easy to learn. I make 40-60 calls a day and really helps me stay organized and stay focused on following up on calls.

Cons

I can only think of 2 negative thing which I assume is probably just me. When entering a new account the profile appears to just go at random order. I use to be able to call through Skype through PD and for some reason does not allow me to do this anymore. This occurred after Skype did upgrade. I find this very frustrating and when I communicated with PD they said was not their issue. With Skype you can't get a human body. If some changed compatibly with Skype and Pipedrive I would assume the PD would make sure they would be compatible with any upgrades.

Pipedrive is a very simple to use and ease of use system to track leads/deals. It gives you a great idea what's going on for revenue in the business.

Cons

The only thing that I would view as a con is that it's not as robust as enterprise LMS systems that most larger companies are looking for, but for SMB is what it works best for!

After getting taught on all of the features and integrations, I’m really happy I chose Pipedrive as my CRM.

Pros

It allows me to create my own customer journey and move them along the sales process. You can do this using triggers (zapier/or native) or you can manually change the status.

Cons

There is a high learning curve. I had to reach out to a friend to get me going because of the difficulty.

### "reports are buggy and plain wrong"

The ease of use is great. It's intuitive and great to look at. I really want to buy it BUT....... If you run a report for let's say..........sales leads in £ value. It miss calculates the value of them. what happens is this If you have £10,000 overall sales leads split into £1000 Lead In £5000 Quoted £4000 Verbal Order the report says you have £10,000, plus (£10,000 minus £1000) plus (£10,000 minus £4,000) plus (£10,000 minus £5000) giving a miss represented overall figure of £30,000. My monthly sales leads add up to £148,000 but the report gave me a figure of £543,000 because I have 6 stages and it miss calculates as above for each one. I cannot believe no one has noticed this before so I am left wondering 1. Does anyone actually use this product 2. Do they care it's broken It's been 7 hours and counting since I told them so let's see if I get any response.

Product is inexpensive and does what I need it to do. I manage a business with lots of small activities so it is great to set up the alerts in the pipeline to remind me what to do and when to do it. When it goes RED I know I have to tackle it. A few more colors would be great in the future to let me know when I am scoring:)

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to use and efficient. Its simple and clean to use on my smartphone or in the office. It's great to speak notes and set up the next action step in the field.

Cons

I would like a few more search functions, but that may be a little more specific to my business or I may not have looked far enough into it to get what I was looking for.

Pros

Pipedrive is one of the most simple Sales CRM out there. If you are looking to do sales quickly and effectively, Pipedrive is the best! The learning curve is very short allowing for immediate use of the product. The filter and bulk editing tools are great to allow to generate reports quickly and reassign to another person in bulk!

Cons

It has some limitations as it has limited customization options. It was frustrating to not be able to create multiple deals at once, which is ideal when you upload X # of customers, then want to turn all of them into deals.

So far, so good... we are still in the early goings, but from what we've seen it is going to make our email marketing and client management a lot easier.

Pros

The visible sales pipeline allows us to see our entire sales process quickly, and we can update deals simply by dragging and dropping them as needed. The reporting and dashboards help by giving us detailed information on our sales and key indicators. Tracking progress against our goals in the dashboard is also super simple and helpful.

Cons

Initially the price, but we have come to understand its value, so that isn't really a concern anymore. I guess the initial setup was a bit cumbersome, but we are past that now.

Pros

The pipeline/funnel feature for deals is the one I like most about it as tracking the deals becomes a lot easier.

Cons

Most of the features are easily available from their competitors along with many more features for lead management like Hubspot is one.

I've loved using pipedrive and have found it to be a huge help in our sales team.

Pros

I have absolutely loved using Pipedrive. It's easy to use, has a great interface while still having all the features I could possibly need. It makes visualising our sales pipeline a breeze and really has improved the efficiency of our sales process.

Cons

There is no free version of pipedrive which would be good for those who would like to start using a CRM but don't have the numbers of contacts to warrant paying yet.

I really appreciate this platform and found it incredibly useful for the growth stage of my 8 person, international marketing Saas startup.

Pros

I loved working with this platform at a small, international startup. We were 8 people with a huge push towards growth. Marketing, Sales, and Product dev teams shared in using this platform and it was very easy to get up and running as well as staying organized with leads. We were focused on email and content more than social channels.

Cons

I did not buy the platform so I am not sure of the cost or how this would be to scale with larger teams.
