Pros

Increased productivity and measurability. For each lead in the ‘pipedrive’ You can colaborate with co-workers, track where they are in the sales cycle, their potential and profitability. With outlook integration and the ability to both send and track emails it provides a complete view of the lead.

Cons

When sending a mail merge via word / outlook, Pipedrive doesn’t track the emails as being sent each email needs to be sent individually.

Pipedrive to me offers more than just a list of contacts and an agenda. I searched the web, tried out some competitive solutions but having the ability to setup flows, customize fields and simply drag and drop deals from stage to stage, have email templates and even a intuitive app, complete email synch and so on.. It's just perfect for my business needs and stood out from the competition. I'm so glad I don't regret having spent my money on pipedrive. Support is fast and friendly and I could never plan and follow up my work the way I do now without a solution like pipedrive. I highly recommend it.

Pros

Customizable fields, customizable flow, email synch, great Iphone App, drag and drop, fast support, nice interface, it's just perfect for me and I'm not paid to say so.

Cons

Not much, I compared it with some other CRM solutions but pipedrive to me stands out from the competition.

If you want a CRM for everything, Pipedrive isn't your best pick. While Pipedrive offers a great layout and good tracking for your team, if you're a small team and want to use one CRM for all PipeDrive isn't the perfect fit.

Pros

Great layout, we loved the metric dashboard. In terms of sales tracking, it always kept our team ahead of schedule and adapting to it. Easy integrations of tools such as Mailchimp and SEMrush. Good pricing, for our small team we paid 50 euros per user which is a good value for money.

Cons

Lacks SEO and SEM Tools integration. It's too bad that we couldn't use pipedrive as a CMS in the same time, while other CRMs offered a CMS implementations as well as SEO features. Reporting cost is a bit expensive (200$ per month). Couldn't track the complete buyer's journey easily.

I love the new email tracking feature that keeps me up to date about when and how many times my emails have been opened. This is a great feature that keeps me informed so I know when to follow up with a client. I'm happy there is now a notification to let you know that you may be duplicating a contact, prior to this our company was entering duplicates.

Pros

I like the ability to track all my emails into PipeDrive.This allows me to easily access all the communication I've had with clients, enabling me to recall information, quotes, and requests. I love having the PipeDrive app on my phone, when I'm on the road I can still easily access all that important information.

I liked using Pipedrive. I liked the way it pulled in my email and calendar and it was easy to set up reminders to follow up with prospects. The software is good - I would recommend it.

Pros

Pipeline was easy to set up and use. I found it easy to customize and flexible with my changing needs.

Cons

There are no real cons for me, except that I have hard time using it on a daily basis due to my other duties.

It helps us as a team to manage business development and sales by being useful and saving time instead of being a chore and time consuming. Quite different from my previous CRM experiences.

Pros

Having used and given up on many other CRMs and similar products, this is the first one I am actually comfortable using and find myself referring to for notes. Our whole team have now customised the interface so management can get a snapshot easily while leaving useful notes. We are an international team and use it as a core part of conference calls.

Cons

Needs an interface with MS Outlook, especially the calendar as this is our company platform. So while exporting meetings to Google is sort of useful, it ends up in my private calendar which is not ideal. Fix this and it's almost perfect.

We highly recommend PipeDrive to all the sales teams

Pros

We were using SalesForce sometime back and we realized that we didn't use more than half of the feaures and were spending a lot of money on it. We moved to PipeDrive after that and I must say that we were so happy that we took that decision. The best feature of PipeDrive is that it provides a very good visibility of the pipe line. The dashboards and pipelines are highly customizable to suit your business needs.

Cons

As a startup we did not find any cons with PipeDrive and it gets done everything for us.

It’s really important to me as a small business owner to find tools that are effective in every way—cost, time, productivity. I’m glad to say this is one piece of software that has been a big support to me in the important process of organizing my sales.

Pros

Pipedrive has a really no-hassle set up. It’s easy to get organized quick and get others quickly acquainted with the interface.

Cons

The price point is a little high especially considering the limitation of certain customizations. As a small business, especially one without a set stock, this is important to me.

This software helped me many times when I worked for a marketing agency. It is very intuitive and will aid you in consolidating all information in one spot about a lead/client. Furthermore, it has a great repertoire of help FAQ.

Cons

Something that really got me frustrated at times is the fact that it would log me out after a brief period of inactivity.

Recently we've launched the public beta and it's really tough for us to manage so many customers and we've been trying many tools like Salesforce, Freshsales, ZohoCRM and others but Pipedrive have all the essential features we're looking for, under our budget.

Pros

We've tried some other CRMS as well but they're too complex to understand and use. On the other, you can start using Pipedrive from the day one itself. Second good thing is availability of the integrations.

Cons

Except pricing there's nothing bad about it. While comparing with Salesflare it's little costly.

By jumping into this Pipedrive we feel it's a smart decision to grow our business.

Pros

Pipedrive allows to track, analyse, log the leads and deals done by our sales team. The customer surveys is is too good in helping and solving our problems why our phone call or chats.

Cons

It had a little bit lack of ability to customise the Automations and create the custom reports. Sometimes page loads more than 30 seconds which should be checked and sortout .

More confidence in my sales follow ups, as the records of history of the leads are easy to add, maintain and find, as well as the ability to quickly track, review and assess my sales pipeline.

Pros

I like that it prompts me to add followups, so leads are never forgotten or fall through the cracks.

Cons

The email integration and templates could be better. I would like to be able to edit my templates / personalise them slightly each time without compromising the formatting.

Pros

The #1 thing I absolutely adore about Pipedrive is the simplicity - I have been afraid of implementing a Sales CRM as I often hear how complex Salesforce and other CRMs can get and my requirement is not really that complex, so when we finally started using Pipedrive and teams became pros at it within days, I knew I had found the perfect fit for my needs.

Cons

The only negative I would say is the price - it's a bit on the expensive side for a young startup especially in developing counties like India.

I was in sales for 1,5 years and our CRO introduces this tool to keep track of leads and activities. It solved our need and I remember it to be a good system, but eventually we migrated to Hubspot as we wanted more than just sales lead tracking.

Pros

Affordable pricing, keeps you on top of your customers and all activities tied to them, great follow up activity tracking so no deal ever slips through your fingers

Cons

Lacks integrations and flexibility. A company will probably outgrow it eventually when you want to advance the connection between your marketing funnels tracking into sales and support

Pipedrive has acted as my personal assistant, reminding me of follow up calls, appointments, and notes taken on businesses.

Pros

I like the ease of which I can electronically keep track of my sales leads and process. It's very convenient to look up a contact or business and remind myself of the last communication we've had, notes that I took, etc.

Cons

Sometimes I do not have use for all of the tabs in the leads process.

Pros

Every company needs to put a sales statergy and then monitor its growth and performance. Pipedrive manages all your sales and deals related job through its web-based platform and streamlines every action that's required for converting a lead to sale. From setting up products, to goals - it handles everything, including email integration.

Cons

It's pricing could have been a little lesser. And the ability to make it offline (networked-system) would have been made it a killer competitor in it's niche.
