\- It is not very flexible in setup of columns etc. - No standard connection with more advanced CRM systems

It's like trello on sales steroids! Our productivity skyrocketed. We were able to follow-up on hundreds of leads without any trouble. Integrations with invoicing was also really helpful.

Pros

\+ Ease of use and short learning curve + Email integration

Cons

\- Email/calendar sync experiences issues quite often (twice a month) - Customer support would always go through the same process again and again even if you had explained them that you've done it many times. This could cost one work day

Pros

Pipedrive allows you to build a very understandable sales process that can then be executed without missing steps, details or letting potential leads fall through the cracks.

Cons

No integration with making phone calls. I've had good luck with using the phone features of other sales tools and it really saves a lot of hassle while also having data in the same location

Pros

Easy to use. No steep learning curve. Easy to drag leads across each stage - exactly like you would in trello.

Cons

I feel the integrations could be better. For example, there is no integration with Xero. I'd like to tie my invoices back to clients. The silver package is very limited.

Well Organised structure with simple processes

Pros

We can feed all the details of our prospect manually on Pipedrive, but if we have a huge bucket of leads then, Pripedrive has a bulk import option, which is pretty cool and saves lots of time and effort from the manual feeding of data. - Scheduling activities are very simply organised, with filters. We can assign the task, mark them as per their importance or on a priority basis. - The reminder helps to never miss the task and do the proper follow up. - The mobile application is a charm, one can easily operate when on the move also.

Cons

There is always something to make even better, they can bring some additional features and integrations with other networks, they have to work on customer support. Overall one of the best CRM in the market.

Overall happy with Pipedrive but it's not fundamental to my business.

Pros

Lots of integrations. The web visit plugin was helpful. Helpful staff. Easy to follow up with interactions.

Cons

Hard to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list. Should be easier. Gets boring when typing the same thing time and time again.

I only got to do the trial, as I brushed up against some corporate politics. Would have loved to take it beyond trial.

Pros

Pipedrive is kinda the opposite of Salesforce. It was designed for salespeople. Very intuitive (especially for SF users). Easy to set up and use. Getting some higher in features regarding email, alerts, etc.

Cons

Limited reporting. You have to remember what it is designed for. It’s not a Swiss Army knife.

Pipedrive is very simple to use : I love to pipe view and the statistic section. We were able to customize the step of our pipe as well as our contact's classification. So easy also to use with Mailchimp !

Cons

So little things to say ... I'd loved that Pipedrive works with MailJet and TILKEE, two others fantastic tools !

Pros

With our growing customer base, Pipe drive offers the greatest CRM software with very user friendly interfaces, and great options on customer management. The product seems to be growing without company.

Cons

Whatever is missing with the product is quickly fixed by an amazing after - sales team. The tutorial is also awesome.

Would be nice to include more filter options and more ways to sort the data; Sometimes I have noticed that emails don't appear in my Deals after i forward them using the deal specific email address

Pros

The one feature that I love about the software is the ability to drag and drop a lead to a particular stage in the sales cycle. This is useful because sale steps are rarely linear. Also, by default your sales data is sorted by stages so you can search for those leads that in a particular segment of your company's process.

Cons

Pipedrive is not unique. It is another CRM system that requires users to import current sales data for leads, contacts, and current customers. If a new lead comes in, the user still has to create a new account including all ancillary information. There is no additional time saving. If Pipedrive is your first attempt at implementing a CRM system these steps will be novel and the on-boarding much more palatable.

I am a newcomer to Pipedrive and after just a few months I am completely sold! I was looking for something easy to use but it also need to give me enough horsepower to move my sales along. I needed a complete picture of every cycle and I have this with Pipedrive. I know exactly what is happening with every cycle at all times and can catch cycles that have stalled. I love the fact that I can monitor this not just on my computer but also on my calendar and my phone using the app. Pipedrive has been so useful in sales that I am also now using it to keep track of the delivery aspect of my business!

Pros

I really liked this tool from this first day I starting using it. It’s simple, intuitive and a helpful sales tool.

Cons

Could have better import features but it’s not something that I feel has a major, negative impact on the software.?

I have implemented Pipedrive into 3 companies so far - which has given each a tremendous push in the right direction towards our method of reporting; CRM record maintenance; and general organising of leads.

Pros

There are far too many Pros to list, but - I love how simple the initial setup of Pipedrive is; how efficient it can make a system; and how it works for the individual, not the individual working for it.

Cons

Not many Cons if any - I wish there was a little more charting and options from the reporting feature.

Pros

LOVE this CRM - I've been searching for a long time to find a CRM that is affordable, easy to use, and doesn't constantly crash or have glitches all the time. They also have an app which is extremely easy to use. If you make calls though the app, It will all update in your database. After every task completed, another link will pop up asking whether you would like to set up another task for that client. I could not speak highly enough about Pipedrive. Worth every penny.

Cons

I really don't have any cons other than if you're working too fast it will sometimes slow down and take a little longer for the website to load.

I actually drew out a way to track my own sales pipeline as I found things were hard to hold in my head as the leads piled up. The best image I found was by Pipedrive and it matched the way I already thought. So I've found it helpful to use to help me keep track of who to follow up with, what stage different leads are at in the conversation.

Pros

Helps you track your incoming leads. Good long free trial time. You can setup a custom pipeline. The UI/UX is good, much nicer than salesforce, and better value too. I also love that Zapier can collect data from web forms and drop it right into pipedrive.

Cons

It's only useful as long as you have leads to track.

I have been using these sorts of tools for ever. I can honestly say this is the easiest most sales rep friendly tool I have ever worked with. It is great for early stage companies who aren't looking to automate their processes without disrupting their performance. I regularly recommend this solution to companies.

Pros

Easy to use, visual and intuitive

Cons

Don't like to one line field for addresses. I know I can split with custom field but I think that is an awkward way to do that. I also don't like suffixing a deal with the word "deal". I know I can overwrite it but seems a little silly. Also would like to resize the windows for example: the notes fields or the comment on activities field.

Pipedrive allowed us to streamline projects for a production team and stay on top of tasks and customer needs.

Pros

The interface for Pipedrive takes minutes to learn and the interface options and settings are really user-friendly. Multiple drop down project tabs/lists allow us to separate and track pending projects, projects in motion, and even long term projects. Alerts and reminders allow us to stay on top of upcoming events and tasks. While we don't use the job cost tracking, it is available for those that would like to use Pipedrive's Analytics.

Cons

Setting up and editing contacts could use some tweaking. It would be nice to be able to link an existing Contact to a new project/job and it properly list the new job as a job and not a new contact. If a different user adds a job and forgets: New project, it's hard to properly link a new project to an existing contact.

The filters aren't super intuitive. You can create any view you want and after some trial and error, usually works fine but hard at first in any of the field views.

Transparency of incoming new business.

Pros

Ease of use and visual interactivity. Drag and drop functionality and customization of fields to suit you specific business needs. Mobile platform works excellently and the integrated call log and email log functions add simplicity to the recording of information. The handy schedule function helped to record key appointments.

Cons

For our needs the pipeline stages needed a little more refinement and we would have like to have held more information within the software but this was more of a specific request to our style of working and for an out of the box package it was generally good.
