Pros

Pipedrive is very intuitive to use. It's UI is very straightforward and the onboarding to start using it is really easy.

Cons

Over the years, I think Pipedrive got less innovative in its new features offered to their customers. Some competitors are issuing more features.

Pros

Pipedrive is a great solution for small companies. It's very easy to use, no need for a lot of training. Completely integrated with Google Suite you can send emails, docs from the drive, create meetings and events to the calendar

Cons

This software should have a way to follow the calls from the Google Voice and create a call log, so there is a history of the calls to each customer. Another update needed is the fact that you are not able to send quotes through the app, you have to create the quote and send it through the email and the attach it to the lead on Pipedrive, it makes the process longer and tedious.

Easy and very usefull to track goals and priors

Cons

Não sou um utilizador diário da plataforma e não tenho contras para listar até então. Ajudei a implementar a solução e as equipes que o utilizam não tem maiores reclamações sobre o Pipedrive.

I tried the 30-day free trial and took to it like a duck to water! I have personally have implemented SalesForce in three different companies that I have worked for in the past. While Pipedrive does not have all the features as SalesForce - it does have super easy visual interface, automated processes and a mind-blowing cost $13 per month per seat! Compare that to SF where you 5-10x that cost. Also it features: No contracts, No account limits, No hidden fees, No charge for phone/email support, No charge for API key and a free 30-day trial. If your inside and outside sales teams are struggling with your current CRM or if your still using a spreadsheet - then give this cloud-based tool a try. Oh- one last thing - the ease of customizing adding/subtracting process steps is almost child's play! Last thing - it was designed by sales people for sales - it offers allot of the power of SF without all the clutter and cost.

Pros

Ease of Use, Power, Tracking, Reminders and COST!

Cons

I don't like the fact that the sales opportunities are called "deals" - wish that was custom field that I could change............that's it folks!

Pros

In the development of the chat bot there is no need of coding because the software is already coded with the higher artificial intelligence therefore this is easy work

It is a free coding software therefore no dislike

There was one big "con" to my experience of Pipedrive - I was expecting a process-driven workflow, so that when I "completed" some task in the first column, the project would "auto-advance" into the next, etc. There was great concern on my sales team that this wasn't happening, and a serious lack of joy to discover that no, really, it was drag and drop.... Managing notes is also less than useful - it's clear to me that notes are useful relative to an individual, to an organization, and to a potential deal - but not all apply at all stages all the time. So I might have notes on Fred Buyer - his admin's name, his favorite type of golf ball, the super secret number he can be reached at on weekends, etc. - regardless of which company he's working for. And I might have organizational details on Big Co. about how we have to go through Susy Small for everything, but the real decision maker is Jack Mehoff. And then I might have six or seven deals pending with them - all of which are driven by different inside contacts, and by different sales functions in my group. And I don't necessarily want Deal A info polluting the air on Deal B - in fact, there may need to be a real "Chinese wall" between the two. Making that happen, so far, hasn't been possible... The integration with Slack has been really nice, and useful. And completely effortless to implement. We've tried to integrate with PivotalTracker with less success.

We have a year using Pipedrive with excellent results. We have configurated a lot of new reports and added customer fields, in a very easy way. In the support side, we had a good experience with the response time and the solution to our question. We consider the application's cost/benefit is quite good.

Pros

Easy to use and configurate

Cons

Sometimes, the application gets slow... we can't figure out if is due to our internet capacity or to the application. Our data volumes are not huges.

Pros

I'm not in sales, but the team I purchased this for and I teamed up to find a great solution to outdated platforms. The autonomy of Pipedrive was and is the single best thing to keep them happy and me out of sales!

Cons

It can err on the side of TOO simple if you can believe it. The simplicity of the menus and interface can leave you looking for the right place to go at times.

I started working with Pipedrive in my last job and when I opened my company I already knew exactly the CRM I wanted - easy to use, integration with Calendar, lead timeline, pipeline analysis, follow up reminders ... It's an awesome tool to any sales team.

Pros

The features for each lead, the follow up reminders, integration with Google Calendar and user interface

Cons

It is not that easy or intuitive how to edit the pipeline steps and the data you want to insert for each lead/client. Also the export to excel is not great, I have to manually change the spreadsheet to look good and make sure all the information I wanted are there.

Pipedrive is easy to use and easy to customize. We use it also for project managing. IPipedrive is good for small and big companies

Cons

If you want to combine your email software with Pipedrive it costs extra. But all in all it is a very good dailay tool.

I think it's a great software that can help many companies with their CRM. It is easy to configure and you can start working very fast. However, for our company it has not worked very well, especially since we need many user accounts, which translates into a high cost. There are also workflows that we can not create in this application.

Pros

It is very simple and intuitive to use. They also have many guides to help you configure the service. Additionally, it has support for cell phones, which makes it convenient for street vendors. It is a great help for tracking prospects.

Cons

The price scheme does not seem the best, I really think that they could offer a single plan at a single price. They also charge for each user, which is not the best. It is oriented perhaps to freelancers that can handle everything from a single account. However, in an organization it is necessary to have accounts for each vendor, manager, etc., which translates into a very high cost to get the most out of it.

it is easy to use, almost intuitive. gives good understanding of deal winning flow and assessment of how each member of the sales team has performed

Cons

Reporting, on the first look reporting looks cool, however it doesnot allow you to get comprehensive information to analize for example whoch sales channels are most efficient

Pros

Easy to set up and configure. I have used SFDC in several companies, and it is overkill for most use cases. Pipedrive is a great fit for all but the largest enterprises.

Cons

Wish there were integrations with Google Contacts, FullContact, and other contact databases. This would help me avoid having to update info in more than one place.

I highly recommend the Pipe drive to anyone who wants to automate bureaucratic steps in the sales process and effectively improve results and relationships with their customers.

Pros

It has numerous tools to effectively facilitate the sales process. It is possible to plan actions, identify opportunities, monitor interactions with customers, extract sales reports, among others. It also has good integration with other tools and allows you to configure alerts for necessary actions. The interface is simple and customizable, in addition to being used and known internationally and having translation into several languages.

Cons

Difficult to point out something I don't like about Pipedrive. Perhaps the plans can be expensive by the standard of some places like mine.

We have realized that Pipedrive was certainly the best fit for us instead of Sales Force and things like that.

Pros

The software is extremely easy to use and provides the best functionality for what we are using it for. Everyone understood how to use it within one sitting and it has made keeping track of all sales so much easier. Pipedrive also has fantastic pre-built in connectivity to our business's webpage by building the forms that automatically creates follow ups for our sales representatives, as well as connectivity to our company's G-Suite emails to allow everything for each individual sale be easily visible right then and there.

Cons

We would love it if Pipedrive would add a pre-built in connectivity to Facebook Ads lead forms. So far we have not been able to find a suitable connective third party for between Pipedrive and Facebook so we have still been doing everything manually collecting leads from our Facebook marketing.

This would be the perfect solution with a set of pre-defined actions that we can take based on each stage in a process. For example, I'd like to be able to automatically update my clients as changes occur in their workflow, or send birthday wishes, or send new client information when they're added to the system. We need more CRM functionality...

Pros

Love the ease of use in creating a workflow, and using it to track production as well as the sales process.

Cons

Missing bulk mailing functionality based on workflow. It would be nice to be able to communicate status changes or create my own rules for communication with clients and potential ones.

Organization of our pipelines. Accountability. Flexibility. Pure awesomeness.

Pros

The flexibility of Pipedrive is outstanding! Being about to create our own workflows, rearrange them by simple drag-and-drop, naming them however we want...just priceless. We also love how Pipedrive prompts you to add future actions as you mark completed tasks as finished. This pushes us to always add that next action to the deal. User administration is a piece of cake. Having the running totals for what's in the pipelines gives visibility to us for what's coming in that we simply never had before. On top of all of these amazing features, the flexibility we have in setting up products is outstanding as well. My whole team loves Pipedrive.

Cons

It doesn't always convince your prospects to buy your services. ;) The only con I can think of is that you can't "@" (mention) your other users. Add that feature, and this box would be empty.

Pros

I have been using Pipedrive for an internet marketing campaign at my job. I will say that getting it set up was a little complicated (mostly because I'm not super tech savyv). I had to have someone help me to get everything initially set up. However, once everything was set up and running, this has been a great asset and time saver to our campaign. With a little training it was very easy to use. It is nice to have everything in one location and the features in Pipedrive saved me so much work, that I could not imagine doing this work without Pipedrive.

Cons

The only con for me was that it was a little complicated for me to set up. But I'm sure someone who is more tech savvy than me would not have any issues.
