Pros

I love that I can easily manipulate and organize the tabs in whatever order I like them to be, based on my daily tasks. It makes it so streamlined that I can take a contact from a Lead all the way to a completed sale! This is revolutionary!

Cons

RECOMMEND! It's not bad for the price, but I just love how much easier it has made my life

My overall experience with Pipedrive is positive and I believe that it is absolutely useful to any sales manager to keep track of their sales.

Pros

Pipedrive is a userfriendly platform with a simple and easy layout that can be understood by anyone in your team. It is a great tool for tracking your sales throughout the saes funnel and close down leads.

Cons

Pipedrive offers only two weeks of free trial and I wish that I had more time to explore this tool to understand its true potential. Additionally I found some of the automation fees quite expensive as well.

All tho Pipedrive has great features the main attraction is the column based state for businesses making it very clear for the sales team where everything is at.

Cons

Quality over quantity is definitely the norm for pipedrive but for the price is leaking some features needed for large companies.

Overall, I still recommend it If the goal is mostly keep track of sales and contacts. For advanced marketing has limitations

Pros

Very intuitive set up Sales team onboarding is quick and easy

Cons

At the beginning the price seemed very convinient, but I realized that one needs to pay extra for basic features as mailing campaings and prospecting. Doesn't offer a native CMS, automatations ate limited, for advanced stuff something like zapier is needed

We've been using this for the last few months and it is by far the simplest and most efficient way to support/monitor our sales team. The dashboard options allow us to see at a 50,000 ft view what's happening and how everyone stacks up.

Pros

Simple Efficient Great dashboard views Deal flow is very helpful

Cons

Some conflicts around how contacts are managed. If multiple sales people call the same person, that overlap isn't as visible as a 'deal' is to mgmt. This leads to issues as to whom 'owns' a contact, a lead or a deal when it closes.

Pipedrive is organized and simple to use. For a small business looking to track deals from the moment a lead comes in until it is closed I would highly recommend Pipedrive. It displays your deals in an easy way to see what stage your various deals are in, and makes it easy to find an old deal/contact.

Pros

The company has a self-explanatory system that is easily customizable. By providing a visual system, it makes it easy to quickly see what needs to be done on a given day and where you stand in the process of future sales.

Cons

doesn't integrate directly with Outlook. There were a few design flaws and interface issues that we ran into. For example, if a group of deals were tagged or categorized incorrectly, we would have to get an intern to go through each deal separately and correct the mistake there wasn't a mass change option. Small issues like that made using Pipedrive take longer than necessary, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros

The features that most appealed to me personally were: - The ease of setting up a sales funnel for contacts (drag and drop features) - The visual nature of the dashboard - The LINKED-In integration which allowed me to... - Use Linked-in's advanced search functions to identify prospects then, with one click, create a new contact in Pipedrive

Cons

The features I could not seem to use properly were: - Assigning one of my contacts to a VA or peer within my company to share follow-up duties - If I created a deal by mistake, if I am not assigned as an admin, I can't delete a duplicate, so it skews my daily pipeline/report until an Administrator can find the time to delete it

I like using PipeDrive because it has follow up alerts that can be linked with my Gmail account and Calendar.. so when I have a scheduled follow up it shows up in my email and I get a notification pop up . Really useful when managing 100's of leads in my Pipe.

Pros

Links with Google calender. The Lead dashboard works too.

Cons

Sometimes I have no deal but a follow up linked to a contact name instead. I'm not sure how that happened.

Pros

Very easy to set up and understand exactly how and why the software organizes data the way it does. It didnt take long for our sales staff to understand its functionality and features. The drag and drop interface makes it very easy for sales staff to track the progress of any project they have on the go, which makes it a great productivity/collaboration tool useful for all production meetings.

Cons

Inability to plug into software systems. I am not aware of any solution this app has for plugging into most common ERP systems. This app lacks the depth needed to fully asses sales performance.

Recently my company decided to look for a tool to manage our sales pipeline. I started with a trial of a few different systems but immediately was drawn to the ease of use of Pipedrive. One of the biggest hurdles with a sales teams is getting them to actually use a CRM, especially effectively. Pipedrive captures all the information we are looking for as well as report on from a management perspective, it also helps manage opportunities at an individual level, keep organized and (hopefully) drive revenue.

Pros

The surprising amount of functionality and customizable fields. Easy to use and admin. Simple, not over complicated which aids in user adoption and therefore accurate reporting. The mobile app is a huge pulse.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize a few of the default fields. Its small, but I would like to change the name of "Deals" to opportunities or other. Also, would like to make some fields required. This could be a function that I just haven't figured out yet!

Easy to use. Offer many features and additional resourses, like webforms and email integration.

Cons

Pros

PipeDrive is one of the best Deals management CRM application. It helps creating custom fields on the Deal page which helps us putting any information about the contacts. It has a great customized Pipeline and stages system.Contacts can be imported via the CSV files and the Deals can be created easily. Activity management is one of the best part of this CRM.

Ordering of information

Pros

Usability and that it is easy for understanding, has good mobile apps. Also, I like that it is very flexible and has a lot of integrations

Cons

cost and that it is not possible to pay in USD in Ukraine. Will be better if there are pictures of contacts in the contacts list, not just on the person page. But in general this is my favourite tool

No one should build a CRM unless they are a true salesperson in their very soul! That is someone who values their customers, who seek to overdeliver everytime to the point their customers follow them everywhere. That is what my team does, and I wouldn't hire anyone less - and no company should. That said if you need a CRM that "babysits" your sales teams, look at where the real problem is, and fix that first.

Pros

Intuitive, the focus is on moving deals forward and capturing why they are (or not). Works well on mobile devices ( iPad too) Works the way the best salespeople work, because that is clearly who designed this! Automates the sales process so sales doesn't have to get stuck being an "Admin" Price is right too

Cons

Android version next, please!

Pipedrive is a user-friendly CRM that we have started using a few months back and it has automated a lot of things for us. We can send outreach emails to our marketing & sales campaigns. I like the user interface of this software and the notification that it sends every time we receive any reply and any body opens email. We can even assign tasks to team members and leave notes in emails for other team members and for our own understanding

Cons

This tool is working best for our business and we have no problems at all with this tool till now. A great tool

Pipedrive is very easy to use and practical. It was simple to import all our contacts in. Even non-tech savvy people can figure out Pipedrive quickly...give it a try!

Cons

We've had some hiccups with sync features. There's a bit of a delay in getting a response from their support team.

I really like the feature of typing or recording notes from work meetings. I also really like the offline sync to use on the subway

Cons

The only thing that could be improved is the iOS app, as it doesn't have the same features as the Web version.
