We've used Salesforce to manage our sales pipeline for a number of years. I had originally trialled Pipedrive a couple of years ago and at the time it was good, but not quite mature enough to manage the complexities of our pipeline and pre-sale relationship management (we have five separate companies under a group umbrella). Pleased to report that Pipedrive has come on leaps & bounds in the past 2 years and it really is a fantastic piece of kit. I use it at our board meetings to present our pipeline in a graphical, engaging way - migration from Salesforce was relatively painless and the sales / support staff love its drag-and-drop interface. Exporting from the system has been massively improved, as has the welcome addition of integration with Zapier, which we use to sync tasks and activities. One omission which is a no-brainer, which is currently facilitated by a third party plugin, is synchronisation with Outlook contacts and calendar. If you're a Google Apps user you're sorted. With the current functionality and at this price it is an absolute no brainer, and blows Salesforce / Pipeliner / etc away.

Saves time stress and worry easy to use user friendly fast good sale platform for our team. Great product

Cons

It's limited to sales and business development aspect only but that isn't necessarily a draw back - sometimes it is better to excel in one or two areas than to do lots and do them poorly.

Pros

I like that I find it very easy to use, the software look & feel is very friendly, is simple and has a great variety of features, such as reports, the pipeline, the reminders, among others. I am using it to take control of a real estate list of prospects and clients, and Pipedrive has an option to customize the pipeline for real estate companies.

Cons

Until now, I've only seen two cons: - The web form generated by Pipedrive can't be customized or edited with CSS - It doesn't has an integration with MailChimp to migrate the contacts from one platform to the other automatically (the only CRM software that I've seen that has this feature is Salesforce Lightning Professional

Pros

It's best feature is the straightforward user interface. Someone can use this tool effectively with minimal training, allowing quick implementation and immediate efficacy.

Cons

Feature limitations. Users have limited ability to automate functions, making high volume sales campaigns cumbersome.

Pros

It tracks details every step of the way for me and my team so we stay on top of our daily to do lists. It helps me not have to write as many hand written post its and has everything a click away. Having plug ins for Excel and Google Spreadsheets is very helpful too. It is easy to make charts and graphs for my client to review.

Cons

There is no way to tell some of the leads apart based on the category we needed. But overall it flows well. Just a few business specific tweaks are needed

Pros

Pipedrive is SO intuative, flexible and fast that we can do anything we want. I no longer hear \*Argh\* and \*Come onn\* from my boss' desk anymore. We came from Dynamics CRM which was far too heavy, slow, and complex to change any pipeline/field/mobile v.s online interface. Answering the 1-10 scales below made me realise that this CRM is so good I don't think we've even had a chance to try their customer support yet.

Cons

There's honestly nothing we have found which we dislike. I asked boss, and he forced out a least favourite thing: "When in an organisation or contact, there is no visual data report view of the history of sales of interactions and timeline. There is only the information laid out as fields.

Pros

Pipedrive gets the credit for making CRM understandable and usable for normal human beings not in giant organizations. The user interface is as intuitive as it can get and requires little to no training to get started. Easy to integrate with other tools in your tech stack via either native integrations or Zapier.

Cons

Pipedrive hasn't really changed in the last three years. While being an innovator when it first entered the first CRM, it seems to have ceased upgrading the product with new technology. More specifically, you'd expect more in terms of data automation, data enrichment and funnel automation. In away it's not more than a glorified and user-friendly spreadsheet.

We've been running with Pipedrive for some months now and overall we are very happy with the service. It's pretty easy to use as long as you spend a little time thinking it through when setting it up and aligning the team on where and how to fill in what info. Also the price is very good compared to other CRM systems. We've tried both managing our leads through SalesForce and through an online spreadsheet. I can without doubt in my mind say that we are better at nurturing our leads and converting sales then we were before we got Pipedrive. The few things I am missing is a more native Gmail integration. We were able to integrate with most other services through Zapier, but some extra Native integrations, with e.g. Zendesk, Mailchimp (see what people have received) etc., could also be the cream on the top that really would make PipeDrive the no-brainer choice.

Basically, we have to find another solution. Actually, other companies have a similar feature inside their on their CRM and there isn't a need for a stand alone solution as Pipedrive.

Pros

We tried to implement this product to track clients and potential customers. We like the idea of the Pipeline were you can visually add the potential clients into your list.

Cons

The main problem of many CRM's are data entry. Exporting and Importing lists isn't very user-friendly. There isn't an automated way to import the data into the CRM.

Pros

I like the way pipedrive allows me to completely organise my sales prospects, and then manage those prospects that turn into clients with customisable pipelines.

Cons

I don't find it very useful when it comes to compiling a cold calling list for sales prospects, maybe there is a better way

In the whole lot of 100+ CRM tools out there on the web, there are very few that really go as an exact fit to your sales process needs without adding unnecessary additional features which you dont need. Pipedrive is very close to the most optimised tool specifically for sales pipeline monitoring.

Pros

Excellent UI and UX.

Cons

A major drawback that I noticed is that its built around the sales individual and not around the sales team. There is no option to have multiple sales persons working on a master list which can be monitored by the team lead

Pros

Easy to use UI with simple-to-manage third-party integrations. Onboarding is a breeze compared to some of the other CRM we have used.

Cons

Limited functionality but most importantly they have had a problem with emails saving in their system for the past 1.5 months. They claim it is a bug, that it is fixed and yet it still persists. Given how critical the email history is to a CRM, it's surprising that they have not escalated this properly. Also, customer service was great when we signed up in January but it has declined significantly since then. What used to be almost instanteous chat support has turned into sporadic support. Often takes hours to get a response now.

Pipedrive has transformed the way that we monitor and measure our sales pipeline. It allows the whole organisation to check in on a deal and know exactly where someone is at. The app is really good for smartphones and their support (I've only used it once) was great and efficient (albeit the time difference between the UK and USA meant the emails back and forth weren't replied as quickly due to time zones but it's not a make or break). Overall, a great tool and one we've already seen pay for itself.

Pros

Allows the whole team to access the deals and see progress at any given time which helps keep clients informed if their point of contact isn't available. Great app that allows you to work on deals out of the office. The email integration is brilliant and seamless.

Cons

Nothing.

A great application for sales management, easy to use, the automation and calendar is very useful, the desktop version works better, the application needs some improvements such as options to save contact in social networks, faster updates.

Pros

The application is perfect for organizing the entire business process with your customer, with automation and simplicity. Very easy to use, it is very useful to keep track of all events at all times of the day.

Cons

There is no option to save contact on social networks.Updating takes too long.

Pros

The ability to customize the fields is key for me as I write home and auto as well as life insurance. It is so easy to move your case along from the moment of prospect to either a client or lost account. You can track all of the information in one centralized location which helps me see what I am working on. Being able to schedule my next steps for each case is also convenient and helps me make sure I am doing what I need to do on my end to help close the sale.

Cons

I wish it could interface with our Agency Management System so I am not entering client information such as steps and notes in two separate systems. Maybe I can do this and just don't know how to yet?

Also, being able to set up multiple pipelines has been very useful for allowing everyone to see what different departments are working on. I'd highly recommend Pipedrive!

It is difficult to write a great review on this product, for one reason, I don' t want my competitor to hear about it. It is a fantastic product, very simple to use and what sold it for us was just how much customization you can do to make it truly your own product. It has helped our sales team keep better track of their potential deal and it has helped our management team work out what work is in the pipeline and helped them plan for the future.

Pros

How easy it is to use, understand and customize to your own company or products.

Cons

Aftersales care and project management software is an additional integration from other companies when i think they could easily produce a project management software like DaPulse to work with it rather than be an additional integration.

Pipedrive comes with Pipelines and stages. These stages can help defining the actual steps for sales process. The mail and the activity features helps a lot with defining the actual sale activities. We can add contacts and organizations within Pipedrive. The reporting module helps with showing filtered data. The reports can be customized based on a specific user or whole organization.

Cons

Pipedrive can introduce the functionality of managing HR data as well. It has the structure to manage HR data but lacks in a few areas. But it is great for sales.

Pros

A solid CRM that allows you to schedule tasks, upload files, and track sales through the whole process. There is a lot of customization you can add and their search feature is better than most (including salesforce).

Cons

I think the reporting lacks a little strength compared to other CRM such as salesforce. While you can do most recordings, I don't feel you get all the options in the most clean format. You can input any data you wish, it just not as clean as it could be.

Pros

My favorite thing in pipedrive is the app, where i can get my leads direct phones without leaving the main screen.

Cons

When i import a list of lead, i can't choose in what funnel they'll be put. I can't clone the steps of a funnel in a new one. One improvement will be notifications from browser, like the ones on the app.

A wonderful tool for transparency across all BD deals and potential deals.

Pros

Easy to use, super-collaborative and great for BD teams. Its very easy to see the status of a client or project for anyone in your company. Great features to add contracts/pdf's directly to a project so nothing is lost and is accessible to all. Love that you can filter by person / owner of a project to see what everyone is working on.

Cons

Would like to be able to change the project phases so they fit per project.
