Pros

It allows you to setup drip campaigns and monitor them each step of the way which is great for our sales team but not support. It also allows you to set all types of reminders and follow-ups

Cons

The learning curve is a bit much for what it can do. There are also sales filters that you are required to setup if you want to funnel that type of data properly. At the end of the day you end up with more filters than you know what to do with. While not a biggie it can get tedious. But on the bright side once they are created, you won't have to create them again.

While I've used other CRMs before, Sales force, ACT!, and Goldmine, non seems designed by salesmen with an understand of what we truly need. Pipedrive is that salesman-designed tool that solves the problem of the vicious cycle. It keeps you focused and driving toward the next step. It allows you to capture new prospects. Customuzeable and easy to use, you'll love the mobile app's ability to make calls and allow you to take notes. Try it. You'll love it.

wherever you go --- there you are and so is PipeDrive. Easy to figure out and navigate like the dashboards and quick response times online. Keeps it all at your finger tips and is sooo easy to update too.

Cons

Would be nice if I could get one statement at the end of the year for tax purposes.

Pros

The API and web hooks enables me to do all kinds of integrations with pipedrive and makes the product even more powerful.

Cons

For very small companies it might be a little expensive to use Pipedrive, especially if you live in a place where the dolar is much higher than the local currency.

I was looking for a pipeline CRM that I could manage easily for multiple pipelines from my desk and on the go. Pipedrive fit the bill perfectly. It is easily tailored and I have been able to create multiple stages for each pipeline. It reminds me for each activity and has been very helpful in keeping me organized. I work in multiple industries, so this has been a life saver. I have been using Pipedrive for 6 months.

It's keeps me organized and more productive. I know that's the goal of all CRMs, but our previous CRM was a disaster...hard to set up, time waster entering info, it didn't auto ask you to enter follow-ups. So far, I can't say enough good things about Pipedrive!

Pros

The ease of use! I had another CRM that we were using that took me 3 months to get properly set up and then it was full of glitches. This took me about 2 hours to be nearly completely up and running.

it would be nice if the software was a little bit more user friendly. it took awhile to my way around the software. but other than that it does the job for me.

This is an incredible tool for our company. Pipedrive allows my colleagues and I to see a comprehensive view of each of our deals in real time without having to bother each other for updates. It has helped us to streamline our processes and create an efficient workflow system. Highly recommend!

When we "win" a deal, it drops off so we have to create a copy of each deal so that we have something for our Sold Pipeline. It messes with our win/loss stats.

Pros

We really enjoy the customization available for matching our current items/info we track as well as the ease/visual of moving sales & projects along the way. We're able to see what we like and also it's api lends itself to very much automation either directly in pipedrive or using another app like Zapier which expands its core use to so much. Also love the multiple "pipelines" available which i'm also utilizing for project management atop of sales team management.

Cons

thus far i'm very happy, and think the only "least" part is sometime for some items we have to duplicate a little of the info because we like seeing some of the contacts details in the particular "deal details" too but not really a big deal, i think we can actually not have to do that but still working with it.

Pros

Pipedrive has implemented a Kanban pipeline management solution. This is ideal for an activity based sales model such as a SaaS vendor. All deal and contact information needed to take action is on one page. The mobile iPhone and iPad apps work equally well.

Cons

I'd like to see improved integration with email automation platforms such as Drip. It could also benefit from improved reporting options.

I love Pipedrive! I am probably one of it's biggest fans! It was introduced to me by my boss as he asked that I try it out and give him an assessment. Well, after that I was hooked! It truly has helped improve my quality of life and my sales #'s by streamlining everything I do. I primarily use the App and it is the first thing I open each day.

Cons

It's interfacing or lack there of with Outlook(exchange) upon setup.

Some features are missing a german translation, styling of the interface could be a bit more "modern".

Pipedrive puts our sales pipeline into full view for the whole company. The very easy and intuitive way in which deals can be managed actually made everyone of our sales force really like and use this tool with intrinsic motivation, which was the biggest problem with the previous tool (Insightly). Pros: Ease of Use, Customizability, Visualization of the pipeline, universal access (Apps & Web), great and very fast customer support. Good integration with Google Services. Great REST API. Cons: No customizable email notifications (but it was easy for us to code our own solution based on their API and Push Notifications). Coarse-grained access control. Overall: a strong recommendation, worked great for us (20 people StartUp with large sales force)
