Pros

I LOVE that I can customize my pipelines, and easily slide leads from one stage to the next. I can have multiple pipelines and everything is customizable.

Cons

I would like to see a place where I can search by last name.. it seems to only have a way to search by first name unless I am missing it :)

It was nice to find a piece of software with all the features I needed that was not too robust and expensive for my needs. Onboarding was easy. I loved being able to schedule a call with support during this process so that I could understand the use the program to its fullest capability.

I love that this CRM is so easy to use. The fact that you send me emails is amazing. I really feel good about the choice to use it. Areas to improve: Just brainstorming here - it might be cool to have some action templates. I am a realtor and I mostly just use this to keep up with warm leads. What if I could put in a "deal" and then click "Action campaign 1" and then every week PD would tell me to "take action on Wesley". I would just decide then to send an email or call that person. Sometimes I don't like having to set up all the future activities when I know they are all just going to be reaching out to a person.

The interface made is so easy to use the program & the efficiency of this made me close my deals and follow up so much easier with out any paper work or reminders. I was able to close deals faster and my turn around time for revenue generation has gone up positively! This is a must have for any sales team! A shift from the boring world of excels :)

Pros

Easy to use, customer service is exceptional and very fairly priced. It fits the needs of our company at this moment.

Cons

No complains so far. We had a couples of issues with the software at the beginning, but it was mostly because it was my first time using a CRM. after a few days I got the hang of it and now its is all smooth.

It is very intuitive, easy to use. We love the support. The reporting system is very easy to use and just by one clickone can get all the required information.

Cons

After switching to Mailigen we see our baunce rate grow dramatically. Android version is not quite ready. The mobile is choppy.

It is simple and easy to use. Everyone can understand the process from first contact to sales. It also integrates easily with Google products.

Cons

Some features that other CRMs have are not available with Pipedrive. It of course drags behind Salesforce in terms of features that it provides.

Pros

Pipedrive is intuitive, easy-to-use, lightweight CRM (imho best for small teams). I was able to integrate emails in a few minutes. The UI is beautifully designed and it's a pleasure to use it on a day to day basis. Reporting capabilities stand out among its competitors - I like those in Pipedrive better than in Salesforce

Cons

The fact that it's lightweight is also a downside. There will be a moment (at least there was for us) when we simply felt that we've outgrown the software.

Having tried many of the leading (and not so leading) CRM's on the market, I can honestly say that Pipedrive was the best. It was easy to customize, easy to use and gave me very effective control of my process and data. Great Job!

Pros

Ease of use and ability to customize and add fields. Integrations were also great.

The two tiered pricing.

I love this product. Affordable and better than many far more expensive competitors. The interface is excellent and setup of the system is easy for anyone with basic skills. Customer service are there to help, if needed. The intergrations have literally changed the way we do business - 'Zapier' is my new best friend! Thanks Pipedrive! Ps even the staff like it!!

The visualisation-processes of managing accounts, projects and sales is very ground-breaking!

Cons

Actually nothing really. Price is good, Software functions perfectly, process of visualization is perfect. One slight remark, calling from Pipedrive app should check the 'Get in contact with' automatically to 'Task Done'

Very, very frustrating. I don't know why software companies need to make things so difficult. Come on - make software everyone can use!

Pros

Eventually we got it to work with other overseas constractors. Once we got everything finalized with overseas teams, all seemed well, but my coworker and I could not figure it out.

Cons

Spent hours with a coworker trying to figure this software out as it was integrated into his ecommerce site. We were so frustrated we had to hire talent outside the US to get the job done.

Pros

I like that I can use it on my phone because I'm in the field most days. It's fairly simple overall to use.

Cons

The mobile app and the online version vary a little so it's confusing for me at times. I would prefer that they were more uniform.

Pros

It is easy to use, don't need to read the manual in order to figure it out. Reminds me a little Microsoft Dynamics in terms of user-friendly but much simpler. Tried using Salesforce several times and hated it with a passion. Pipedrive in comparison is modern, great user interface, works well on mobile as well and Google integration is simple and just works. The pricing is just another bonus.

Cons

Nothing so far. When I've has a question and call support someone always answer the phone and us willing to assist. I have reported 2 small bugs but so far no feedback on whether they have been fixed but one problem as disappeared. Better feedback is recommended.

Ease of use and i was able to manage my contact and leads fairly easily. This is a great product. Its gets the job done without all the extras. I would highly recommend if for a small company -- this software gets the job done! Pipedrive is a tool --- and like any tool, the better it is, the better performance. I think it may be too simple of a tool. Not sure how to improve it -- I just know that the major strength of this software is its not nearly as complex as other CRMs but it does its job well.

Pros

Ease of use, stability of the software and the flawless integration. The processes are smooth and the functionality is intuitive and the programs accomplishes its goal. For the cost and the performance --- i highly recommend it.
