I have a positive experience with Pipedrive in the years I have been using it. It allows for a lot of information to be stored.

Pros

Pipedrive allows me to keep track of various projects in various stages throughout the project life going through a plethora of departments.

Cons

The search feature, as silly as this sounds, while it works fine, I wish it would have more filter options so I wouldn't have to scroll endlessly.

### "Pipedrive email marketing tool is crap"

I truly do not recommend PipeDrive for email marketing. The platform verifies your company profile multiple times and you never know when they decide to verify you once again. During the verification process you can't proceed with your campaigns. That means you can't plan anything because you never know if they don't block your campaign once again. The verification process can last couple of days. If you for example want to send the campaign during the weekend, and the verification pops up then the soonest date you'll be unblocked is after the weekend. I have the account on their platform for couple of years and still facing issues like this. This is insane and unpredictable.

Overall, my team and I like using Pipedrive. I have not had issues with slowness or lagging, which I have faced with other similar products.

Pros

I like that Pipedrive can be integrated with other applications as needed. I also like that the layout of their tool is very easy to utilize. They also offer different packages to choose from depending on what you are willing to pay.

Cons

I feel like Pipedrive has limited reporting capabilities. While the dashboard is a great feature, I wish it had more reporting functionality.

We love the automations. It keeps our business running so smoothly and ensures that we never miss anything for our clients.

Cons

Setting up automations can be unintuitive. There also isn't good ticket system that integrates into it so that has to be done manually.

Pipedrive has become an essential part of my daily work and I find it extremely useful. I would highly recommmend it to a sales/marketing user looking to streamline products and have one useful dashboard.

Pros

Pipedrive unites many products and functions under one umbrella, from lead capture and website chat to bulk emails, calendar setting, and project management. It's a very complete tool what, while not perfect, has become an extremely useful part of my workday

Cons

The only cons are that not all of my other marketing tools integrate seamlessly into Pipedrive, resulting in some extra typing to update inbound leads. Additionally the filtering/group management could be more intuitive. These are very minor quibbles overall

Great I love how easy it is to use. I would highly recommend it to someone who’s beginning a new CRM.

Pros

I like that there’s multiple ways to document details for a client. I like the note section I like being able to have a source ID to connect my account to a wrap easily.

Cons

I would like better reporting availability options so I can see different levels of how the pipeline is being done, especially in the won my section

### "Pipedrive customer service is so bad, that it ruins the product"

not good, I have spent a long time using it, and for example I had accidentally set up an account that i did not use, and it was obivous, and they would not refund me even though they could see that I had an account I was using under the same email.

Pros

pipedrive has a lot of features and is easy to use

Cons

pipedrive customer service is utter garbage, I have been locked out of my primary account for days. They will not call you and if you cant log in then you cannot chat. and their AI support is idiotic at best.

We have been looking very closely at various CRM solutions. In the end, we opted for Pipedrive as the best software for a start-up and haven't regretted this decision for a second.

Pros

The ease of use, the clarity, the many functions. The user interface is really easy to use and you can always find your way around.

Cons

I am very satisfied with everything. The only thing is that sometimes integrations with other software are not possible because there is no predefined interface. You would have to be a customer of the largest CRM provider. But we hope that Pipedrive will continue to grow and that there will then be more predefined integrations.

During my first use I realized I made a mistake and had to modify my meeting. Im glad Pipedrive was easy to use and modify my meeting.

Pros

I like that businesses can use the platform and schedule meetings easily with customers. Other major email platforms are not used by some companies so its nice to have Pipedrive available.

Cons

I did not have any cons to report. Im sure the more I use I may have more of an insight and an in depth opinion.

Pipedrive features a user-friendly interface and intuitive logic, along with strong customer support and almost seamless automation options. It also includes a Lead Inbox—a feature not found in all CRMs. And is easy to set up.

Cons

If you delete an old email address of a person—for example, if someone changes jobs and companies—all emails sent to that old address will disappear. This is an important issue for us.

Pros

Pipedrive had lots of options and kept a great history of all files emailed to contacts. I found it hard to use. I tried using for at least 2 months on 2 different occasions but just couldn't get into the habit.

Cons

It was tedious to use. I just could not make the habit stick. It seemed like a lot of duplicate entry.

Amazing! The amount of capabilities that Pipedrive has is absolutely astounding - you can have every detail about a lead, deal, organization, client, and more in there, and the possibilities are endless. No joke, you could pull up a lead and know their eye color, favorite food, where you met them, and even input a note detailing an important detail in your conversation with them, that you can drop into your next conversation. You log in activities like phone calls, emails, texts, and more, and it syncs easily with your inbox so that is all automated and literally everything is logged for reference. In theory, this program can fix employee turnover training times - new employees just have to open up a lead, and every and any detail they need to know is there for reference, from the last employee that handled that account.

Pros

I love the amount of details you can input into this program. We need to have lots of different notes and details and variables for our business, like leads versus deals, and then for each contact we need to know where we got that client, why, what organization they are a part of, the organization's address, phone number, and the individuals addresses/phone, plus we are able to add activities, notes, whether the lead is cold, warm, hot, etc. The organization and details are endless, and it's incredibly helpful - this is truly how you educate an entire organization on every detail needed to know of a lead or client.

Cons

It is admittedly a bit hard to learn - it's very user-friendly, but because of how many capabilities and opportunities that Pipedrive has, it takes a bit to learn all the ins and outs.

I use Pipedrive to track opportunities, set deadlines for follow-ups and get a thirty thousand foot view of how, when, and from where my leads are generated, signed. Once signed, Pipedrive allows for a Kanban project management.

Pros

You can track a lead from opportunity capture all the way project completion.

Cons

To really get the most out of Pipedrive you do need to add-on services. The cost is not too high, just be ready to spend more if you want to do more.

Did not use it due to the pricing scheme that they have in use. Did opt for a cheaper option.

Pros

Easy to use and many possibilities, similarly the UX is good and many additions.

Cons

I think their pricing packages are quite plain stupid. I used Pipedrive before in a large organization and now we have a small start-up with what I wanted to get Pipedrive going. For me it was OK to start with the basic 14 EUR package. However, then I realised that it does not have basic outlook integration and only the next package has it that is 34 EUR per month. That is too much when I am a basic user and just need a basic integration function and lead table.

Overall, it makes managing sales a lot simpler and even a bit fun.

Cons

It can get a bit pricey. While the interface is generally cool, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the options and settings available. It takes a bit of time to get everything set up just the way you want it. Also, the mobile app isn’t as robust as the desktop version, so managing things on the app is awfull.

CRM platform is good but lack of good and active customer support, you can run your show for longer and waste your money.

Pros

The most economical CRM platform. Good and handy tool. One can segregate the list by creating unique label, field and filter to it. Also, very easy to keep track of the activities. Wonderful features.

Cons

Customer Support, CRM's customer support is of no use. When you explain your problems to them, they keep on asking 1000 question more, share print screen more, but unable to solve the problem. I requested them again and again to come online and support me, but they are unable to do it.
