Pros

Within 2 days of using Cloze it had delivered a ton of value—recommending I reach out to a friend I hadn't spoken to in 4 weeks, reminding me to call a client because I'd committed to them in an email (but never scheduled the call), and autofilling all the most painful parts of a CRM: your contacts and orgs. Awesome product

Cons

The UX/design of the website is starting to get a little annoying. They need to improve how info is displayed to make it less cluttered.

Close.io has been great to work with. They have some really solid features and are coming out with more all the time. There would be a few things I would change, but it is simply preference. Very responsive when it comes to supporting and they shoot you straight with whatever might be going on. If you don't have the budget for SalesForce, this is a great alternative.

I love the integration of e-mail and phone, as well as the great e-mail templates. Close.io has made it much easier to send out customer mails after phone calls. Looking forward to new features!

Speed IMAP integration

Cons

I would like to be able to select Callto: Links as an option in the mac app. It's only possible in the web app.

To us, Close.io provides exactly the right amount of features and customizability without being to complex. The Desktop App is very usable and responsive, which makes a big difference for sales agents who navigate the App 80% of their workdays.

Pros

Close.io Workflows built from smart views are a super powerful tool to structure and automate the sales process without losing control and getting swamped with tasks.

Cons

Bulk emailing unfortunately not part of the basic plan.

This is a great product to help you reach out and manage communication with the people you are working with. One of the features they just barely added was SMS capability. This was a great addition!

Pros

Close.io is super easy to use while being packed full of advanced features. This makes it easy for sales reps to just get in and do what they need to do without stumbling over things they don't need.

Cons

Would be nice if Close.io integrated with more marketing automation platforms so that it was easier to send relevant leads into the platform.

Pros

Close.io is a really powerful sales CRM and we like how it also integrates files, phone calling, and have the whole email history easily reviewable.

Cons

The pricing per user is pretty high, but I guess this is pretty industry standard for sales/CRMs. Wish it was a bit more affordable.

If you need to contact a lot of leads as efficiently as possible and help them get set up with demos, etc., this is a useful productivity tool. Integrated VOIP makes it easy to get through a list of new leads.

Pros

Can set up lists of people to call and click through them with one-click dialling.

Cons

Takes some thought and experimentation to set up useful filters.

I have been searching for ever for a tool that can do what close.io does. I found the app surprisingly easy to use. The setup is a breeze , importing more than 6000 leads, tasks and opportunities in minutes. The phone integration priceless and extremely convenient. I'll be honest I thought that the pitch was to good to be true, but as it stand right now is as good if not better. Well Done!
