Great overall logistics tool. Customer support has been very responsive. Have had issues with creating jobs for subcontractors and the system duplicating a location. It is a recurring issue that has no resolution. (Thought it was resolved earlier this year and it happened again last week) Second issue is the time zone function of ServiceTrade. We service accounts across EST and CST timezones, sometimes in the same evening, and the timezone doesn't follow the customer location. Rather, it is specific to the office. This creates problems with scheduling and reports to our customers. Although a majority of your customer probably doesn't have issues with this, it has caused missed jobs and lost revenue for our location. I have brought this to the attention of the support staff in the past and the response was that there is nothing that can be done.

I appreciate the ability to pull up any customer in our base of clients to track work history, jobs previously quoted, work that has been approved but not yet complete. The ability to track hours and completion and billing. Sometimes with getting so busy, things can fall through the cracks, this helps refresh my memory when I can pull up any job to get back on track. I love the access and time saving I get with each customer and also being able to answer customer questions at my fingertips.

the occassional freeze up. Keeping up with the updates.

Pros

The scheduling process is very easy. The service trade helps to organize business a lot. Multiple accounts and the ability to use the service trade on the phones and other devices is a great advantage.

Cons

It takes some time to understand all the features on the service, though once you learn them, it makes the scheduling intuitive and fast

After switching from a program that we designed 20 plus years ago to a cloud based system, this has been a great help for our company. Counting office staff and service techs we have about 40 users and our field people are using the phone and tablets and this is making us closer to going all paperless There are so many benefits for us using ServiceTrade, the only thing I would like to have done, was being able to start using ServiceTrade sooner. It was important to us to make sure we had good support and I feel their support staff is excellent.

The entire process has been easy and I have had support from ServiceTrade at any point along the way. Support staff have been very quick and helpful whenever I have a tech related question. Even had someone from the marketing dept. take it upon themselves to checkout my company website & offer feedback.... which really helps! Great product, fantastic staff!!!

I cannot seem to tag multiple assets for 1 job appointment.

### "ST (Service Trade) - Making Service Companies Great Again"

Pros

The service trade is tough, because there is so much variability. It would be hard to capture everything in a software program but ST has done an awesome job making most situations possible. The ability and the constant developing/changing of the product due to customer concerns or requests is awesome, and it makes the product far from stagnate. Vendor?-great and easy to work with.

Cons

If you want to manipulate or change something, it takes time. All of a sudden everyone is an expert of software development and wants to change this to how they would do it. The sales aspect side of things is not the strongest component, and I don't think ST strategies are to make it the focal point, but coming from a sales position, its adequate, but not superb.

Service Trade is one of the few programs that has literally changed the way we do business. They have successfully consolidated many of our processes and made our back end office functions quicker, more accurate, and efficient. Service Trade has also significantly increased the customer experience. We are able to quickly get information to decision makers and AHJ's. I highly recommend Service Trade.

I have been using Service Trade over a year and a half. We have 100+ techs. We find the software useful to track work and quotes for our customers. A valuable tool to increase revenue and watch tech profitability.

Pros

Easy of scheduling calls. Searchability Multiple ways to access the information needed Customer service and support is great

Cons

Nothing I have found that would really be a con for the product

While we have only been using this software for a short time, it is already helping us serve our customers better. Scheduling, invoices, tracking are some of the features. Service Trade customer service and support is great as well. If you are a service company, and want to better serve your customers and in turn grow your business, Service Trade is the software to use.

I've used Service Trade now for about three months. It is very user friendly. I like the ability to have documents, notes, photos etc for each project all in one place.

Pros

Having all info per project in one place.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to store PDF documents per project and project related emails for reference on the job site. It seems a little slow when loading paperwork

This program has helped my company grow 10 fold. I have several older generation techs that I was worried would have issue working the program, but it is very user friendly and we have had no issues. It keeps everyone on track and up to date and there is no need to wait for an answer. We are constantly finding new things the program can help us with to make daily improvements to our company. They are constantly updating and making new features and asking for input to make it better. Billy and his team are top notch and have definitely become like family to Louisiana Fire Extinguisher. We are excited for the future and excited to see what they come up with next!

Tracking of job times for greater profit.

Pros

The software was user-friendly and allowed us to easily enter our customer information and schedule all the work. It allowed us to track the job times and improve our productivity and our profit margin.

Cons

The plan that we subscribed to did not have real time geo-tracking of the technicians, which we really needed.

EVERYTHING ABOUT SERVICE TRADE IS A PRO IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT OR IT IS BROKE THEY WORK HARD TO FIX IT!!

It seems that as ST gets larger there systems take longer to load.

Pros

It lets me go to one place to keep track multiple items I have to keep track of during the day. I can use this app for scheduling, CRM, project management, and hours worked tracking. I used to separate apps for that.

Cons

There are so many features but that can make it less intuitive. Needs more integration with other apps.

ServiceTrade is extremely user friendly. There are plenty ways to input the information that you need in there. If by chance there is something that you can't find and need help with, they are quick to offer help and/or a different solution.

At this time, I have not found an issue that I don't like.
