Service trade is a great tool for any body doing Service work. The app is easy to use and takes little time to figure out. It lets me take photo of the work I have performed and any deficients I find on the job. Keeps track of my time to the job and on the job. Great app I would recommend it to anyone who does service work!

All of the transparency that ST allows us to provide is real time is the biggest differentiator that a service contractor can provide in today's modern world. ST is our secret sauce!

Billy Marshall and his tea at are consummate professionals. The software took almost zero training to start using and we rely on the backbone of ServiceTrade multiple times a day. I can't imagine running my business without ServiceTrade moving forward and wish I had found them sooner.

So far everything has been good on the office side as far as the tech side with the app that works pretty fast as long as I have wifi on cellular service and we do have serveral places we don't makes it hard to get paperwork signed over all it's pretty good only had it in use about 3 weeks now

We have used multiple service programs and this by far is the most user friendly app out there it may take a little more time on the office side but it makes it great for in the field and for the customers.

Pros

This software was very user friendly. I loved the ability to generate a quote on my phone and send it directly to the customer, without the concern that it would look weird or unprofessional. I also liked the ability to schedule directly from my phone.

Cons

The only downside to the software was the cost. However, once my business grows, I will likely not see the cost as a con either.

We have been using service trade for about three years. A very easy program to use. Prefer using on android than apple because of different functions. Ex clocking in and out on my android phone is a little simpler. But over all a good tool to have.

Pros

Very user friendly for the administrator to navigate everyday use. Work that is due is very easy to identify and schedule.

Cons

Still experiencing glitches in generated forms. Using both the app along with the pdf editor to modify forms requires too many steps, it would be nice to perform all tasks within the app.

So far as I use this program it has been ok. I am figuring things out as I go. Would really help if it would delete things automatically on jobs that have been fixed. But all in all is a fairly easy program to use.

They are always listening to our needs and make changes to accommodate our request and the site it self, is the best user friendly scheduling site i have ever worked with, they are so knowledgeable of our industry and has helped the most.

Well, of course nobody is perfect but for the most part i have nothing to complain the downsides are workable
